" It's okay Mrs Banes . It's my job"

Then Mrs Banes ordered their maids to clean up the mess silently. Grace was sleeping silently as if the woman who just made this mess was not her.I gave her the injection to calm down and sleep with the help of some maids and her parents.

"Doctor , we are sorry . We cannot come out to welcome you. We heard from our security that you were coming .When we were about to go out , this happened."

Mr Banes Apologizes to me for not welcoming me properly.

"IT'S okay Mr Banes.I had encountered such conditions many time. And in this condition, there is no time for interaction "

Mr Banes gave me a forced smile

Mrs Banes ordered one of their maids to show me my room. The room was beautiful and calm and it was near to her daughter room too so that I can run towards it in no time when emergency come. I called my mother to inform her that i had already reached the place but the conversation continued with the story that just happened a few mins ago. I took out my heels and the dress and got in a comfy dress and laid on the bed

I never imagined myself as a family doctor before. It had been five days since Dr. Collin called me and informed me about this.

He told me that there is a wealthy family and their only daughter has mental illness. So I was confused at first why Dr. Collin told me about this as he doesn't need an advice or a suggestion from a junior doctor . Then he told me that the girl's condition worsened in this two or three days because of a boy she liked. So she was acting up and attempted to die by cutting her own wrists. So she needs someone near her like a caretaker. But no caretaker wanted to be near a person like her. On top of that , she is a stubborn and spoilt girl . So Dr. collin wanted someone who understands her condition and can solve the problem when emergency come. The person who can understand her condition the best and who can solve the problem is a doctor . But Dr. collin is a senior doctor and is very old to take care of someone. I suggested that she needed a psychologist and a nurse near her. But he told me that he wanted an experienced and expertise doctor in this field . And they have tried psychologist too but it had no improvement so he wanted me to try and be both psychologist (a fake psychologist😅) and a psychiatrist . He pleaded me to give it a try . And here i am , a junior doctor who could not say no to her senior doctor and bought by a handsome sum of money.

I woke up at the sudden sound of the thunder . It was raining outside . I slept for 2 hrs .I went near the window and looked outside . It was more beautiful and calm because of the rain . Then I went to the shower and soaked myself in the warm water. After I came out of the shower and was about to dress up , there was a knock. I quickly dressed up and told the person outside the door to wait . And there stood a maid who came to inform me to come downstairs and have something.She came at the right time , I was hungry.

I went downstairs and headed towards the dining room . There I found Mrs Banes staring at her food with a sad face. Who wouldn't be sad when her one and only daughter stays in that situation?

"Mrs Banes?" She looked up and gave me a forced smile. " Doctor , sit "

I sat down and the maids came out with some dish . "Doctor , make yourself comfortable here and think of it as your home and us as your family from now onwards" I smiled

and didn't know what to say so i thanked her and she gave me a smile which was not forced like before. I ate some and it was very tasty which can be expected from an expert chef . I told Mrs Banes that i wanted to check on her daughter. Then I went upstairs and towards her daughter's room with her.

My patient was still sleeping. Mrs Banes tried to wake her up but i told her not to . I checked her temperature , bp and oxygen level. It was all normal .We came out of her room and I told Mrs. Banes not to worry and rest and that we have to wait until she wakes up.

I came to my room .In the meantime, I checked her medical reports. It was worsening year by year but idk why because her illness wasn't that worse. In this illness, one needs more care, attention and mental peace. All this can be gotten from her parents . Up until now , I can see real love and care for their daughter from them . Something is not clicking.

"I WANT HIM! . I ONLY WANT HIM! . IF YOU CANNOT GIVE HIM TO ME , PLEASE LET ME DIE!!!"
