JASS - The jackass

At the

entrance of the VIP chamber

“Your

identity miss” says the Guard standing at the VIP chambers entrance. “Yup

sure! It’s Jessica parker i.e., JASS”. The Guard

verifies it and makes way for me to enter the chamber. JASS is my 2nd ID. Every out there who know me all call me as JASS. Its just like a second me

who is a cool fun-loving BADASS girl, who is not afraid of being seen by

someone or being teased because she is unstoppable. Everyone out there has

tried his best to get her attention a thousand times but she won’t give a damn

about them as she was always busy enjoying her self in her own world.

“Hey

JASS! Over here..” shouts Vicky from his chamber.“Hey girl it’s been

a while since you last visited me. Did you miss me that much that you couldn’t

resist any longer and came here looking mind blowing and amazing and mesmerizing

especially JUST FOR ME?” “Stop making it sound as if I’m here

only for you and as if I was dying to meet you in person.” I say while

freeing myself from his tight hug. He has always been like this. Previously I

used to think he was trying to take advantage of me by hugging me and embracing

me out of nowhere but later as we started spending time together, I got to know

that it’s his way of showing care, love and gratitude. So, I stopped hitting

him in face since then. “Indeed, it’s been a long time since I last came

here to enjoy myself. But I really had no time back then. I was too busy

thinking about the future which I never knew was going to be a disaster.”

*I Sigh heavily*

“Hey,

what’s wrong? You sound kind of stressed out. Is Everything okay?”

Vicky says with concern in his eyes. He has always been the one and only person

I could rely on since I came to this place all alone. He could have made me

obey him in any possible ways he wants but he never did such a thing and

respected my decision which is why today we are such close friends. “Nothing

is okay man.” “Everything I worked for till now was all taken

away from me. The things I’ve been working hard for day and night was taken

away from in a blink of an eye.”  I told Vicky about everything that happened to

me and how I was now a jobless freak. For a few minutes he didn’t utter a word

and just silently kept listening to me.

For

a time being he kept quiet and said nothing. It felt like he was deep in some

thoughts. As if he was planning something. “But what?” I wonder.“Does he think

that I’m trying to gain his sympathy and trying to get his help by sharing my

problems with him? Oh! NO NO NO NO! this is so not happening.” While I was struggling

with my thoughts and decided to speak out loud and clear to Vicky, I was interrupted

by him itself.“Listen I know you are a free bird and you don’t like to be

observed or controlled by others. Nor do you like to ask for anyone’s help. But

here is the thing. Actually, my father just told me a few days ago that he

needed some trusted people in the company to look after all the official work.”

He pauses

for a moment and then continues again.“So, I was thinking that what if you

apply for it? I mean like, I trust you and even my father knows you well enough

too. So why not work for my father rather than any other company? What do you

think?”
