Episode 5

With tense steps and a trembling body, Meisya approached her brother who was glaring at her. Meisya couldn't escape even though she wanted to. The only thing on Meisya's mind right now was acknowledging the truth that the pregnancy test belonged to her.

The distance between Meisya and her brother was getting closer, and that made her heartbeat faster.

Meanwhile, Mirna, the older sister, looked disappointed in her younger sister. After the death of their parents, Mirna and Rendy became Meisya's guardians, and if Meisya was really pregnant, then they had failed to educate and raise her.

"Answer, Sya! Is this yours?" Mirna's voice was loud and firm, causing Meisya to shrink in fear.

"S-sorry." Meisya could only bow her head without daring to argue. She had surrendered, whatever punishment her brother would give her, she would accept it.

The pregnant woman had admitted her mistake. She had trusted Ello's persuasion, which had destroyed her future. Now, whatever the consequences were, Meisya would accept them as punishment.

Mirna looked at her sister with despair. She couldn't believe that Meisya could do such an inappropriate thing at her young age.

"So, you're the one who's pregnant, Sya?" This time, Rendy's voice filled the luxurious house. It was clear that he also felt disappointed, feeling like he had failed in educating and raising Meisya.

Meisya didn't dare to look at her brother and sister. "Forgive me, Sis!" she said softly.

Quietly, Rendy clenched his fists and gave Meisya a threatening look. "Who got you pregnant, Meisya?" Rendy asked, raising his voice.

Tears welled up in Meisya's eyes. She felt guilty towards Rendy and Mirna for the mistake she had made with Ello.

"Is it your boyfriend who got you pregnant, Sya?" Mirna added.

The woman walked closer to her younger sister, feeling her heartache with disappointment. "Answer, Meisya! Who got you pregnant?"

Mirna's emotions couldn't be contained any longer. Her anger reached its peak, and now she gripped Meisya's arms tightly.

"Y-yes, sis. I... I'm pregnant with Ello's child!" Meisya confessed, stuttering.

Mirna let out a heavy sigh as she loosened her grip on Meisya's arms. "Have you told him?" she asked, looking at Meisya with teary eyes.

Meisya lifted her face slightly, while Rendy, who had been holding back his emotions, approached the two sisters facing each other. He didn't want to interfere first and allowed his wife to interrogate her sister.

"A-actually... I've told him, Sis. But he thought I was just joking." Meisya bowed her head again, wiping away the tears that continued to wet her face.

Hearing her sister's confession and seeing their intertwined trembling bodies, Mirna asked Meisya to sit down and explain everything calmly.

"Why did he think that? Did you do it repeatedly to the point that your boyfriend didn't believe your pregnancy?" Rendy started to mock his sister-in-law.

Meisya raised her face again and looked at Rendy, who had accused her heartlessly. "I only did it once, Sis. But Ello thought that by doing it outside, it wouldn't make me pregnant!" Meisya replied before taking a harsh breath.
