Chapter 16

Pov of krish

I was fighting the scorpions. Then I heard my blossom shouting my name. When I turned to see her , a gunshot could be heard. Keira gasped as my eyes widened.

"BLOSSOM" I yelled and ran to her. Before her body could touch the ground I caught her in my arms. Her back was bleeding. I cried.

" No blossom please don't leave me " I cried while looking at her.

" Krish I.. I love you " she said before closing her eyes.

"No no no Keira, open your eyes , I love you more" I said and yelled because of the pain in my heart.

Thomas shot that bastard.

I carried her to my car and drove her to the hospital.

"Please blossom , don't give up on me , please" I cried.

I drove as fast as possible. When I reached the hospital , the doctors rushed towards me and took Keira into the operation theatre.

I cried . The fear of losing her made my blood run cold. No no she can't leave. I felt someone's hand on my shoulder , I turned and my sister. I broke down in tears .

She hugged me tightly as I cried on her shoulder.

"It's okay , she will be fine," she said comforting me.

" She took that bullet for me , she saved my life sister. I am scared , what if she leaves me sister , I can't live without her " I said sobbing.

"Shhh ... That won't happen , Keira is a fighter remember. She is your Blossom, she will never leave you behind . " She said .

I smiled sadly.

Grand pa , hema , Thomas , chelsea came at that time .

" Grandpa, I'm sorry I failed to keep my promise. I am sorry " I said crying.

"Don't worry krish it's not your fault, everything will be alright. I am sure my granddaughter is a fighter like her mother . She will survive this " he said, trying to comfort me.

Everyone was shocked when grandpa called Keira grand daughter. Later I explained everything to them. They were as surprised as me.

Even though grandpa is pretending to be strong , I can see the pain in his eyes.

Hema cried her eyes out as Chelsea, who was crying herself comforted hema.

I saw Thomas standing silently , so I went to him.

"Thom" I said.

He looked up at me , I could see the tears in his eyes .

"After my parents died , I was totally shattered. I never get to feel their love after that. But when Keira came , she showed me my parents' love again. I felt my mom's presence whenever I was with her. Why? Why? God takes everything from me " he started to cry.

I hugged him and he returned the hug.

"Thank you so much krish. I have always been grateful for you and our family for taking me in and raising me" he said.

You are really another form of love blossom. You give love to others endlessly and make them wrap around your finger with love.

After two weeks

It's been two weeks since that incident took place. Keira is still unconscious. The doctors tried their level best and they are trying their best but no improvement in her. I go to the hospital everyday to check up on her. Grandpa fell ill when he heard Keira was in a coma. My parents are taking care of grand pa.but grandpa is doing fine now. Sometimes he visits her too. No one knows about Keira's true identity other than us .Cressida and Viktor are taking care of the company. Thomas , hema and chelsea visit her often and even spend the whole day there too.

Everytime I close my eyes , I can only see her face. Please wake up soon blossom.
