Well moving in with Kate's CEO wasn't so easy for her. But she had to.
The moment she reached to the mansion she gasped in awe. The mansion was so big and yet so beautiful. Then Dan helped Kate with her stuffs.
KATE'S POV:
As soon as i entered the mansion Mark was there waiting for me. I bowed down to him when he called a few maids and asked them to take my stuffs and bring them into my room. In surprise i asked him " Are we not sleeping in the same room". Well if u want to we can Mark replied but i immediately denied his offer.
Then he called Gloria the head of all the maids to introduce me to everyone and to show me around the place. While me and Gloria were walking in circles around the house Gloria warned me " Do not enter this room. No one is allowed except for boss he himself". Out of curiosity i asked her " What is in there that no one is allowed to". Gloria replied" Well none of us know but we do know that we are we not allowed to get in there". In disappointment i replied ok.
After going through the house and knowing everyone I returned to my room and straight away jumped on the bed. Even at that time i was wondering why and what is in that room that no one is allowed in there. I was staring blankly to the roof when a maid came and told me " Sir is calling you for dinner". I replied in a jiffy" ok im there".
As soon as u went downstairs i saw a feast on the table but didn't say much because i didn't date to. I saw Dan standing near the corner of the table and asked him to sit. That's when Mark just looked at me and didn't say much. After Dan was done eating he went back to the company. I was fiddling with my food when Mark asked me ' is the food not to your liking?" I replied No the food is amazing. After eating i went back to the room and freshened up to go to bed. I had many thoughts and questions that night but didn't say or ask much and cried myself to sleep. It was very hard to be honest
