Eps. 5

The first week of classes is already over, and Shane arrived in town on Saturday. In the days that followed the incident, there were numerous rumors that circulated one after another and things became complicated as usual.

Shane wondered, "How the hell did I get here."

Shane showed up where Shane was instructed to by Angelica. She arrived on time so they wouldn't have to wait for her.

She was waiting for a minute when Shane calmly waited in the corner as many people were leaving the station.

From the train terminal, "Shane" Angelica called.

Sofia yelled, "Oi."

Since Angelica had requested to hang out, Shane has been directing the two of them ever since she first saw them. She didn't wait long to get to them either.

They started by going to the mall, where they tried on clothes and purchased items they liked after checking out the sales.

The second thing they visited is an arcade shopping isn't the only thing that would be entertaining, they play basketball, crane, shooters and even went on a photobooth.

Even though it was already late afternoon, they went to the cafe that Shane had requested. Her preferred beverages and dessert were also ordered.

When they still had time at 6 o'clock before their curfew of 9 o'clock, they went to the area where they were setting up the new theme for the new season. Everything was tastefully set up, from lights to props and even signs. Couples and individuals alike filled the space.

They moved toward the lake's near shore. After the sightseeing, the three of them went for a walk. There were decorated fish lights and even fountain to watch, but they were all so stunning that they didn't even talk until 15 minutes had passed. They were all so thrilled with anticipation and joy about having a wonderful day ahead of them, but things were about to-.

An unidentified voice shouting from the tree's condensed branches, "Please stop!"

The three of them hurried to see what was going on when they saw three delinquents and a woman.

Guy 1 said, "Well well well, look who we have here."

Guy 3 asked, "Are you lost kittens? Do you want us to find our way for you or do you want to come with us?"

The criminals came up to Shane, but the woman was able to go away without saying anything.

Guy 2 said, "Oi, the female just ran off."

"Just let her go; there are already three adorable kittens over here," remarked guy 1.

Guy 2 was going to stroke Sofia's hair when he said, "Aren't you the cutest cat I've seen today do you want to come with me?"

"Can you remove those disgusting hands from our skin, please?" asked Angelica.

Guy 3 remarked, "Well, aren't you a wild one."

She clutched Angelica in both of her hands.

Guy 3 remarked, "I truly prefer seeing wild kittens like you."

"Hey kitten, you look down, you know that's not cute," said guy 1.

"You're a disgrace," Shane remarked.

Guy 1 remarked, "That's cruel kitten, but I appreciate how strong you are."

When suddenly, the person 1 was going to grab Shane's chin.

Out of nowhere, a man arrived, and two men were running in our direction.

Guy 2 yelled, "Ugh! Oi bastard!"

The three criminals were ready to fight after being knocked to the ground by that kick, but there weren't enough lights to see them coming owing to the small path.

"Who do you think you are dealing with," Guy 3 questioned.

Tomas said, "I don't give a f*#%." (The offender who punched them)

The brawl began when the third offender threw a punch, leaving Shane, Angelica, and Sofia unsure of what to do. They don't know how to stop them from fighting, but out of the corner of their eye, they noticed flashlights coming their way. They also heard the whistle blowing, and the three offenders had already been knocked to the ground by them.

Shane thought that the three unidentified individuals had to go as soon as they heard the whistle because otherwise they would be held responsible.

As they watched the light flicker before their very eyes, they were curious as to who would be the person who would come and save them. They followed the three unknown people out of that park forest and were able to flee.

She raised her head to take in the person's appearance. After a battle, they were dazzling in that way.

Charles asked, "Are you girls alright? They didn't punch you or anything."

They were speechless from shock. (I mean who isn't?) While looking at those cat eyes with glass and how firm and sleek his hair was he even smells wonderful and that nose is precisely pointed form and those thin lips how does he appear when he grins.

Andrew remarked, "I think they're still scared."

Regarding this particular individual, how the hell did I not know that long-haired men would be this attractive? I mean, look at those does sharp-looking eyes that form of lips that are pinkish. Wait? Even though he is perspiring in such a way, he still appears attractive.

Tomas said, "Tsk those bastards, I'm still not finished with them."

Just what is this aura? He has a buzz cut, which makes him look hot when he's angry, a cut on his eyebrow, and a thin, pinkish lip, which is kissable. How did he get these features? Why does he look so tense but hot when he's angry?

"We thought we could handle those folks back there, but thank you for saving us," Angelica added, apologizing for causing any difficulty.

"As long as you're okay," Charles said, "No worries."

Sofia remarked, "But you guys are hurt; we can cover the medical expenses."

Andrew remarked, "It's not that deep, it's fine."

Sofia asked, "How are we going to make restitution?"

"Don't bother asking," Tomas said, "We don't want anything."

"Even though he had a good appearance," Shane questioned, "why he had such a negative mindset because it would just make him look worse."

"Then, if you don't want anything in return from us, please accept our sincere apologies for what transpired and our sincere gratitude for your intervention," stated Shane.

Charles laughed, "No big deal."

"Even when he laughs, he's cute," Shane thought, blushing.

"However, how did you know that were there?" Angelica questioned.

"We also heard the scream, and when we saw that you three had entered the congested woods, we made the decision to follow," added Andrew.

"However, it appears that after following you, we became lost. Fortunately, a woman stopped to offer assistance when some men cornered the three of you, and she gave us the right direction," according to Charles.

Sofia enquired, "What happened to the girl? Where did she go?"

"We advised her to contact the local police or a patrol," Andrew said.

"So why did you run?" Shane questioned.

Charles stated, "This person right here (Tomas) still has a record in his head; if the police or patrol caught him acting silly again, he might get a suspension in school."

Tomas remarked, "You speak too much, Charles."

Andrew said, "Anyway, since you're already fine and don't have any injuries, we'll go ahead."

"Ah," Sofia remarked, "Can we at least get your names?"

"Well done, Sofia (T-T)," Shane thought.

"Charles here."

Shane squeezing in her head, "That's a prince lovely name."

Charles continued, "This is Andrew, and that grumpy balb guy over there is Tomas."

Angelica introduced them by saying, "I'm Angelica, Sofia, and Shane."

Charles laughed and remarked, "Don't be polite to me; we seem to be the same age."

Andrew remarked, "Who wouldn't be courteous with that glass."

Charles said, "It's getting late so we better get going. see ya around."

Andrew commanded, "Be cautious not to get into a fight again, bye."

The three of them parted ways, and by the time it was 8 o'clock in the evening, it was time for them to return home.

As Shane walked home after dropping off Angelica and Sofia at the station, she was still considering Charles.

Shane reflected, "He almost killed me with that stare."

But now that he thought about it, Shane said, "We might not see them again after today."

She arrived to her house while feeling depressed by her loss of Charles.

Joshua answered, "Oh Shane, it's just you."

"Why," Shane questioned.

Joshua said, "I thought Monica was with my pizza."

Shane said, "Uh, too bad."

Joshua questioned, "So what happened? Did you have fun?"

Unhappy response: "Yeah."

Joshua remarked, "You didn't seem to be enjoying yourself."

"Don't wake me up," Shane pleaded, adding that he didn't want to dispute with him.

The evening passed swiftly. The next morning, Shane was still in a terrible mood, but by the time Monday arrived, she was still feeling disappointed about what she had told herself.

She had no idea that things would become more exciting.
