Jealous of his lover, Zeus descended to Earth and cursed Endymion, turning him into an irrational and savage beast, as well as lustful, so that he would procreate with any female he came across, having children scattered everywhere. Selene saw what had become of her beloved and asked Helios, the sun, for help. He asked her to be his lover, and when she did, he told her that she couldn't turn him back to normal because it was a curse from Zeus. She also had children with him.

Well, Helios forbade Selene from seeing Endymion again. So, with the help of Hypnos, the god of sleep, they only found the solution of leaving Endymion eternally asleep. He could only wake up at night, which was when Selene escaped from Helios. She would descend to Earth, and her beloved could become human again. During the day, he would return to being the same, with the difference that he would be asleep. This is how they were able to have 50 children, who were half-mortal and half-immortal. But there was a problem: they were born with their father's second being and, with it, also his wild impulses.

They had no control over their sexual urges and procreated with their sisters or any female they found. So, Selene gave us our destined mates. Only with them could we procreate, and once we found our destined mate, we would not mate with anyone else. In the end, legend has it that Selene took her beloved to a place only she knew, where she could keep him with her forever.

That's why my pack promotes that omegas also receive some self-defense training, and everyone is treated equally. However, it was different for me. Can you imagine having three older alpha brothers?
