It was a normal busy day for Kate. She was rushing to her first job interview as she woke up late . As always her aunt was cold as stone and did not speak to her.
She grab her breakfast (granola bar) put on her coat put her hair into a bun and ran before the last bus goes. As she reached to the bus stop there were still a few minutes. So she took that chance to scroll through her phone when the bus came.
She got on the bus sat at the back, put on her headphones and was listening to music while looking at the beautiful scenery. After some time the bus reached to Huang City. She got off the bus and was walking to the coffee shop to grab a coffee.
The moment she walks in ......
MARK'S POV
I was busy checking the news when a young girl walked into the coffee shop. It felt almost like a dream as i never felt this way before. My heart was pounding and pounding as if it couldn't stop. She took a ice coffee and was about to leave.
I also decided to leave along with her when all of a sudden i bump into her without knowing. At that moment all of the coffee spilled on my favourite coat and and on her shirt too. I knew i had no right to get mad but i had to at that moment.
I acted like i was mad at her when she suddenly yelled at me " do u not have eyes? or can't you see?" " you dropped all my coffee and ruined my shirt" thats when i grabbed her hand and said to her with a cold look " Don't you dare yell at me or i will make you miserable" At that moment she got really annoyed and she said to me " leave me alone you moron just because you are rich doesn't mean you can ruin someone elses life" As she went off .
Marks pov over
Then the secretary walked in and gasped to see Mark chuckle and laugh for the first time. And then he called Mark twice and Mark gave the cold look and told him " let's go back to the company" As the secretary agrees with mark they leave from the coffee shop.
Inside the car Mark kept a straight face and decided not to talk about anything when the secretary suddenly asked a question. " Sir why were you laughing a while back, I've never seen you laugh before."
And Mark replies at that moment " If you still want to keep your job then stop asking rubbish questions and help me find out about a girl with dark brown hair, blue eyes, long limbs, pink lips and sharp jaw line .
The secretary just gave a nod........... And the car went back to normal atmosphere AKA "COLD"
