Episode 14

Days pass and the couple is happy, together with their children. The long hours of Nick's residency are made up for with Peter's affection.

Today, Peter is with the kids, making chocolate chip cookies for the family festival in the garden. Peter's computer is on the table, and Noah is mixing the dough while Peter checks in on Joshua and Peter.

When a light flashes on, she presses a button and an image with two icons pops up. The girl recognizes one, "Hello Uncle Francisco," "Hello little one, is Peter there?" "Dad went to see my brothers," "Dad?" "Hello sir, I'm Noah Miller. Nice to meet you Noah, I'm Oliver Sanders," "You have the same last name as my dad Peter," "Yes, dear, how old are you?" "I'm three and a half, soon we will be four, can you call your dad Peter for me?" "Yes sir." Noah goes off to fetch Peter, "Dad, a man on the screen is calling you." Peter hurries to the kitchen, "Dad?" "Son, what explanation do you have for me?" "Well Dad," "We'll talk about it later, son. The important thing now is that your mother wants to arrange a meeting with Nadia Black," "Dad, I will never marry that crazy woman." Nick stands at the kitchen door, "Dad, I need to introduce you to my partner." He gestures to Nick who steps beside Peter, "Dad, this is Nick Miller, my boyfriend and my future husband," "Pleasure to meet you, Nick," "The pleasure is mine, sir," "Okay boys, I want to meet you in person Nick, and see my grandkids," "Yes, sir."

Peter ends the call, "Love, what will you do about your mother?" "My father will take care of her," "And what are you making?" "Cookies for tomorrow," "I'll help." They both start working on the cookies.

At the office...

"Tell me, Francisco, how long have they been a couple?" "Not long actually, and the children are Peter's biological kids, that's something he needs to discuss with him. He also only recently found out he was a father."

He sighs, "There's a lot to process, I hope his mother accepts her son's choice."

"Sir, Nick is a good kid. He's a doctor doing his surgical residency, never neglects the triplets, and is very brave."

"I see he's earned an admirer, haha. Alright, let him know he needs to be at the company's anniversary party," "Yes, sir."

Peter's father departs, contemplating his son who has become a full-fledged family man.

Back at the house, Peter and Nick bake the cookies and assemble the boxes.

The next day, all five head to the garden to set up for the family day celebration. The children are overjoyed to have their parents with them this year.

A beautiful picture is taken of the family of five at the cookie stand. Both Nick and Peter are quite handsome, drawing the attention of the ladies who buy all the cookies, while others whisper.
