From the day Roz took my gifts I saw the marriage with duke as my opportunity. Even though I may not get the love but I will get respect.

Wedding was one month after the gift giving. Days went by and I was counting the days left to leave the Count's house. Duke never met with me again after gift giving.

When the news of my wedding with Duke was made public, I heard from the maids citizens were in turmoil even the royal family.

I was busy preparing for the wedding, even if Count didn't care about me he cared about his fame so the wedding preparation was huge.

Finally it was wedding day.

At the end of aisle I saw the Duke. He was wearing Black suit with golden decoration. He had red rose in his coat's pocket. I was wearing White suit with golden decoration and red color choker for omega.

"Duke I entrust my precious omega son to you.(sniff)"

"..." Count could be an excellent actor .

"Yes I will take good care of him than you."

I went in a stage and the rituals began.

"Duke Helious Nortan, Do you vow to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love, cherish and stay loyal to your spouse Irious Trijan.",... Priest

"Yes I do." (In a deep voice)

"Irious Trijan, Do you vow to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love, cherish and stay loyal to your spouse Helious Nortan."

"Yes."

"Exchange the rings!"

When his hands touched mine I felt the sparks so unconsciously I backed my hand

"What happened?" he asked me.

"Nothing."

I again felt sparks when I put the ring in his finger. I don't know what it is but it didn't hurt. It was just suprising.

"Then hereby I announce Duke Helious Nortan and Irious Trijan as husband and wife in witness of Lord. "

"You can kiss each other."

"MUAH"

It was my first kiss. When his lips touched mine I felt butterfly in my stomach. But even after a while of kissing he didn't left and it was getting difficult to breath, it was only then he left me.

Kiss was nothing like how I read in books. It was different feeling.

"Please sign this marriage certificate."

"Irious Nortan"

"Congratulations Duke Nortan and Duchess Nortan on your marriage."

From that moment I became Duchess Irious Nortan. The feeling of being inferior that was in me vanished from that moment as if it was never there.

All were hailing congratulations to us.
