The never-ending chase with the Dragon echoed through the forest, the roars shaking the leaves on the trees. Mito and Ace ran, their footsteps stumbling over roots and branches as they tried to escape the colossal creature.

Mito glanced at Ace, his voice is calm. "Hold tight, Ace! We gotta outsmart this Dragon!" he yelled amidst the deafening wing flaps.

Ace, wide-eyed and excited, nodded vigorously. They stumbled toward a rocky area, hoping the uneven ground might throw the flying menace off course.

The Dragon, though, seemed to dance over the rocks with ease, making Mito's mind whirl with tactics that he have learned in his old days. Then, like a lightning bolt, an idea struck him. He motioned for Ace to follow as they darted toward a narrow canyon.

Entering the canyon, the Dragon's wings scraped against the rocky walls. Mito, sounding more confident than he felt, turned to Ace, "We can't outrun it, but maybe we Outmaneuver it here!"

Navigating the twisting canyon, Mito noticed smaller paths branching off. "Ace, just stick close to me so that we can confuse the Dragon" he said, his movements is swift and efficient.

The Dragon, clearly irritated by the tight space, let out a furious roar. Mito and Ace stumbled through the maze of paths, testing the limits of the Dragon's patience and agility.

In a risky move, Mito led Ace through a narrow gap between two rocks. The Dragon, too big to fit, roared in frustration. Mito and Ace dashed out of the canyon, leaving the beast trapped.

They paused to catch their breath, the distant roars fading. Ace gazed at Mito with a mix of relief and admiration. "You really know how to handle these situations, Mr. Mito."

Mito smiled, ruffling Ace's hair. "Experience comes with time, Ace. Now, let's continue our journey to the portal, but remember, the path ahead will only get more challenging."

As they continued, the bond between Mito and Ace strengthened. Little did they know, the trials ahead would not only test their skills but also create an unbreakable connection between the seasoned Samurai and the spirited young adventurer.

The forest embraced them in a serene moment, the rustling leaves whispering tales of ancient challenges overcome. Sunlight filtered through the dense foliage, casting a warm glow on the path ahead.

Ace, curiosity gleaming in his eyes, finally mustered the courage to ask, "Mr. Mito, what's it like to face a Dragon? Are they all as terrifying as the one we just encountered?"

Mito, reflecting on past battles, began sharing tales of legendary creatures. "Dragons are majestic and fearsome beings. Each one is unique, with its own strengths and weaknesses. Some are guardians, others are simply creatures of the wild. The key is to understand them."

As they conversed, a distant rumbling sound interrupted their exchange. The ground beneath them quivered slightly, and Mito's expression shifted from nostalgia to concern. "Ace, we might be facing a new challenge. Stay close and be vigilant."

Both of them pressed on, the anticipation growing with every step. The forest, once a tranquil haven, now seemed to hold its breath in anticipation of the impending threat. Shadows danced among the trees, creating an eerie atmosphere.

Suddenly, a massive figure emerged from the shadows, its eyes gleaming with an otherworldly glow. The ground trembled beneath its weight as it stepped forward. It was not a Dragon, but a creature equally formidable—an ancient golem, awakened from its slumber.

Mito tightened his grip on his sword, a steely resolve in his eyes. "Ace, get ready. This won't be easy, but together, we can face whatever challenges come our way."

The golem's roar echoed through the forest, setting the stage for a new chapter in their journey. As the battle unfolded, Mito and Ace stood side by side, determined to overcome the shadows of destiny that loomed ahead.
