"I'm Adelle" Adelle smiled.

"What is your purpose?" The man asked in a wary voice.

"I'm here to save you" Adelle smiled.

"As I thought. A slaver wouldn't go here with nothing on her hand. And slavers never became dirty like that" The man said.

Adelle looked at herself through a mirror that was on the jail.

Adelle was embarrassing as she was full of dirt on her face. When did she get this dirty?

'But- this kid is quite sharp' Adelle thought. She was on an alert. Is doubting this kid really right?

"How old are you?" He asked again.

"Huh? I'm 18" Adelle said.

"I'm 17" He replied.

'What??? He was a year younger than me yet he is taller than me!' Adelle was so shocked. she was so embarrassed for herself.

"I-is that so?" Adelle said in awkwardness.

"By the way, what is your name?" Adelle asked and tilted her head.

"I- I don't have a name" He said and turned his head away.

Adelle was taken aback.

She thought deeply. She was drowned by her thoughts.

'Name.... what name would suit him? Allan? No, that's not a very good name. James? no no no, hmm...'

Then Adelle remembered a very hazy memory.

"Mom, What will you name my next brother?" Adelle asked.

"Let's see......" Mom mumbled.

"Noah!" Mom exclaimed.

Dad came in and asked, "Why noah?"

"Because Noah means rest. He will always be rest assured that were here to protect him" Mom smiled.

"That's a nice name mom!" Adelle smiled.

An idea popped up.

"Then, Noah! your name is Noah! do you like it?" Adelle exclaimed and smiled.

'Your name would be Noah, so that you could receive the rest you never had properly had before' Adelle thought.

He was taken aback.

He froze.

'Has anyone every thought of giving me a name? even my parents didn't give me a name...' He thought.

"Why...." He mumbled.

"Hm?" Adelle asked as she heard him.

"Just why, are you doing this? Giving me a name, saving me, What is your real purpose?" He asked trembling.

He never felt kindness or warmth from anyone in his life, yet this woman gave him the warmth he needed for the first time in his life.

"Why Im doing this?" Adelle Asked herself.

She laid her back against the wall and sat down.

"I want everyone to be happy. I- Can't stand seeing someone suffering. Am I being selfish?" Adelle asked.

He was taken aback.

Noah was frozen like a statue.

"No- you're not selfish" he said.

He doesn't know why he said that. There was really no reason.

His mouth just moved on its own.

"Noah, I really like it. I like my new name" Noah smiled.

Adelle was taken aback.

'Has anyone ever smiled like this to me before? With pure happiness not just smile because of gratitude?' She thought. it was a very familiar feeling.

When was the last time she received a smile like that?

'He resembles my mom's smile' Adelle thought.

She was taken aback by her own thoughts.

'Mom, could he possibly be your reincarnation?' Adelle asked.
