After receiving the reply Leith promptly closed the link and went out of the dark web. He was glad that in his last life he had taken up computer science and learnt a thing or two otherwise he would not have gotten himself a sensei to help him learn how to fight!!

Standing up from the chair he had been in for the past 2 hours Leith stretched his body and walked over to his bed plopping onto it and taking his phone he knew it looked obsessive but he felt connected to the guy and wanted to know him more and more.

Later he would find that it was because they were already fated but as said that was for later.

Leith was so preoccupied by this that he forgot to change his profile pic and name which were all his actual information.

Leith is lazy and Leith likes to keep things clean and frank thus he had just placed his information the way it was.

*Ding ding*

A message from an unknown number entered his phone Leith sat up and was about to go into the chatroom, but he suddenly dropped his phone and went into the bathroom. 'Rule no. 1 of chatting to someone don't look too eager ' Leith told himself as he stripped down and got into the shower honestly he was a bit sweaty and he needed a shower. No more than 10 minutes passed and the youth was all cleaned up and dressed in clean beige pyjamas. While drying his hair the youngster walked over to his bed and picked up his phone unhurriedly and opened the text message on his WeChat.

*Unknown: is that you on the profile picture?

Slightly hesitating Leith looked at his profile pic and cussed before answering quickly.

*Me: ………. yeah.

There was no use hiding it it's not like the guy would start stalking him after all who would like a fat guy such as himself?

Unknown to Leith when Afi saw the picture he actually experienced a mild heartache from the cuteness he saw from the photo. The little boy in the photo who looked about 3-4 years younger than him. The boy had pale skin that reminded Afi of a white swan, he had beautiful big round lively bottle green eyes, his plump pink lips were parted revealing a perfectly white smile with two sharp canines sticking out from the sides of the youths mouth making him look like a little bear cub. His silver-blue hair looked perfectly curled and fluffy. Afi felt like he had seen an angel so much so that the first thing he did was to save the photo. He then looked at the name written under the pp “Leith?“ Azalea smiled ' He has a beautiful name.' Afi rolled his eyes, this motion showed his age by a fraction after all 'he is still just a teen going through his rebellious phase' as his grandma would put it.

*Me : Leith?

*Leith : yes?

Afi smiled feeling satisfied for the first time in a while. Although the other had made him wait for the first reply Afi didn't feel impatient at all and instead felt a rare sense of indulgence for this person. If his underlings were to ever find out they would bow down to Leith and praise him as a god for making their commander wait and not make him angry but that like everything else is a story for later.

*Me : U.

*Leith : I??

Afi looked at his phone and thought his words through. He is a straightforward person by nature and rarely compliments people especially for their appearance after all he was one of the rare minority that could not appreciate beauty. His solders once laughed saying that at such a young age their commander has such a stone face and heart that would make any cute girl cry some who were not afraid of death even went as far as to directly tell him to change his ways or he would end up as a lonely man in future they even sent him some romance comics which as he(Afi) would say “were filled with disgusting words.“ but now at this moment as Afi was at a loss on what to write he remembered a scene he once read and without hesitation he directly typed it. His face showed no changes as he wrote words that no one could honestly write with a straight face and sent the text.

*Me : You really are too adorable. I can't take my eyes off your picture.

*Knock knock knock*

Three loud knocks sounded on Afi's door, with some hesitation he looked up and spoke in his usually cold voice. “Report.“ A clear deep voice belonging to an adult sounded beyond his door “We have found the enemies base Commander.“ Afi's hazel brown eyes narrowed dangerously at the voice he spoke in an even colder voice that caused the older man beyond the door to shiver with fright. “I understand. You may leave“ The man beyond the door happily ran away not even daring to look back although the old devil was scary her grandson was even scarier. Lord knows that the commander is only 14 this year but he had already risen to the ranks of being a commander this title was not handed to him because of his relationship with their leader but rather it was earned by this boy through his own hands. He first came here at the age of 5 and quickly earned the title of little devil and within two years he had become a squad leader, some of his achievements were unbelievable and one would swear that this kid was the devil spawn after all where can you find a cold blooded six year old who can kill a person without blinking an eye? The man shook his head and picked up his resolutely walking away. Afi looked at his phone and quickly texted Leith

*Me : something came up. Talk to you later.

Afi resolutely stood up and went out of his room, unknown to him with just the few words he had typed he had reduced Leith into a blushing mess.

'H-He just called me cute!!!!'

Leith thought as he flushed into an even redder type of pink. The towel he was using to dry his hair had already dropped to the floor from the shock of the words Afi sent him. Although he does not know how the guy looks like he could not help but react, this has always been his weakness as a child and teen who barely got any praise or acknowledgement from his parents he was weak to compliments. It took a while but Leith finally pulled himself together, and being the diligent student he had always been he started doing his homework. Like usual the house keeper came to call him for dinner and as expected dinner was more of a nightmare than breakfast. Because -

“Relax fatty no need to inhale your food.“ Steve snickered while Leith was slowly slurping his noddles. Not being in the mood Leith ignored him and silently continued eating his food. Seeing her little brother giving her older brother the cold shoulder Nancy snickered “Ooh! Fatty just gave you the cold shoulder bro!!“ laughing she looked at Leith “when did little fatty become so cold huh?“ Leith also ignored her causing her face to turn black she was about to hit the back of his head when Leith directly stood up and lightly bowed “I'll go back to my room first.“ His two 'parents' nodded showing that h could go. The minute Leith left the scene everyone became lively the stationary parents finally became lively and showed smiles that Leith had never received from the couple.

Two weeks later

It's been two weeks since Leith last spoke to Afi because he was unreachable and this was only because Afi was currently on a nother dangerous mission, but Leith did not know that and did not mind the guy going MIA on him as he too was busy, his exams had started so he was busy reviewing although he had passed this grade but the three years forced break he had taken in his last life proved to wipe all the stuff he had learnt at school the only thing remaining was his hacking and programming skills. “Fat ***, mother said to come get you for dinner.“ Steven called out from outside the door. Rolling his eyes Leith stood up, opened the door and walked past him. Steven looked at the fat guy who was treating him as air and felt sour “Hey!! Aren't you you going to thank me for coming to get you??“. Leith felt really distressed this idiot has been coming to get him for dinner ever since he started giving him the cold shoulder, he was not sure if the idiot was doing this because he felt inferior or just wanted his attention either way it annoyed him to the core. “Hey fat *** I'm talking to you!!“

Leith turned around and gave Steven a smile that was not a smile “Thank you.“ Steven seemed satisfied with that and failed to see the murderous intent that flashed in Leith's eyes.
