“Let go of me you filthy beast!” Rose heard as she woke up with a start. Her eyes quickly adjusted in the eerie dark. She shivered as she glanced around for the person who screamed. Something caught her eye and she glanced at the staircase. They were dragging a girl with blonde hair and immediately Rose knew who it was. The girl from the cell. She quickly stood up and rushed to the cell bars. The chain stopped her but she managed to see the girl turn around with tears in her eyes. “H-Hey!! Let her go!” She shouted bravely and waited for someone to come back.
A few minutes later someone walked out following behind him the girl with the yellow and blonde hair was being dragged down the staircase by a other guy. The girl didn’t move. “What did you do to her?!” Rose shouted as she clenched her fists. She wasn’t a brave and fierce girl, but she wasn’t going to let others get hurt. The two guys didn’t answer as they opened the cell door and threw the girl. She landed hard on the cold floor. Rose quickly rushed to her. She was so pale and maybe even paralyzed. She looked at the men locking the cell door. They were wearing thin armor that moved smoothly along with their movements. “Who a-are you people?” Rose muttered as she stood up. One of the men chuckled and glanced at her. Then in front of her eyes the thin armor made of metal melted into their skin leaving bright white symbols before it vanished. She froze. Magic?? Can this be? One of the men, the one who chuckled opened the cell door and stepped in. “Lord said to leave you for him, but he didn’t say I couldn’t have a taste.” The man said with a eerie sinister smile while he approached. “Rikuto...don’t do this, you know how young master or his brother is...” The other man shouted as he stayed outside the cell glancing anxiously around him before angrily gazing at the guy called Rikuto that was moving swiftly towards her. “Seth, I don’t care a damn what they think, her aroma is to alluring to ignore!!” He hissed and she scrambled back. Her back hit the wall as the man walked closer until he’s hand reached the side of the wall near her head. He trapped her and she couldn’t get out. This man was going to hurt her. “Rikuto Stop!! Don’t make me attack you!” Seth shouted holding a orange white dagger with a silver handle in his hand and he was just behind Rikuto now. Rikuto slightly turned he’s head. “Hah!! You can try.” He then turned back towards her and gripped her hair pulling her head down. In a flash he’s mouth was near her neck and she could feel his breath and teeth scraping her skin. No! I’m not giving up without a fight. Rose then kicked her leg up hoping she’d kick something private. “You bi**h!” Her captor shouted, her captor let go of her hair, but grabbed her neck. Two strong hands were gripping her and lifting her higher above the ground. She coughed and immediately clasped the hands holding her neck. The world started to get darker and she started seeing freckles of white dots. Then the grip suddenly loosened and she dropped to the ground as she heard loud shrieks and growling. She remembered seeing the guy with the blue red eyes that brought her here, but then nothing as the darkness swallowed her.
Rose felt warm light dancing on her skin and when she opened her eyes she was stunned. She was in a enormous room laying on a silky black bed.
Glancing to her left side she noticed that the room had two windows with a wooden platforms bellow it. On top of those platforms layed soft pillows. It was perfect for reading. Her eyes follow the windows to see a huge door with weird ancient symbols carved in it. Her eyes widened when she glanced to the right. There was the bathroom entrance and she could just make out how shiny and beautiful it was. Rose recalled what had happened and touched her neck remembering what took place the night before. It slightly stung, but it wasn’t that sore anymore. She then slowly stood up and then the thought hit her. Why isn’t she in her cell? Rose glanced around. More importantly why was she here and how does she get out?? Rose eyed the windows and the door. Their might be danger waiting for her behind the door and besides maybe it’s locked. But maybe just maybe I can escape through there. She quickly made her way to the window. She gripped the window latch and it was firmly attached and wasn’t so easy to open. Finally the the latch moved and the window popped open. The chilly but warm breeze swept through the window. The certains slightly danced on the breeze. She was shocked by the wonderful view outside. There were trees everywhere and she could hear the birds chirp. When Rose looked down she immediately backed up. Her eyes blurred a bit, but when she finally calmed down enough to look down again. The view was astonishing. There was unicorns looking at her. She couldn’t believe it. She glanced to the trees. Rose then shivered when she saw something unnatural. A boy with green brown hair and small horns stared at her. He looked like a troll of some kind. She couldn’t make out his face that well, but she swore that she saw him with a sinister smile.
“Anything bothering you Tulip?” A husky smooth voice asked. Rose’s heart froze. She slowly turned around. “T-that’s not my name sir.” She had no choice, but to be brave. When she finally stopped turning around she froze. No no no!! This can’t be... Rose was shocked. The person that stood in front of her. It was the guy that brought her here and threw her into that dark cell. “You seem to recognize your savior.” He chuckled. “What are you taking about?” She shouted. The guy gripped his hair in frustration before whispering something to himself. “Last night. That guard. Do you remember now Tulip?” Rose froze as the memory of his eyes flashed through her mind. Rose tried to grip the bed reeling, but it was out of reach. She felt dizzy, nauseous and scared. Her head spun around and she couldn’t hold her footing. It felt like her knees were buckling in and then she fell. Well she thought she did, but then strong arms pulled her closer. She breathed in dark aroma and alluring musky scent of woods. Rose calmed down and slowly looked up. How worse can this get... She was in her savior arms. “W-why are you doing this?” Rose started sobbing. “I have no choice Tulip. I’m sorry.” He said with a soothing tone. Rose tried to pull away, but he wouldn’t let her go. She glanced up into his red and soft blue eyes. The outer and inner irises were red and the other electric blue. Just then someone knocked at the door and entered. Rose watched the person carefully. She knew the person wouldn’t get near the one holding her. The guy was quite handsome with a complete red eyes and a eerie sinister smile. “Ahhhhh Brother. I believe you cannot be here? Father said that she belongs to me now. Can’t you remember that brother??” He mocked. Rose finally remembered that she was in a room with not one, but maybe two vampires. Rose then looked back at her savior she was to scared to step back so she just stayed like that. ”Riordan I didn’t ask for you being here.” Her savior said with a husky tone and a slight deep rumble that sounded like a growl escaped his lips. In a flash he pulled her behind him in a harsh but protective way. “Brother you know father will punish you? Don’t you?” Riordan tilted his head. Rose felt like a meal in front of his eyes. “Well then we have a deal. I get my punishment, but I get to keep her. Is that clear brother?” He said without hesitation. She worried slightly. How worse is this punishment going to be..? In response to the brutal thought she gripped his back with her hands. She didn’t want others to suffer for her. “Hmm. It’s not a deal, but don’t think I’ll let you off next time. Oh and you’ll still get your punishment.” Then Riordan just vanished. A phew tears escaped her eyes. “I-I don’t want you to suffer, because of me. Y-you might have brought me here in this hell, b-but t-this isn’t r-right.” Rose’s voice started to break as she muffled the words out. He turned around then gripping his hands in hers. “Listen to me Tulip. You don’t have to feel sorry for things you haven’t caused or don’t even know about. I advise you to stay here for now.” He said as he then let go of my hand and in a flash he was at the open door. “I have to go now, but I’ll return, okay Tulip?” He softly said. “I-It’s Rose. Rose Akumara and please be alright.” She said before he nodded and walked out closing the door. His personality changed in a flash. That’s odd, but that doesn’t matter now. Rose quickly rushed to the door and turned the door nob. Open!! She quickly rushed out. She didn’t know where she was heading, but she wanted to leave. Rose followed a long passage then she climbed down a round wide massive staircase. When she finally arrived at what she thought was the bottom floor she saw more staircases to her left. Seriously? Rose quickly went down those as well and then she saw the huge iron wood door. Their were massive symbols carved in it. It was different from those in the room. Rose quickly pressed her back against the wall of the staircase. She peeked around. No one was there except for the gaurds in front of the door. She sighed. Better find away around. She wanted to head back up the staircase for a better way to escape. The sewers were a option, but do they even have that? Just when Rose wanted to check for a possible escape through the imaginary or realistic vents she heard a painful sharp scream followed by a awful roar and shriek. It pierced the air like a knife and she gripped her ears. She stopped walking and when the screams and unnatural sounds stop she couldn’t force herself to go forward with her escape plan, because she had a clear idea who could have made those sounds. Rose felt like their was a invisible unremovable string around her hand and it was attached to someone else and so if she’d walk out of this place that string would always pull her back. She could never let that feeling go and it was clenching, almost suffocating her of the thought that someone else was suffering for her. Taking a deep breath in and out she turned back and hid behind the staircase wall. Peeking over she saw a small narrow staircase going underground. It was surround by a doorless doorway. She smirked before hiding behind the staircase again. She waited until the gaurds looked away to the outside of the door and then she slipped out running to the straircase. Luckily she made it their and pressed herself against the wall near the staircase, catching her breath. This journey has teached her to go out of her comfort zone. She was still frightened, but she wasn’t giving up that easily. She stepped forward and looked down the staircase that led into darkness. Now or never right? She checked her surroundings and then slowly crept down into the eerie unwelcoming darkness.
