It can't be help then, I'll tell whatever I know vistarly the coming day.
Amun was loitering underneath the moonlight holding a book...
He heard sound of something falling quite near him so he turn and try to look in the darkness.
He frown and adjust his sight to look things clearly, he saw some movement there. He went few steps near to see what it is. The movement was suspicious.
When he went closer he was a man in disguise. He was not looking like a guards nor any servants.
Then the man in disguise noticed Amun and he run towards him. Amun was frightened by the sight, he sense danger so he turn and try to run. In hurry he fall down on ground hard.
Assassin: Who are you?(approach him)
Assassin: Your not Baka, am I right?(take out his sword)
Amun
I...I'm not Baka...(trembled)
Assassin:Then your useless!(Raise his sword to cut Amun)
Amun lose his hope and close his eyes surrendering to him.
The next thing he heard was the faint sound of Bast.
Bast
Why did I even save him?
He muttered to himself, wiping his sword.
Amun slowly open his eyes, he saw Bast facing back to him and wiping his sword.
He turn his head to see the assassin, all he found was headless body and bloods. It was something the he saw first time in his life. He was a person who never step in practice ground, who never hold sword before. The sight was traumatic for him.
Bast
(turn to him) What are you looking at? Do you want to be next?
He put his sword on his the neck of Amun. Amun slowly looked up at him. When their eyes met with each other, Bast made a disgusting face.
Bast
Don't you think that you're a God's mistake?
Bast
Like, God made every part of your body as of woman, your face, your long black curly shiny hair, your voice, the way you talk, the way the you walk, beautiful body but this part(point at his chest with sword) and this part(point at abdomen area) is of man, tsk,what a wastage of beauty.(take is sword back) I sometimes questions myself that don't you feel ashamed of yourself?(looked down at him)
It was the trigger point. This time Amun couldn't remain still, his eyes couldn't hold his tears and started flowing like a river...
Bast
Even the way you cry.
Bast scoffed and rolled his eyes and looked at moon and turn his back.
Amun quitely pick up his book and walked away. He couldn't reply anything to him because he was right and today Bast took up the topic which Amun feel insecure the most and it was his appearance.
Bast turn and looked at Amun's walking, and God knows what made him so angry. He grit his teeth tight. To vent out his anger he kick and chop the dead body of assassin...
Guards came running towards him.
Guards: M...Master Bast, Y...You may leave this to u..us, we will try to find who s...sent him
The guard were trembling in horror when he saw Bast in that form.
Bast
(enter inside his chamber and look at Amun sitting on bed zoning out)
He ignored him and went to the bathroom with a loud door slammed which made flinch in shock and even he came out he did the same, slamming the door loudly.
Bast
(Glance at him and ignored and went to bed)
Amun eyes were still moist.
They both were on bed sleeping and laying. There was pin drop silent between them.
After ten minutes finally Bast spoke up.
Bast
Forget about it whatever I said that time, I didn't mean it!
When Bast didn't receive the reply from Amun then he got up from him bed to check. Amun was already asleep.
Bast
(Frown and get back to his place)
You don't know darling, how much I waited for this day. Today is my twentieth born day and today is the day when I'm going to inherited the throne of Pharaoh.
But the reason of my happiness is something else. I sighed and entered the banquet hall to complete all the basic rituals that I do every years.
When the all rituals were done, I hurrily made my way to my chamber, I was so restless all these years, if I lose this opportunity then I have to wait for another five years.
I was huffing hard, smiling bright when I reached my chamber. Without wasting any time I stand in front of my cupboard.
It's been more than three hours standing here, waiting for miracle to happen. I believe that she will show up for sure. I've waited for five years already these three hours is nothing. If see says then I can wait for whole night.
I was smiling at myself, and finally I heard that sound that I was craving from the past five years.
I looked up, she was so close to me, she too was frightened when she saw me so close to her. She was about to close the door again but darling, I'm a Pharaoh now, I prevent the door from closing with my one hand.
