Chapter 3

The next day at school while i was entering at school i felt someone touch my shoulder i looked at my right to see liam and the look on his face means devil smile when we entered the school i saw annie ran up to me and pulled me away from liam and ofc liam didn't let go of me annie looked up to him and said "let go of my best friend u devil" oh god she said devil in front of liam he was confused and annie almost shouted "yeah i said devil that's what me and y/n call u" "oh no annie what are u doing ur getting me killed" i whisper it to her and she was confused liam pulled me to him and im touching his chest "is that ur nickname for me darling" he said with an evil smirk "darling?" annie said she then widened her eyes and shouted "ARE U TWO DA—" i quickly put my hand or her mouth to shut her up i whisper to her "keep it down no one can know about this" and i already knew that annie was thinking that we're secretly dating i excused myself to liam so that i can talk to her in private i pulled her in the janitors room.

I was about to talk when she interrupted me "i knew it i knew u two like each other and now ur dating but in secret i like that" then i said "what no we're not dating it's just a plan" she looked confused of what i said and i explained all of it to her "but why did u agree to fake dating" she asked "cause i want to make my ex jealous and the best way is to fake date his enemy which is liam" i said to her she puts her fingers in her chin and went silent for some moment and then she snap her fingers "ofc that's the best ways to make them jealous i always read that kind of story so if u need any help to make him jealous just come to me" annie said i smiled at her and thanked her i also asked her why she was pulling me away from liam "oh i thought he was mocking u and i tried to save u from his stupidity" she said and i chuckled.

The bell then rang and we come out of the janitors room and when i entered the classroom i almost felt like someone shocked me cause i saw freaking liam i ran to him and whisper in his ears "what are u doing here shouldn't u be at ur own classroom and not here" he didn't say a word but just kissed me in front of everybody i pushed him away and went to my seat i cover myself with my history book and i felt like blushing then the teacher came and said to pick a partner for a history project and ofc liam came to me and put his arm around my shoulder and i could feel everyone staring at me even the teacher.

Later while we were having a silent reading the principal came and ask if liam can go outside the room i was confused liam then stand up and kissed my head and said "I'll be back babe" and then left i thought " did he just call me babe?!" and i was red like a tomato i saw in the corner of my eye that some girls are talking about me and liam especially the mean girl name harper.

Harper was the popular girl and the biggest bully ever she always make fun of my clothes saying it was fake designer she used to be Jamie's girlfriend but she was to controlling on Jamie and dumped her and after that she has eyes on liam and when she saw liam kissed me she felt like her blood is boiling with anger.

When Liam left i was looking at my notebook then she took my notebook and throws it away i looked at her but ignored her and got another notebook and she throws it away again i looked at the window and she covers my eyes "what do u want im just in peace" i said sound annoyed "stay away from my honey bun u shameless brat!" she said "honey bun?" i questioned "yes! He's my sweet cheeks and stay away from him cause he's mine! got it? She shouted i thought "honey bun? Sweet cheeks? What's next cutie pie?" "he's my cutie pie and my boo boo" she screamed "man these girl so cringe" i thought "since when did i ever dated u?" harper turned around and we saw it was liam looking disgusted harper then hugged him.

"honey bunch finally ur here im just telling this brat—" she then got cut off when Liam said "say that bullsh*t again and I'll throw u off the roof of this goddamn school" liam whispered at harpers ear and she was stunned and yelled "why are u standing up for this b*tch?!" then liam snapped he slapped her hard that she has a red mark on her face i stopped him before he slapped her again then the teacher saw all of it but she sent liam to detention instead of harper i yelled "THAT'S NOT FAIR TEACH HARPER INSULTED ME AND UR SENTING LIAM TO DETENTION! and ofc i got sent to detention too.

At the detention room i was reading a book silently then a paper plane full of writing came to my desk and i looked at my right i saw liam smiling i unfold the plane and i was shock to see that liam was flattered that i backed him up even tho i was sent here too i turned my head and smiled at him and i was giggling cause liam turned his head the other way and was blushing, wait blushing?!

He talked about harper being a stalker to him after jamie and harpers breakup he said that when me and jamie was getting close and always talk in private she thought that me and jamie were in a secret relationship and after jamie has enough of her nonsense he broke up with her and tried to have a relationship with annie and after that harper saw liam in a basketball game and she fell in love with him and wouldn't leave him alone even at the boys bathroom she would stay at the door until i came out then she saw us flirting with each other i yelled at him "EXCUSE ME BUT U WERE THE ONE FLIRTING WITH ME" then the teacher took her stick and slam it at my table and said that if i yell again she would double my detention.

Later at home i was laying at my bed when the door opened and i saw mom she came and sat on my bed and asked me how i got into detention so i told her everything and but she didn't response and left the room i was looking at my door confuse.

The next day i hopped in the car and the driver drove off, moment later i arrived at school and people were staring at me but i just ignored them when i entered my classroom my classmates suddenly clapped and praising me as a hero i was looking at them confuse then i went to my seat and liam sat next to me and said "y/n u are a savage" i raised an eyebrow of what he said then he told me that harper was expelled because she insulted me and i already knew that mom has something to do with it cause i only told her that i was about to stand up to call mom but the bell rang and the teacher walked in saying that harper couldn't attend any other classes cause she was expelled for good.
