Neal was somewhat worried, since Samael already knew about Emyli's existence in Dylan's life and it was obvious that at some point he would look for her to bother Dylan because he did not respect the commitment to Anne.
Today Neal had to accompany Samael to a meeting.
"Boss, we're being followed."
The driver announced and he was right, there were a couple of cars following them. The driver diverted his path down another street, making a sudden turn that caused Neal to crash into Samael, both hitting the door. The driver apologized and continued with his maneuvers. Neal was barely recovering when the movement caused him to fall almost headlong under the seat.
"What the f*ck..."
"I'm sorry Neal, but they are following us and the boss's life is more important."
"Ha?"
Neal let out a cry when he noticed that from the blow his phone was under the seat and with the screen broken, even so it was still working, he picked it up victorious, but it flew out of his hand when a shot reached it and just when he already had his entire village, it cost him so much to reach that level.
"Those damn sons of b*tches, I'm going to leave them like a strainer."
He took the gun from the driver, checking that it had enough bullets.
"I'm still paying for that cell phone..."
Neal pushed Samael down so that he would duck down and he settled on the back of the seat, since the windows were broken he took the opportunity to shoot at the cars that were following them.
"Get down from there if you don't want to end up like the phone."
Samael ordered, but Neal ignored him and kept shooting, but from two cars, now four were following them and that simple M9 he had in his hands was not enough. Another sudden turn threw him again, falling on Samael, who tried to stay calm, but Neal...
"Stay still."
"I can't stay still, at this rate they'll catch us."
As he could, he went ahead and held the steering wheel, asking the driver to move, but he refused and the car ended up going up on the sidewalk, almost running over pedestrians. Samael scolded him to sit down, but Neal insisted and ended up removing the driver.
"Now you will see how a real mobster drives."
Neal turned to face those following him and stepped on the accelerator, he only heard the driver and Samael yell at him, the other cars followed at full speed, but seeing that Neal was not braking, they were forced to move away, although Neal turned again and came back, hitting one on the side, causing it to swerve and crash into its companions.
"This is for you, Toreto."
Neal accelerated so before the rivals could recover, he rammed one again, causing it to overturn and now that they were confused, Neal made sure to get away.
"But what the f*ck... you're a fucking madman."
Samael yelled at him with an apparent cut on his forehead from the blows he received.
"Well, this madman saved your life, honey."
Neal continued without stopping, going down the highway, the road was very busy, that way it would be difficult for them to follow them, or at least that's what he thought because they could see other cars behind them and this time, some motorcycles were also coming.
"Oh f*ck."
One of the motorcycles was already close but Neal took advantage and hit it, causing it to crash into another car, he did the same with the others, before they could shoot, Neal managed to escape by passing the cars in front of him and when they heard the sirens, those who followed them went the other way, so Neal sped up to lose the officers, although when they got on the highway, now they had to go further.
"Neal you son of a b*tch... I thought I was done for tonight."
The driver breathed a sigh of relief, he had a few bumps, but it was better than having a few bullets in his body, Samael looked angry, but he was calm in the back seat, until Neal stopped at a gas station, they had left the city and he doubted that they had followed them there, even so they looked for a good place to park, Samael called his men to go for them. While Neal and the driver went down to buy something at the gas station store.
"Where did you learn that? Even I wouldn't have dared to do so much."
"I saw it in a movie, I can also parachute in a car."
Never tried it, but it sure works.
Both returned to the car, where Samael was waiting for them and apparently they had to wait until tomorrow for them to come looking for them or they could follow the men and find them.
"And where are we going to sleep? I don't even have a phone."
Neal complained, while Samael just looked at him in annoyance.
"You should have thought of that before bringing us here."
"Fine, next time I'll let them shoot you in the ass."
"He could have saved me, it's not the first time it's happened."
"Oh sorry, I should have read your mind first before I saved you."
Neal said sarcastically, among all, he was the only one who dared to speak to the boss like that.
"Boss, according to the GPS there is a small motel a few kilometers away, we should go."
Samael hesitated for a moment, but asked Hank, the driver, to drive them there. Neal and Samael were in the back seat.
"A motel... I can't wait to get there."
Neal winked and Samael just pursed his lips.
"You stay in the car."
"Are you kidding?"
Minutes later, upon arriving at the hotel, Samael asked for two single rooms, while Neal was locked in the car, the good thing is that the rear window had holes and he could breathe.
"The bastard wasn't kidding."
Neal was with his arms crossed and cold, Samael, only left him his coat.
"I'm going to masturb*te with your damn coat."
He grunted and curled up in the car.
