The Next Day

I woke up early today, i was excited to be honest🤭 i take bath and take meds and was ready to take chemotherapy.. I was in a good mood unlike other days.. Nurse Ann "seems something good happen today, you have smiling face from morning.." "nothing happen maybe i have a good dream.. hahhaa" i replied "it's rare to see you smile from early morning, don't complain tho, i would like to see it more often" she give me a warm smile.. she continued "i will start your treatment,, you already know the precaution call me if there is any problem."

It's almost 10am and i was alert to every sound, i think he will be here soon.. unlike other days i apply face cream and a light pink lipstick and if only i have a long hair to comb hehe.. i wear my favorite cap and was so ready...

Just then i come to my sense why am i so excited for,it's not like i will meet my boyfriend or a friend,, he is a medical student doing his research work and i am only his patient..

Just when my mood was about to drop.. i hear a door knock and i quickly said "come in"

As expected it was Tony but he was not alone beside him was Roby..

9am: I was ready to go out and my phone rang,i pickup and it was no other than Roby "whats up bro" "Bro are you free today,,i planned to go to angelos cafe wanna join and i also need to buy clothings and of course shoes,you have a good taste"he said, is he asking to go out with him or inform me where we should go🤦‍♂️ though we born in same year and month he is 2 days younger than me, though we are friends sometimes he is like my younger brother😄

"How many shoes are you planning to have,i think you just bought one day before yesterday🤣" "come on,you know they are my happiness,and most of all i really need smart shoe for the college event" "Sorry i would love to but i have a research work to do today" "in the hospital" "yes" "will it take long,if not then i will go with you and we can go after you finished your work" he's stubborn "So stubborn naah,,come with me but don't complain that i am long" "okay,i'm coming to your place"

"Hi,Ten,how are you,do you sleep well last night?" i asked, she replied "I am good,i also sleep well" "You already start the treatment,let me see your chart...Imm Roby and i plan to hang out so he followed me here" "okay"

It was so awkward to see Roby after that confession and here he is again with Tony.. I avoid to look at him,,but i feel like his eyes is on me for several times.. yes no doubt he looks handsome as always with his black shirt and black jeans and kicks... I was lost in my thought,i hate myself for confessing to him,but what choice do i have that time,i though i was dying soon,,it make me so awkward and i wish i could turn into smoke and disappear..

While i was zoning out,, Tony called and ask some questions,,i can feel roby is staring at me the whole time.. that make me bit nervous.. i don't know whether i answer tony's question clearly

They are with me for around 2hours but roby did not said much and we also don't talk to each other

Tony "We still have things to do so we will be leaving.. umm.. if you don't mind,can i have your phone no., so i can call you if i want any information".. "oh okay,i don't mind it " i give him my number and they went out just like that
