Chaper 1 : Reborn

Azalea can only watch while her family were getting totured and killed one by one, right in front of her eyes..

"Look sister, this is the family who abandoned you since the day you were born and you're still saying that you love them.." Sheena, her adopted sister said while sneering at her..

Azalea didn't say anything and just stared blankly at her dead family members, she doesn't feel anything while her family is being killed one by one, she's too broken and numb now..

"Sheena, letting her watch something like this while she's pregnant isn't good for her.. What if something bad happen to your child?!" the newly arrived Doctor said seriously..

"Nothing will happen to my child my dear brother, since you'll extract it as soon as we're done here.." Sheena said and that got a reaction from her..

"You're finally reacting sister?! What you heard is right, it's about time now to get my child from your womb.." she said smiling innocently..

Azalea's whole body stiffened, this can't be happening, she will never let them take away her child..

"N--No!!! I--I'm begging you... Please spare my baby.." she pleaded in tears and that made Sheena laugh maniacally..

She was abandoned by her own family the day she was born but she won't do the same thing towards her own child even though she conceived him the day she was raped..

"Your baby you say?! That's wrong my dear sister, that child will be mine from now on.." she said and before she can say anything, her men immediately grabbed her and force her into the bed..

Sean, Sheena's biological brother cut opened her abdomen that made her scream in pain, she tried to get away from them but because of being locked up in this basement for a few months without enough food, she doesn't have the strength to fight back..

Azalea can only scream and cried while begging them but they turned a deaf ears to her, another bunch of tears fell from her eyes as soon as she heard her child's cry..

"Congratulations little sister, it's a boy.." Sean said smirking at her sister..

Sheena's eyes lit up when she heard that and immediately run to her brother's side, she look at the baby in his arms with a triumphant look..

"Doctor Lee, there's another one.." the man wearing the same coat as Sean said that shocked them especially, Azalea..

She didn't expect that she's actually carrying twins, just thinking about her children will be taken away made her cry even more..

"It's a girl.." the man said again after pulling out her second child..

"A girl?! put it back and let it die inside her mother's womb.." Sheena said that shocked her to the core..

"That family can only have one heir and that can only be my son.." she added and took the baby boy from her brother's arms..

Azalea was about to yell at her when she felt a pain in her throat, her eyes widen and look at the man who slashed her, it was Sean..

"Now that we got what we needed, we don't need you anymore Young Miss DEVON, it's time for you and your daughter to leave this world.." he said coldly while wiping away the blood on his scalpel..

Azalea tried to stopped the bleeding but to no avail, she's starting to slowly lose her consciousness..

"By the way sister, let me tell you something before you die.. someone foiled my plan the night when you got raped, so that person wasn't one of my men, the one who raped you was actually your beloved brother Lucian, but he doesn't remember it because I erased all of his memories about you and change it into mine, this child will be my ticket to be with him so thank you for coming back into the family.." Sheena said and laugh heartily..

Azalea shed one last batch of tears before closing her eyes, it all make sense now, why Sheena hate her so much since she returned..

Her brother Lucian was the only one who treat her well when she arrived, they've been always together and he's always pampering her like a princess..

That's why she fell in love with him but Sheena did everything she can to tear them apart and then he suddenly disappeared..

As it turns out, Sheena did something to him, she can only blame herself now, it's all because of her stupidity that this things happened to her and to her love ones..

If only she could turn back the time, she will set things right and make those people who harmed them to pay for what they did to her and to her family but it's too late now...

Azalea smiled bitterly and finally let the darkness consume her fully..

A loud ringing noise made Azalea to snapped her eyes open and as soon as she did, a familiar place appeared in front of her..

The white ceiling that had a beautiful chandelier, she started to look around and seeing these familiar things around her made her tears fall..

This is her newly renovated room in her Grandparents mansion before she graduated in college..

She sat up and look at the phone on her bedside table and look at the date, it's January 5 2022, she came back to life two days before her 19th birthday and her family's arrival..

This is the day when she had a high fever from the fatigue she got on her last mission, she's back, God gave her a second chance and she will surely not waste it..

"Sheena, I will make you and everyone pay for what you did!!" she said coldy while looking at her reflection in the mirror..

A sudden knock made her stiffen and her eyes moistened again, that must be her Grandparents who's going to check on her..

She immediately run to the door and opened it widely, her guess was right, it was them..

She throw herself towards them and hugged them tightly while crying in their arms..

"My poor Granddaughter, why are you crying like this?!" her Grandmother ask worriedly..

"Tell me, who bullied you and I will make them pay!! They are not allowed to bully my only princess!!" her Grandfather yelled angrily..

"No one bullied me and I'm alright Grandpa and Grandma... I just had a bad dream that's all.." she said with a smile while wiping away her tears..

"We should really call the Doctors again, our Granddaughter's fever might be still high and now she's having a nightmare.." her Grandmother said to her Grandpa..

"Vin, call those Doctors now!! Your Young Madame had a nightnare and they have to be responsible for it!!" her Grandpa yelled again that made her laugh..

She really missed them so much, it's because of her naivety and stupidity that she left them as soon as her family came..

They even died on their way to save her from humiliation, her mother even blamed her for their death..

But since she was granted a second chance, she will never leave these two who showered her with their love no matter what happen..

"Grandpa, I'm fine.." she said to calm him down..

"Oh right, we have a good news for you.." her Grandma said excitedly but she can see the sadness in her eyes and she already knows what she's going to say..

"Your parents and brothers are coming here on your 19th birthday to pick you up.." her Grandpa said with a small smile..

She was too happy when she heard this news in the past that she didn't see how sad they are..

"Really?! They are really coming?!" she ask excitedly but deep inside, she's already making a plan..

"Yes, your dream to be with them will finally come true.." her Grandma said lovingly..

She smiled bitterly inside when she heard that, it's because of that stupid dream of her that she died miserably in her previous life..

"Aren't you happy with this news?!" her Grandpa ask with a frown..

"Happy?! Of course I'm very happy Grandpa, I will show them how happy I am once they've arrive.." she said with a charming smile but deep inside she's smirking evilly..

The old man just nod his head but he knew that something wasn't right with his Granddaughter, she will always burst into tears whenever they will mention her parents but this time, she looks like she just heard a daily news update that didn't concern her..

Her Granddaughter had a calm look and a serene smile on her lips, she looks more mature now and he likes it..

It looks like something change on this beloved Granddaughter of his, he didn't know if he should thank the nightmare she had..
