Nick Miller, age 23, is currently a medical resident.

His mother is Miriam Colins Miller.

His adoptive father is Joshua Miller.

Nick has three children, Joshua, Luis, Peter, and Noah Miller, all three years old, with their mother's identity unknown.

The next day, we join Jazmin and Lorenzo to the construction site; the governor is there along with his overbearing wife.

We chat with the governor, and he invites us to a town celebration on Saturday, which we accept.

Come Saturday, the park is bustling with families.

We're sitting with Jasmine, Lorenzo, and Francisco, watching families enjoy -- there are games, entertainment for the children, and a barbecue too.

Then I spot my little rascal with his family.

As Jazmin, Lorenzo, and Francisco draw near, "If I didn’t know better, I'd say they look like a family."

Nick's mother and grandmother. "Is that the father of the children?" "Yes," she sighs. Jasmine overhears a bit of their conversation without their notice.

Jazmin scrutinizes the children and the resemblance between Nick and Peter is undeniable.

What am I thinking? This is madness.

As the town celebration winds down, Nick departs with the children and his family.

Unnoticed, Jazmin snatches a hair band from Noah, which has some strands of hair attached.

Back at the hotel, ready to leave, she hands it to Lorenzo, who goes and plucks a hair from Peter, who looks on. Jazmin laughs without a word, "Run a DNA test," she instructs Lorenzo. "Okay, love."

They leave town, and once the DNA test is complete, Lorenzo hands it to Jazmin. "How can it be? These children are Peter's," she says and heads to Peter's workplace.

"Peter, look at this," she says, handing him the test. "What is this, Jazmin?" "It's a DNA test of the triplets from the town; they're your kids."

Stunned, Peter gets in his car and drives back to the village.

Upon arrival, he looks for Nick, who's on his way to the hospital.

"What are you doing here?" Peter asks, handing him the results. Nick looks at them, "Come, let's go somewhere else to talk," and calls the hospital to say he won't come in.

They drive to the lake in Peter's car.

"The children are ours," says Nick. "What?" "Let me explain," he sighs, "I'm hermaphroditic; I have both organs. I have ovaries and a functioning uterus, which makes me fertile in that aspect, but as for the male part, I'm sterile.

When we were together, I got pregnant." "Why didn't you look for me?" "I was going to, but I didn't know who you were, and by the time I found out, I saw a photo announcing your engagement, so I decided to keep my distance."

"This is astonishing. Did you ever plan to tell me?" "How could I? 'Hi, I'm Nick, and I had your children'—you'd have sent me to an asylum."

"How was the pregnancy?" "It was okay. I stayed home and studied online. I couldn't go out and be seen." "I looked for you everywhere."

Peter moves in to kiss him, "No, you have Jazmin." "She's just a facade; I haven't been with anyone after you." Peter kisses Nick with passion and desire, "Stop, I don't want another pregnancy, and I need to get to the hospital," "I'll stay at the hotel; we need to talk about the kids," "Okay."

Peter drops Nick off at the hospital. "I’ll come for you tomorrow," "Okay."

Nick enters the hospital. "Sorry for being late, Dr. Luis," "Don't worry, Nick, you’re never late."
