Chapter 4

The morning was silent the birds chirping was a sign of a new dawn for Arabella. An existence where she wasn't the Crown Princess.

"Your highness, Crown Princess the kitchen has prepared breakfast." Iliana said with a curtsy.

"Iliana, you don't need to be formal with me." Arabella said mockingly as she flicked her forehead.

"What's for breakfast?"

"Crème Crêpes, eggs, a side of a steak and potatoes served with the finest seasonings."

Iliana opened the dish in front of Arabella as she clapped her hands in delight.

"My compliments to the chief!" Arabella excitedly ate her food as she tried it she smiled more.

'This is... This cooking is...only one person can cook like this in my last life it's...Chief Oliver.'

"Is this the royal cook?"

"How did you know, princess?"

"Well, I heard his cooking is so lovely and flavorful! I do not taste our regular servants cooking."

Arabella silently finished her meal and handed the plate to Iliana.

"Did the Emperor send him?"

"No the Duke."

"The Duke?"

Arabella was puzzled. Arabella wanted to know why and how did the Duke convince Oliver to cook for her instead of going to Eliza's house.

"Anyway, let's get ready for the day I have to study and join the Emperor at noon for the conference."

...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...

Arabella studied for the longest hour she studied things she knew from her past life that was to come, she studied medicine, studied disease and climates that affect them. She studied more about the Far East region than anything since the Duke and the representative will be there. They left of 3 days time before and will arrive at lunchtime.

"Okay, I'm ready for this conference." Arabella slammed her book closed and stood up to head to the throne room.

As she waltzes down the halls in her long flowing dress made for a princess she came across Eliza and Leonard standing in front of the throne room.

"My, My isn't it the Crown Prince and the Crown Princess."

"Arabella..." Leonard said quietly as he watched her stand in front of the door.

"Princess Arabella are you here for the conference too?"

"Obviously." Arabella scuffed at Eliza as she didn't bat an eye at her.

"Arabella be nice to Eliza she is here to put in her two cents into this. Eliza's family is from that region."

"Funny, I thought the Kilian Family was from the Southern region!"

"Eliza are you sure your parents taught you their family history?"

Eliza looked flushed as her tongue got tied up trying to respond.

"W-Well the Kilian ancestors originated from the Far East, we did move to the South-"

"You do look like a Far East descendant, but you know more about the South. Shame."

"My father the count was an inhabitant from the Far East. I was taught of my family history of the Far East and their survival. I am a true descendant."

"Arabella, you can't just-!!"

Arabella huffed and Leonard got upset with her, but before he can chew her out. Eliza was in tears again out of embarrasement. The throne room door open to show a dignified Arabella, an upset Leonard, a tearful Eliza.

"Presenting Crown Princess Eliza, Crown Prince Leonard and Princess of Wisdom Arabella."

Everyone whispered about Arabella's title as the Emperor motion for her to come closer to stand next to him.

"That girl is standing next to the Emperor! She is of someone of Importance even her clothes matches a princess."

"She looks dignified and virtuous."

"Look at the Crown Princess shedding tears so early in the morning."

"What is she crying about?"

"The Crown Princess looks like a Far East descendant."

"If so, she must be crying for her people."

"But the Princess of Wisdom has the facial features of a descendant from the far east. She must have a bloodline from the Far East as well."

"Well Count De Pointe is a Far East descendant."

"That explains it."

Silently Arabella stood as the Crown Prince and Princess Stood on the side as well. Count Kilian was in dismay as he glared at his foolish daughter being upstaged by an appointed princess of unknown origin. Suddenly the Emperor called out to the room.

"Let's begin the conference!"

"Princess of Wisdom, what do you suggest we do about the problem in the Far East?"

Vincent and the Count stood nervously as they watched for Arabella's answer. Arabella humbled herself and began her answer.

"Your Majesty, my knowledge might not be as vast as many, but I can assure you, the problem in the East can be solved with protective measures for the people first. Walls and gates per the perimeter of the cities and the biomes that room the Far East Region can be tamed with simple gates and walls. Proper for the houses can be a solution for the elements. The same material that we imported from the West can be helpful for the Far East, and they make imitate the recipe. The canals of the Far East are dangerous and linger with creatures. Those Creatures can be chased away from the canals if we plant Amadeus flowers."

"Good Idea, Arabella, Amadeus flowers have a pungent odor that chases away creatures but has a pleasant smell to humans.

Leonard scuffed and turn away from Arabella. The Count and Vincent sighed in relief. Leonard turned towards Eliza and handed her a piece of paper in her hand away from the view of the audience. Not everyone saw it but Arabella certainly did.

"Now, what says you Crown Princess Eliza?"

"Um, I wrote down my answers on a paper if you don't mind." Eliza said nervously as she unfolds her paper.

'Turns out Eliza, is not as talented as everyone claimed in my past life looks like Leonard was writing her speeches and her answers to everything.'

"I believe that the people of the Far East should be well protected from the elements by using the material they have around them. If they use the trees from the Far east wood they can make excellent homes and the river should be split into a canal or a man made well for drinking water."

"Both Answers make sense." The Emperor stated as he nodded in agreement.

'Except the creatures, what do we do about the creatures.' Arabella questioned as she looked at Eliza as she put the paper away.

The Duke smirked as he noticed the Crown Prince speech and mannerism from that paper was as clear as day.

"But Crown Princess Eliza, do you know a way to chase the creatures away besides Arabella's suggestion?" The Duke stated as he watched Arabella facial expression turn flushed and flustered.

"Or did Leonard wrote that for you too?"
