Chapter 2: A confusing Day

...The morning have come, I checked the time; it's 5:43 In the morning. I yawned and stretch for a while to start my day. It's also my first day of learning with humans. The apartment was pretty quiet. I open the door of the balcony. A scent of light moist from the rain last night. It brings me back to my new home I guess, it's always raining. Having a bath early; I always prepare early as usual. Making a breakfast like a normal human. Making sure to eat human food since I have a body of a human after all. The sun has risen and the view was lovely. After a couple of minutes I head out of the apartment. This is quite exciting to be honest not gonna lie that I liked it. I remembered that I have a neighbor that is in the same section as me. Knocking on the door, Quite nervous. Nada opened the door fully prepared in his uniform. "Oh! Rothie! Ha! I didn't expect you to be so early! Wanna go to school with me!? ", Is he for real? of course I need someone to carry me around since you are the brawn. " Want me to carry you around that much?! AHAHAHAHAHAHA! " , " ... true.. " . He saw right through me! it's useless to lie right now. He locked the door and raffles my head as we walk to the platform....

...The public was kinda lively in the morning and it's quite cold. As we walk at the side of a long wide road, chariots starts to pass through. they are more likely a noble chariots since it looks expensive. One chariot caught my eyes; decorated with gold edge sculptures. It's very shiny as the sun hit it's surface, it actually hurts my eyes....

...From the Duke's family Mercifeillne; Duke Mercifeillne or Land Lord of the Southern Country. The family's light; mother, has passed away in a " Demon Prince's curse " it was called "Demon of Light". It's a curse where a human's essence or magic was similar to a demon. This curse only occurs to the family of the person who killed the Demon Prince. This curse was placed by the Prince's sister who was a human. Ever since the Mercifeillne family suffers from this curse but takes the full responsibility of their ancestor's Sin....

..." Are you alright, Lady Chrishel?" , "... Mia.. what should I do?.. is it really true that I cannot lift the curse from my sister?.. ". A shaking voice responds as she look out of the window through the forest. "My lady, It's better to calm down in this thoughts--." , "So there is no way.. Sooner or later my sister will die like our mother. Why did we deserve such a curse after killing a demon?!", " Lady Chrishel... A human like us cursed us not the demon. " , "Cut it!.. I just want to know how to lift the curse out of my family.." She desperately says as tears comes flooding down her face like falls....

...Dyrroth and Nada finally reached the academy the great door opens and the students rush inside to get to their classes. Nada placed Dyrroth down so he could walk with him to their classroom. "Are you excited Rothie?! " He asks the other with a bright smile. Dyrroth nods as he was slightly flustered for he is excited. When they reached the classroom, Nada opens the door and bumped into someone accidentally. They both apologizes to each other and made their way to their seats. As they settled down the top row on the right, Nada forgot to pass by in the cafeteria. He excuses himself and asks for Dyrroth to wait for him. He Nodded and waited patiently....

...A few minutes have passed Nada wasn't back in the class yet. Dyrroth feels anxious as he waited longer. He looked around from his seat and happen to gaze to 3 people standing beside him. "Are you new here?", Says the brunette boy in the middle. They seems to be friendly and quite happy about it. They are triplets and their names was very simple to remember. James, Joelle, Jake. He nodded and stares at them for a moment before looking away. " I guess you are shy.. Well hope you will have a great time here! " , " .. hmm.." , Joel says followed by Joelle. They went to their seats and chat along as Dyrroth waited for Nada to come by. A burst in the door, sweating as he looked up with a bright smile. Dyrroth cannot feel anything but a slight surprised look. Nada apologizes to him for he is quite away for a long time and the other seems to be fine with it. Chrishel opened the door with a fierce look drawn on her face. The room went quiet as the sound of heels from the Lady echoed the room. She was feared by many students for she is one of the Fallen Stars or a Student council. "Fallen Stars" are the students that have a unique original magic or Old-Casting magic User. Mostly of the Fallen Stars are Original magic made. Old-Casting User was placed in the category because of the Kingdom's Mage....

......An aura that I haven't seen before. It was a mixed with a slight demon essence but I could tell that this was the curse that my sister placed to the humans before she died with me. General Gain Mercifeillne is the person who kills me in the past. I bet she is one of that Mercifeillne's descendants. That family was devided to 2 families and bred with each other since they don't want to pass down the curse of the family to others.......

...The homeroom professor came inside the class and everyone pays attention. Mrs. Glarwel Freighn, Delverious Major professional. She was a kind professor and has a very gentle voice. She gestures to me as he introduced me to everyone. I'm glad I don't have to be In the front to talk. "So shall we start our lesson for today? Alright, We are discussing about the Magic of Demons and we will do our performance for today outside!"...

...We head outside and sat on the shade as she made the targets sturdy. It's a golem like statue she made. "Shall we have a good start?", " Can I?" Looks like she will have a show off for today. "Nada.. Who?" I asks him, pointing out to the lady standing in front. "Oh! Her name is Chrishel Mercifeillne from the southern Duke's Territory. She is the 2nd daughtet of their Clan." , " ...Mercifeillne.. Curse.." Nada looked at me with a surprised look. "Their family was cursed by the Princess, by killing the Demon Prince. You sure do have a lot of knowledge!". It's not that I am full of knowledge, I just know who I am that's all....
