The beautiful girl beamed, now that the critical period had passed, Rayden would be allowed to meet with more people. Not restricted as before, with only Team 5 permitted access as the responsible party.
However, for the Master's recovery, Samuel still limited visitations. He strictly guarded the door to the room, even arranging his own security to continue protecting the Master.
"Sam, what happened?" Rayden asked his assistant. Indeed, he was awake, but he couldn't freely move his entire body yet. There was a broken bone in one of his legs and a dislocated joint in his right upper arm/shoulder. Meanwhile, his other limbs still lacked the strength to move.
"You had a solo car accident, Master, but because you were in a rental car at the time, none of your family knew of this incident," Sam explained plainly.
"A solo accident? On Thursday? So what day is it now? Friday?" Rayden inquired again, his mind was truly blank, as if he had missed a substantial amount of time. Yet it all seemed to him like just last night. Yesterday he had an accident, and now he awoke today.
"The accident was on Thursday; you lost consciousness and were declared in a coma on Friday, then you were in a coma for 7 days, and now you have woken up. So it's not Friday, but still Thursday, August 2nd," Sam detailed without embellishment, which only served to confuse Rayden further.
"How is the company?"
"I told them you fled abroad to avoid that arranged marriage, so currently the company is under Mr. Alden's control."
Alden was Rayden's brother.
Rayden had always lived life freely, doing as he pleased without much forethought. Eventually, his parents set up an arranged marriage, but Rayden vehemently opposed the idea.
Left with no other choice to refuse, that's why Rayden decided to leave home, but, unluckily, he suffered a severe accident.
Sam, who had closely followed behind, was shocked by it, feeling like he could die also when witnessing the accident firsthand.
Rayden fell silent, absorbed in his own thoughts. Trying to piece together his hazy memories. About the argument he had with his father and his mother's tears when she saw him leave home.

"I'll see who it is, Master," said Sam. He then stepped back a few paces and opened the door, to see a pretty nurse holding a bouquet of red roses.
It was Rafaela.
"Excuse me, Master, my name is Rafaela. May I visit Mr. Rayden? I share in the joy that Mr. Rayden has now awoke from his coma," Rafaela said, speaking softly.
"Alright, but only for 5 minutes." Sam granted the permission.
A permit that made Rafaela's heart leap with joy.
With graceful steps, she entered the room, immediately making eye contact with the man on the bed.
