Ello woke up with cold sweat pouring down. His breath was heavy as if he was running a marathon.

For the past two days, he had been having the same dream. The dream of two children that he saw felt so real. What could this mean?

The man who was actually the father of the twins sat on the patient's bed, trying to control his breath and reduce the pounding of his racing heart, which was making him feel breathless.

Ello's mother approached her son who was still regulating his breath on the patient's bed. The woman had immediately flown to London after receiving news about her son's accident.

"El, what's wrong with you?" Ello's mother asked, while handing him a glass of water.

Ello quickly grabbed the water and drank it all. Ello hesitated to answer his mother's question and instead focused on his own thoughts. "Is that dream real? Could those children be related to me? Or could it just be a hallucination because I was thinking about Meisya's joke about pregnancy?"

Ello continued to ponder his dream, making his mother worried. The woman started to fear that her son might be suffering from something as a result of the accident that had happened to him.

"Darling, are you okay, El?" Ello's mother asked again. She was very worried about Ello, who continued to sweat with a pale face.

Ello finally shook his head weakly. The young man couldn't possibly tell his mother about the dream he had. He was afraid that his mother would have a negative opinion about the girl he loved.

"I'm fine, Mom. Just a little dizzy," Ello replied, carefully lying back down.

In Ello's mind, he wanted to find out if there was any connection between the dream of the two children and the pregnancy that Meisya mentioned at that time.

Meanwhile, Meisya had been taken to the recovery room. The woman had successfully given birth to a pair of twins safely. Despite being young and inexperienced, Meisya welcomed the birth of her two beloved children with great joy.

"What name do you want to give your children, Sya?" Mirna asked after Meisya's two babies were taken into the recovery room.

Meisya stared at the baby girl in her arms, while the baby boy was in the arms of her sister.

"I haven't thought of their names yet, Sis," Meisya sadly replied.

Usually, at moments like this, both parents would discuss and decide on the best names for their children. Unfortunately, Meisya went through it all without Ello. Yes, he should have been by her side, giving strength and sharing the joy of the birth of their twins.

"El, I have successfully given birth safely. Thank you for giving me companions in life that are far more precious than your love."

Tears flowed suddenly down Meisya's face, wetting her cheeks and partially falling on the beautiful baby's face. Meisya quickly wiped away the tears and pushed away all the sadness for the sake of her children.

"It's okay if I suggest a name, Sya?"

Rendy's voice made Meisya snap out of her daydream. She refocused and pushed away her thoughts of Ello.

"Of course, Sis. I haven't come up with names for them yet," Meisya replied confidently.

Rendy had been very helpful in her life. Allowing the man to suggest a name for her child was not a problem for Meisya. Moreover, Rendy and Mirna didn't have any children yet, so giving a beautiful name to the twins would surely bring them some happiness.

Rendy smiled with relief. He had secretly prepared a beautiful name for Meisya's newborn child.

"How about the name Elvander?" Rendy suggested enthusiastically.

Meisya seemed happy with the name that her brother-in-law had chosen. However, she wanted to know the meaning behind the name that Rendy had given to her son.

"It sounds good. What does it mean, Mas?" Mirna asked, also agreeing with her husband's suggestion.

"Elvander means strong. Hopefully with that name, it can make him become a strong man who can protect you, Sya," Rendy expressed with a smile, referring to the baby boy in his wife's arms.

Meisya smiled and agreed with the prayer given in Elvander's name. "I like it. It seems suitable for our handsome boy's name."

"If it's a girl, what name do you want to give her, Sya?" Bu Laras asked, seemingly wanting to contribute a name for Meisya's child.
