Vale walked confidently through the middle of the table until she stood in front of whom she was sure was the big boss, and menacingly raised her index finger to address him.

"You, are you Osiris? I want you to give me back my office. Your damn company demolished it this morning, so you owe me 25,000 dollars and I want them now," warned Vale sternly, as the man curiously observed her, a mysterious gleam in his eyes.

"I am Osiris Triente," replied the deep and almost guttural voice, intoxicating and powerful, causing Vale to feel a tingle on her neck as an electric current ran down her back.

"You must pay for the damage I have suffered," Vale quickly recovered, sensing that this man was even more dangerous than she had thought.

"What does that have to do with me? The former owner of the place should have warned you, and you should have evacuated. I have no responsibility in this," the deep voice resounded again, while everyone fell into absolute silence.

Indignant, Vale frowned, but before she could retort, the guards entered with their weapons aimed at Vale, freezing her in place. At that moment, Vale felt genuine terror.

Just when Vale was about to give up, the tall and distinguished man signaled for the guards to lower their weapons. He looked threateningly at his companions, and immediately they all fled as if the devil himself were chasing them.

"What? What are you talking about?" she murmured, still disoriented.

He positioned himself above her, smelling her neck and hair. He held her delicate wrists and placed them above her head while he gazed at her beautiful face. She struggled to free herself, but she couldn't. He was strong, and Vale sensed that she was now in serious trouble.

"MINE," the man declared, marking his territory. He then licked her neck, making Vale feel dizzy. The scent of this man was driving her mad, and she could barely breathe due to his proximity.

"Let me go... help..." she whispered, her voice barely louder than a gasp.

"My beautiful little devil, now that you've come willingly, you should know that I will never let you go, my Luna," the man hummed playfully in her ear, as Valeria felt her body growing hotter than normal.

At that moment, the man exposed his canines and marked her. The enormous teeth pierced Valeria's soft skin, causing her to scream in pain. She was not a Lycan, and this agony was unbearable. Vale fainted from the pain, while Osiris watched amusedly (humans are so weak), he thought as he looked at her.

Gently, he licked her mark to stop the bleeding and ease her future pain. He carried her to the couch in his grand office and immediately called Theo, his Beta, to officially announce his discovery.

"Your Highness, what's the matter with this human?" Theo asked, looking at the unconscious girl on the couch.

"She is my Mate, the Moon of the Northern Hemisphere's shapeshifter packs. She is my Queen, but it will be challenging to bring her to our world. She will be frightened. Find out who she is, where she comes from, and I want to know about the business she mentioned. When she wakes up, take her home. I want to know where she lives," Osiris spoke as if discussing local news.

"But Your Highness, she might escape if she gets too scared," Theo expressed his concern.
