Chapter 7 : Witch

As the wind blew towards them the smelling aroma of the flowers fille the air all around. Nora looked embarrassedly towards Ace. She rubbed friction her hands, she will murmur trying to speak. Ace blankly stared at her puzzled. She firmly walked up close towards Ace face. She paused glancing at his face.

"Goodbye!" Ace said walking off from the door. Nora slightly smiled as they part away.

Ace abruptly disappeared from her eyes leaving her standing at the door. Nora quietly sighed turning her face towards door with a frustrated expression. Opening the door she saw caught her mother Page looking through the window. She casually walked pass her walking towards the stairs. Page abruptly paused her saying, "Do not sadden he will remember soon."

Nora sighed walking upstairs. Page perceived that Ace and Nora were good for each other but one of them was clueless of the chemistry between them both. She just hope they figure things out themselves; Love is stronger when both partners are one mind, if not the love will refuse to grow or being flexible. Those who wish to fall inn love there are always mountains and oceans to get through it's part of it. In the end after passing through everything what waits you is happiness and love.

Meanwhile later.

While leaping on top buildings Ace was vaulting towards the location of Astra. Following Alstin information he was ready to start his mission. He had to leave Nora not putting her in danger, as Astra was dangerous witch that was dangerous. Ace saw the fear inside Alstin eyes when he spoke Astra name; Elves have the most powerful magicians of all races, even humans highly respect their abilities. When it came to magic the elves stood on top of the mountain. A young elf had magic power that surpassed most human grown mages.

Standing on top of a building Ace looked down below observing a small house located towards the eastern backstreets. He rigidly looked towards Astra hideout. He securely analysed the surroundings; Witches were known to set-up booby traps to keep outsiders out, and also for alarm them. Ace did not want to underestimate her as she was consider to be dangerous by elves, also he did not want to fail on his first mission outside of Nilfheim and Muspelheim.

Ace stood on the building edge crossing his hands in the air and jumped down from the building top. Reaching the ground he speed towards the hideout. He quickly evaded each and every booby trap insight. Using his sense of smell he was able to sniffed out the mana of the traps. He faintly smiled facing to front door entrance.

Knocking! Ace casually knocked at the door. He stood for a while after knocking three times at the door, he reached his hand for the doorhandle. Before his could touch the doorhandle the door was opened, a woman wearing white top, navy-blue pants and black boots. She had crimson blonde hair and fair skin tone.

Ace stood frozen appearing to be in a trans he admiring her beauty inside his thoughts. He was even doubting himself if could even lay a hand on her as she was so beautiful his thoughts of his mission left his mind. Standing beside the door Astra frowned her eyes asking him to enter inside. He casually walked inside after she said it.

Walking inside Ace followed Astra towards her living-room. She ordered him to stand steel an he did, as if a spell was cast on him. Astra casually smiled saying, "I guess you thought my traps were the only thing I have, hah! You should have not underestimate me like that!" She abruptly analysed him up to down. She placed both her hands on his face approaching her face to his. She then gently kissed his mouth.

A hand reached up from below grabbing Astra neck, it was Ace hand grabbing her after breaking out of her spell. Ace frowned his expression lifting her up with one hand off the ground. He was pissed that he allowed himself to be spellbound her, if the other cambions heard about this they would laugh at him for that.

He tightly gripped her neck with Astra grabbing his arm. Her face flushed red with her body trembling in the air. Astra tried scripting a curse in his hand but her magic was being burn off. She widened her eyes in confusion on what was happening as no creature ha the power to remove her curse. Ace gripped her tight making her fall unconscious on the floor.

The afternoon.

Astra abruptly opened her eyes looking up from the floor. She tried moving her body but there were chair covering her arms an legs. She frowned her look glance at Ace while he was watching her struggle on the floor. Ace leaned down his knees with his face close to Astra face. "You should congratulate yourself you almost got me there. If I was not strong enough you would have won, I will kill you if you try that on me again."

Ace frowned his eyebrows looking towards the wall. He was angry that Astra subjection magic worked on him. As a cambion's he was supposed to have a resistance to an magic, he slightly smiled inside admiring Astra. "You try to escape those chains but you will never. Those a chains are made from a strong materiel that block magic, good luck hah!"

Astra firmly looked at Ace and laughed saying, "Tell me, who told you my whereabouts I need to pay that person a visit soon, hah!" Ace face turned grimace seeing Astra psychotic laugh. He recognised why people feared her even he saw how crazy she was. She had a menacing aura surrounding her body.

"Why would I tell you that? You will never hurt anyone ever again," Ace said smiling. Astra slightly grin looking up at Ace face. He firmly lifted her off the floor carrying her on his shoulder walking out the house.

While walking in the street people were murmuring to each other. Some were shocked seeing Astra captured and others who id not know her were just surprised to Ace carrying Astra. Ace sat down on the bench laying Astra on her back. He glare at her admiring her fearsome reputation throughout the backstreets. He pulled out the weapon from his back gripping the bade on it handle.. Astra widened her eyes she was shocked to see one of 11 soul weapons.
