Episode 6

Samael had arrived at a club in a neighborhood he often frequents, as it is part of Chronos' territory. As he gets out of the car, a stunning redhead woman greets him from a distance.

Samael walks towards the redhead, who turns out to be Ava Hill, the current lover of the brunette Neal, who is nearby as Anne has also attended. It was an important party with influential people in the world of business and politics.

"Damn, I assure you nothing about her is natural," Neal comments near Anne, who lets out a giggle, catching Ava's attention. She turns and just waves at her, it is quite obvious that there is no good communication between the sisters-in-law.

"Your brother likes plastic dolls," he made a displeased gesture, while Anne tries to hold back her laughter. Upon entering the club, there were plenty of people in that room. Anne heads towards a spot where some girls were talking, they were her acquaintances whom she greets, and they immediately notice Neal not far from the girl.

"And who's that hunk? Don't tell me you finally dumped Dylan," one of them asks.

"You know that's impossible, he's my guardian. Neal."

The raven-haired man just waves from where he is, but his eyes are on Samael, who had already approached Dylan, so he turns away to avoid being seen.

"Lucky you, Anne, he's hot."

"I don't know about you, but since I'm forced to marry, I might as well make the most of it."

"Anne, if you don't take advantage, lend him to me for a bit."

The girls couldn't stop talking, while Neal ignores them and tries to hide better. The only comfort he finds is that at those parties, Dylan doesn't bring Emily. Soon Dylan approaches to greet Anne, while her friends take the opportunity to surround Neal and ask him questions.

Anne and Dylan move away, they must go greet Dylan's parents, although it was more than obvious that Anne was uncomfortable. After a while, Neal manages to escape the girls, leaving that room, but he sees Samael talking to Ava, who looks upset.

"You have to come to my parents' house," Ava insists.

"I told you that what we have is not serious, it's not the first time you say this to me."

"My father has been told that they have seen me with you and he's starting to ask."

"That's not my problem, as long as he doesn't know it's true, he won't bother, so stop pressuring."

"I'm not pressuring you, just say we're going out and my father will be at ease."

"And then what? He'll start pressuring for marriage."

"And so what? We have good chemistry, we can get married."

Samael let out a slight laugh.

"Don't be ridiculous, don't try to trap me."

"You can't reject me, I'll tell your father, I'll say you seduced me and now you don't want to take responsibility."

Suddenly, both hear a loud laughter, looking around, they see Neal laughing out loud behind a pillar.

"I-I'm sorry...it's just...it's so absurd... 'I'll tell daddy you stole my treasure' oh please, in this day and age that's just stupid."

Ava was red with anger, seeing how Neal kept laughing, even holding his stomach. It was such an absurd conversation and the worst part of it all is that in the real novel, Samael was actually blackmailed in that way.

"Who does he think he is? I'm going to have them throw you into the river," Ava approaches trying to hit him, but Neal moves away.

"Careful, Barbie, I believe in gender equality and if you hit me, I'll hit back."

"Stupid...I'll have you kicked out."

"He's my employee, if you kick him out, I'll leave too."

"But, he's laughing at me, fire him."

"I'm afraid I can't do that..."

Neal feels Samael holding his arm and pulling him closer, holding his waist. Ava looks red with anger and clenches her hands.

"What does this mean? Don't tell me you..."

"I think it's pretty obvious... my tastes are not just women."

Samael pulls Neal into a nearby room, Ava follows them and knocks on the door for them to open, but after a few minutes, she leaves while Samael is sitting on a couch, and Neal watches out the window, apparently Ava had left.

"I don't want to alarm you, but that thing is coming and it's accompanied by a bald old man."

Samael clicks his tongue, he was definitely Ava's father, the big blackmailer surely went to tell him the story that he took advantage of her innocence, Neal turns off the lights, takes off his jacket, and sits on Samael's lap.

"your hands, on my butt."

"but what..."

"I'm helping you."

And in passing he takes advantage a little, he makes him hold his butt while he hugs the brunette, so that when the door opens, they looked like a couple enjoying a furtive encounter, Ava and the bald man, looking amazed at the scene.

"what does this mean? You damn fa*got let go of my boyfriend..."

Ava approaches grabbing Neal's hair and pulls him back seeking to get him away from Samael, of course Samael asks her to let him go.

"enough Ava... let him go and you Mr. Price must answer, my daughter told me..."

"I don't know what she told you, but as you could see, my tastes are different."

Samael helps Neal to stand up and holds his hand, which infuriates Ava.

"daddy, don't believe him, he promised to make me his wife and now denies what happened between us."

"it's true that I had dates with Ava, Mr. Hill, but they were out of courtesy and because she asked to see me, but I already have someone."

Neal raises the hand which holds the brunette's hand, so the bald man can see.

"your daughter is the one who won't stop looking for him, she should have dignity and give up."

"you damn fa*got..."

Mr. Hill scolds Ava for her language.

"but daddy... Samael and I are lovers."

"Mr. Hill, I'm sorry, your daughter is beautiful but I would never touch her knowing that I am not a one-woman or one-man man..."

The man lets out a sigh, he never thought that the oldest Price son would have those tastes and of course he does not intend to allow his daughter to get close to a man like that.

"avoid doing those things here."

The man holds Ava's arm to pull her out, while she protests. Neal just starts laughing at everything that happened.

"well then... shall we continue?"

He starts unbuttoning his shirt, but Samael pushes him to leave that room, Neal just laughs as he follows.
