Riccardo's screams are muffled as the door shuts, the room was soundproofed, making it impossible for anyone to hear the man's shrieks.
Eva was content, since Riccardo was a jerk, she wouldn't tolerate being treated like trash just because she was working in a place like that.
She heads to her dressing room, grabs her bag, and leaves for home. Meanwhile, Riccardo was still trying to free himself, but it was futile as the handcuffs were quite sturdy.
"Someone hear me, you whore, I'll kill you, I swear," the man yelled furiously.
Nearly two hours later and the nightclub was closing down, a maid shows up to clean the room.
"My God! I'm sorry, sir," the middle-aged woman says, covering her face.
"Get me out of here now," he demands, looking sternly at the woman. "Where's that bitch?"
"Who are you talking about?"
"That damn Eva," he spouts angrily.
"She left hours ago, sir."
"Do you know where the bitch lives?" he asks, searching for his pants she had taken.
"No, sir, did she do this to you? Where's the rest of your clothes?"
"That's none of your business, now get out."
"I just have this room left to finish cleaning."
"I didn't ask you anything, I told you to leave. GET OUT," he shouts.
The woman leaves, startled by the man's hateful yelling. Riccardo grabs his phone and calls his secretary.
Call is on*
"Bring me pants to the nightclub," Riccardo says sternly.
"Sir, it's four in the morning," the secretary speaks, still half-asleep.
"Did I ask about the time? Bring the pants in twenty minutes or you're fired."
"Yes, sir, I'll be there soon."
Call is off*
Riccardo's face was burning with rage at that audacious girl, vowing to find her and end her life.
It was Friday, the day of the insemination, and Riccardo was eager to meet Eva to settle the score.
"Good morning, Riccardo," Eva greets, smiling.
"You whore, what do you think you are doing locking me in that room," he says, gripping the young woman's arm tightly.
"Let go, you're hurting me," she responds, looking into his eyes.
"I'm going to kill you," Riccardo threatens.
They enter a room, forcing him to release the girl, leaving a handprint on her arm.
"Mrs. Margareth, this is the young lady I told you about."
"Nice to meet you, call me Margo, you're beautiful," the woman says.
"Thank you, Margo."
After introductions, Eva is called into the room.
"Eva Ricci," a nurse summons her to the procedure room.
The girl glances at the elderly couple present, the woman standing and following her into the room.
Eva lies on the exam table, spreading her legs as the genetic material is injected, and she waits there for a few minutes.
"Thank you for doing this for me and my husband," Margo says.
"There's no need, you paid for it."
"Still, not everyone would do it."
Silence fills the room, and Eva isn't sure if what she's doing is right, but having gone through with it, she'll have to carry the child for the next 40 weeks.
Once the doctor releases Eva, she goes to the couple who've persistently convinced her to spend the weeks at their home, despite her reluctance.
"I need to go to my house to get my things, then we can go to where I'll be staying," Eva says, a bit nervous.
"Don't worry, we'll buy everything new for you, let's go to the house now," the man says, firmly.
They arrive at a huge estate with a beautiful home. Eva is in awe of the luxury before her.
"The housekeeper will show you around the house and then to your room, make yourself at home," the lady instructs, leaving a staff member with her.
After almost twenty minutes of touring, she reaches her room, takes a shower, and tries to rest a little.
Days fly by quickly, Eva having little to do now when previously her life was busy with studying and working to earn money for the selection. Now, her only task is to rest to ensure nothing happens to the child.
Today they would attend the first checkup post-insemination to see how the fetus is developing.
The doctor conducts an ultrasound, peering at the computer screen, as the two women await news.
"The insemination was successful; you're carrying twins, Miss Eva."
The young woman is unsure what to do, looking quickly to the lady who simply smiles, elated at the prospect of motherhood.
"Two? Thank you, Eva, you've made a dream come true."
The woman is overjoyed at the thought of two babies.
Eva has been pregnant for a month now, feeling very sleepy during this time. She tries to keep herself busy with other activities, but her body just wants to sleep.
Months speed by, with the lady attending every checkup to monitor the twins.
During an examination, they discover it's a boy and a girl. Eva doesn't want to get attached to the children as she knows the pain of having to hand them over will be great.
She speaks with a psychologist weekly to avoid any potential postpartum crisis or depression once the children are no longer in her arms.
Eva is sitting on the lawn of the estate when a shadow falls across her.
"You turned out pretty hot for a little whore," Riccardo says, approaching her.
"Leave me alone," she responds, looking up to the sky.
"I know you're still a virgin. I'll pay you 1.5 million to sleep with you. Though, I can't promise I'll be careful with those children."
"Time may pass, but you're still the same disgusting jerk I met."
"Listen here, girl."
"Aaaaah!" Eva lets out a scream.
