Morning at Zhang Residence

--Dining Area--

"Ahm.."

This will be my last day of staying here at Zhang Residence

Luckily I am now fully recovered. ୧(＾〰＾)୨

Despite the encountered last time with Shawn, it seems like he didn't leak my true situation from the media.

At least he has a good side (•‿•)

I am excited to get back to the business but I can't stop myself to feel worried (˘･_･˘)

What if something bad will happen again?? (٥↼_↼)

"Lisa?"

"Hey, are you sure you're okay now?"

(☉｡☉)!

Oh! I forgot. I'm with Mr. Zhang. I forgot him cause I'm busy talking to myself (・–・;)ゞ

"Yeah I'm already okay, don't worry. hehe'' I replied

"That's a relief. But I'm still worried. You need to be careful from now on. Don't talk to any strangers. If anything happens call me right away" Mr. Zhang with a worried face

"Don't worry. I will be more careful from now on. I don't want to become a burden again so rest assured" I said

"You're not a burden though"

"You're saying something?" I asked

It was just my imagination, or he said something??

"Nothing.. finished your meal first" he replied

Oh as I thought it's just my imagination╮(. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)╭

"And after you finish packing, I'll accompany you to your new condo," he said

"No need Director Zhang, my Manager will pick me up here. But thank you for the offer"

I can't disturb him again. He's a busy man.

"You sure?" he asked

"Yes. Very sure (◕ᴗ◕✿)" I replied with a smile

He just smiled back and return to his office.

He's smiling but feels like he's sad ಠ︵ಠ

--At The Entrance of Zhang Residence--

My manager has arrived at the residence

"Director Zhang, thank you for your help and for letting me stay here. There's no word for your kindness. If you need anything don't hesitate to tell me. I'll do anything" I bid my farewell to Mr. Zhang

"It's nothing but if you insist can I ask a favor?" he said

"Sure. Anything that comes from you (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧" I replied

"I received an Invitation from my mentor, he is throwing a party in celebration of his 60th Birthday, can you accompany me to the party? he said

"A party?! Of course, It's a pleasure to be your partner"

A party? when was the last time I attended a party?

I can't help to look forward to the party. I'm so excited (*ﾉ・ω・)ﾉ♫

"Okay, it settled. Looking forward with you to the party" he said with a smile

Now he's smiling. That's a relief. ｡◕‿◕｡

And we left the Zhang Residence

I forgot to ask when is the party?? (╯ರ ~ ರ)╯︵ ┻━┻

--2 Weeks later--

"Ms. Lisa, how's your business trip?"

"Is it true that you'll be starring in the upcoming movie produce by S.S Producer?"

"Mr. Alvin Choi will be your leading man. Is that true?"

"Please tell us something"

2 weeks already passed after my recovery and now I am bombarded by Media.

"Please calm down all of you. I will gladly answer your question" Manager Clyne cut the media from bombarding different questions

"The business trip goes well, as for the rumors of her starring on the upcoming movie of S.S Producer, let's just wait for them if it's true or not as well as for the said to be her leading man." said my manager

"Let's not rush. If the rumors are true I am willing to accept them. But for now, let's just wait for the final announcement." I added

"As expected to Ms. Lisa, you will not be easily affected by rumors," said one of the media

"Even though the rumors are not yet confirmed. I will gladly accept any producer who wants me for my talent because it's my job to make my fan satisfied and feel happy (✿^‿^)" I said confidently

SFX: Buzz - Buzz

I felt my phone vibrating on my pouch

So I make I sign to my manager to take the call

"Thank you for always looking, Ms. Lisa. We always appreciate your support. Please excuse us." my manager bid an ended remarks to the media

As we excuse ourselves suddenly a man approaches us.

Manager Clyne shielded me in his back

"I'm Dexter from C.C Producer. Sorry for the misunderstanding, I am not here to harm Ms. Lisa" the man stated himself

"State your business" seriously asked by my manager

"I am here to invite Ms. Lisa to C.C Production to discuss the offer for the female lead. Here's my business card, if you are interested in the offer please don't hesitate to contact us" Dexter said handling his business card to my manager.

"Okay" Short reply by my manager

"Thank you for the time and sorry for the disturbances" he smiled and we make our way.

As we reach my office I quickly grab my phone to check who's calling.

At last, I can now have a private time ◉‿◉

*10 missed calls (☉｡☉)!

It's Director Zhang*

Before I hit the dial tone, his name flash on the screen

So I immediately answer his call

"Hello?? (─.─||）

"Lisa? Are you there? Did something happen? Why you're not answering your phone?" a man in a worried voice speak on the line

"Sorry, It took me longer to answer your call. Something came up but it's not a big deal" I answered

"Are you sure?" he asked

"Yes, you don't need to be worried, besides I'm with my manager, so rest assured I'm safe" I replied to relieve him from worrying

"That's a relief if that's the case" he replied

"Ahm.. why did you call?'' I asked

"Oh- I forgot. I want to tell you that tonight will be the party I'm talking about last time, I'll pick you up later. See you" by the sound of his voice he seems to be happy

Wait! Did he just said tonight!? (☉｡☉)!

"Ahm about that, I think I'm not yet prepared, I haven't bought a dress yet and --" I didn't finish what I'm saying when he suddenly speak on the other line

"No worries, just bring yourself. I'll pick you later. See you"

Before I can say a word the call already ended.

He hanged up ಠ‿ಠ

Well, let's just do what he said. I will just bring myself.

But before that, I want to visit someone.

"I want to surprise my father once in a while. I missed him, lately, I'm so busy. This is my free time to visit him"

While walking through the hallway

I saw a familiar face

Shawn!?

Our eyes met but he just passed on me like he doesn't know me.

He has already forgotten me?. He's young but has bad memory I think ಠ_ಠ

I arrived at the office of my father

"Hi, Dad! Surprise!" I bragged after entering his office

"Oh dear why are you crying?" dad successfully notices and approaches me.

"You're not happy that I am here?" I said with teary eyes

"Who's a father that doesn't want to see his daughter whom she hasn't seen for a long time," dad said

"Why do you look sad? Did something happened?"I asked my father because he look sad

"......"

"Dad are you still there?" I asked.

He just stay quiet for a while and make a long sigh before he started talking

"I need to discuss something to you dear," he said in a serious tone

"Okay" I'm so confused right now

After a long silence....

"Quit your job, you will be living abroad"

(‘◉⌓◉’)

"What are you saying dad?, I don't understand, why all of a sudden? I'm so confused ಠ_ಠ

SFX: Knock - Knock

"Mr. Lee all the directors are already here" his secretary entered the office

"Proceed on the meeting, I'll be there in a minute" father commanded

His secretary exit the office

"Dad please explain everything. Did something happen? Why do I need to quit my job, Why do I need to go abroad? How can you do this to your only daughter?" Instead of answering me he just look straight into my eyes and I was devastated the next words he said

"You're not my daughter. Your true families are living in France. You need to leave by the end of the month" he said

"Settle everything" he added

What?? It's hard to process every word he said

I can't even say a single world

There is this feeling of something stacked on my throat that it's hard to speak

Tears started to fall...

Father started to walk toward the door without looking at me

I stopped him by grabbing his arm

"ENOUGH!" he shouted

Instead of turning to me, he shoved my hands causing me to fall on the floor.

And exited the office

I was left there...
