After taking Lucia to the bedroom and placing two she-wolves to care for her, Roger headed to his study. Roger's parents went on behalf of their son, who was still mourning the loss of his last child. Although they did not have much fondness for Lucia, they still considered their grandchildren to be the ones suffering and knew it was because of the curse. They knew it was because of the little omega.
* "Roger, this is the last straw. As an Alpha, you should attend to these matters, especially when it concerns our pack," said Dario, his father, annoyed with the situation.
* "Father, I know, but Lucia has taken this loss worse than before. She even tried to take her own life," Roger replied with annoyance. He didn't know what else to do with his Luna.
* "Roger, I've told you this before, but you should have stayed with the Omega. The Moon Goddess is punishing you for sending her away and rejecting her. You should search for her, bring her back, and rectify your mistake. The Moon Goddess gave her to you because she must have had something special. Don't be stubborn, your mistake is costing us the disappearance of our pack," Dario said angrily. His son was too prejudiced.
Roger nodded as he saw his mother silently observing through the window. She had heard a terrible rumor about the fate of the little omega, but didn't want to believe it, not from her son.
* "Roger, tell me where she is, and I will apologize to her and her parents. I will make her come back and give you another chance," Jasmin, his mother, said. She would even kneel if necessary. Roger looked at his mother in fear, but composed himself and decided to defuse the situation.

Inside, he called his Beta to discuss the matter. He knew his mother wouldn't take this lightly.
* "Carlos, the witches are constantly warning me about the curse and how it will intensify if I don't correct my mistake. Tell me, is she still alive?" Roger asked with his soul hanging by a thread. He had never gone to see her, had abandoned her to the mercy of jailers and punishments, but he heard through gossip that she would die at any moment.
* "Roger, she's alive, but in very bad condition. I don't know if she can hold on much longer. I think you should bring her to your side and take care of her. Maybe the Moon Goddess will stop punishing you," the Beta spoke sternly. The situation seemed extreme to him, but he couldn't contradict his Alpha.
