BlitzBreaker got up and started walking like nothing happened.
"I'll get him next time. This isn't the first battle I've had with Antiflesh that the fog guy comes saving him," He said, turning the camera to face him.
"Why'd you call anyway?" He asked.
"I wanted to thank you for getting me into P. O. W. E. R. Level," Cyan said.
"You got yourself in. I only signed you up," BlitzBreaker said.
"Well, I called to thank you for that, uncle Yujiro," Cyan said.
"Oh yeah! That event! I knew there was something good coming up today. Better get packing for you," BlitzBreaker said.
"What for?" Cyan asked.
"Well, there's a dormitory system in the school that requires us as guardians to get your stuff and have them sent to the school. I hope your wardrobe's arranged. I'm genuinely tired after that fight," BlitzBreaker said. Cyan then remembered how he half-heartedly arranged his wardrobe.
"Yeah, about that..." He chuckled sheepishly.
"Well, what to expect from Lil'Chaos himself?" BlitzBreaker sighed.
"Y'know what? Scratch that. I'll have a snack before sleeping," He added.
"Alright then," Cyan said. BlitzBreaker cut the call. It was at that very moment Cyan realized that he never actually bought any groceries for home. He only met the imp and straight to where he was then.
"Oh well, it's uncle Yujiro. He'd understand," Cyan sighed to himself. He then left the kitchen to the area with a big screen where a few students were spectating the entrance tests of others. He saw Misu and sat near her, and she waved.
"How was the call with your uncle?" She asked quietly.
"It was pretty good," Cyan said.
"How are the tests going?" He asked.
"The one you just missed unfortunately failed, so these are the last two. They're twins, Alan and Allen Izumi. Radiants, Dual blade and dual block respectively. They're Auto, the 4th storey's younger brothers," Misu said. The twins were very identical, Alan having blue curly hair and red eyes, wearing a blue jacket with a red shirt, followed by black sweatpants and blue stripes. For Allen, it was just the same but inverted in color. Wherever was red on Alan was blue for him, and where was blue on Alan was red for him. They both had a birthmark, a dark spot on the neck.
"Interesting. Who's their invigilator?" Cyan asked. Misu blushed.
"It's Triech!" She said, her voice hardly above a whisper.
"Ah, I see. Is he your favorite storey or something?" Cyan asked.
"Yes! He's smart and cool and strong-" She paused, noticing Cyan staring at her blankly.
"All I'm saying is, I'd like to meet him personally one day," She blushed.
"Alright," Cyan said. He noticed she had no pen, but her book had writing in it.
"How do you write?" Cyan asked.
"I can alter the use of my speakers, microphone or amplifier. I use my left as the mic and right as the amp. When I flow kaiku into my amp hand, the words flow out and print themselves on the note," she said.
"It seems like copying notes down in school was easier for you," Cyan said.
"Yes, exactly! One thing about it is that at first, the words come out in pink, then dry up in a few minutes to look like a blue pen's writing. I can even literally take my words back by inhaling through the mic!" She added.
"That's awesome!" Cyan said.
"It is. Oh, look, it's starting!" Misu said, pointing to the screen. The twins were just about to leave the stadium after they got into a sparring match against each other. Suddenly, Triech (Normal suit being a jet black cloak with a black hat and a black mask) jumped down from the top of the edit gate (wearing a dark oversized hoodie and a metal-looking mask with white trousers and purple contact lenses to look like an imp) bad used a lot of clones to surround the twins and block the exit. The twins, not even bothering to fully understand the situation, summoned their weapons.
"Which is the real one?" Allen asked.
"No real way of telling, but to me there's only one way to find out. Let's play this game!" Alan said, as the clones attacked from all directions. Alan spun, filling his swords with kaiku.
"R⃟ A⃟ V⃟ A⃟ G⃟ I⃟ N⃟ G⃟ R⃟ E⃟ N⃟ D⃟ !⃟ " He said, throwing the swords with all his might.
They soared, spinning around him like blades of a helicopter, spiraling further away from him with each rotation, taking down the clones. Alan began to run forward, and saw the real Triech (in his imp disguise). The blades were all over the place, so the real one wouldn't have had enough time to make his clones dodge, and then dodge for himself. Alan jumped at Triech, who ducked, but it was part of the idea
"NOW!!" Alan yelled to Allen. Triech saw a round red shield coming at him. He jumped, dodging the shield completely based off his calculation of how fast the shield was coming. His timing was perfect, if not that Alan's sword bumped the shield from behind, speeding the shield up. The sword was on its way back to Alan, and the shield was conveniently in its way, so it was still boosting the shield up on its way to Alan. This made Triech's attempt to dodge futile as the shield bumped his foot a bit, knocking him off balance midair.
"Oh no!" Misu gasped, supporting Triech more than she supported the twins. With absolutely no time for Triech to react, Allen had already sent the shield in that very direction so it could catch Triech. Alan then used his sword to counter the shield that had unbalanced Triech, and caught his sword that was boosting it. The shields, when placed together back to back on parallel levels, Created a kaiku sphere, each hemisphere originating from one shield. Whoever was in between them, as in inside the kaiku sphere would have a paused kaiku flow, the radiant unable to work until released. That was the case for Triech. He was trapped in a holographic ball of Kaiku.
"How could Triech let himself get caught so easily?" Misu whined, shaking Cyan.
"Is he elite?" Alan asked.
"Not sure. Let's keep him here and call the storeys. Can you do it? My phone's dead," Allen said.
"Mine is dead too, honestly," Alan said.
"What now?" Allen asked.
"Wanna roll him to the police?" Alan asked.
"It does seem to be the only option we've got. How far is it?" Allen asked.
"I think there's a station about a few kilometers down," Alan said.
"Let's get going then!" Allen said.
"No need!" A voice called out from the entrance. it was Triech, wearing his normal suit. He walked to his imp-disguised self. "it's good that you caught him. He almost became elite," he said. Suddenly, with a quick 'poof! ' the clone vanishes. The twins jumped back in high alert.
"Darn it! We've been tricked!" Alan said.
"Calm down. It was just one of my clones. This whole thing was a test for your entry into P. O. W. E. R. Level, and you passed!" Triech said.
"SO COOL!" Misu squealed, shaking Cyan so hard he felt like his head was gonna disconnect from the rest of his body. The twins smiled at each other and high-fived. They left with Triech and were on their way. They left the spectator area and Misu was telling Cyan how awesome she felt Triech was. She seriously was a fan girl at that point
