##Chapter 3 Deserted

"Rena, my girl. How are

you?" seeing her daughter fall, Joyce rushed to help Renata up, looking at

Marvin in tears.

"Marvin, please. Save our girl.

Sharon is so cruel. Is she trying to destroy the evidence?"

Marvin's body was stiff at first,

but Joyce's crying brought him back to life. He seemed to wake up suddenly and

strode to Sharon.

Then he stared at Sharon as if she

stepped back and explained to his father in shambles.

Marvin slapped Sharon suddenly with

"Dad! You slapped me!"

one of her men to send Renata to the hospital.

that had fallen on the ground. She ran to the folder and picked it up, and then

trotted all the way out.

After they left, all guests had

already known that there would be no banquet tonight and they were ready to

leave.

Sharon cried and called Cliff, who

was in the crowd and wanted to leave.

herself lying in a presidential suite in the hotel. She looked at the wall, and

She also found a young man sitting

on the sofa beside her bed.

elegant, too.

suits made his slender body look particularly strong and straight.

After a while, the young man nodded

and said lightly, "Okay, that's it. In three days, acquire Hawks Group.

You can prepare the acquisition plan and send it to me tonight."

The assistant nodded, and then

packed up the documents and left. The young man was left alone on the sofa.

"You are awake," the young

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean it,"

Sharon blushed and said in a low voice.

looked into Sharon's eyes. He suddenly chuckled and said indifferently,

"Anyway, even if you spread the word, it won't hinder the acquisition

process."

Being looked at by the man, Sharon

skipped a heartbeat and started to blush.

The man had a pair of star-like

eyes. Sharon couldn't help gazing into them.

In her eyes, Sharon always thought

that Cliff might be the most beautiful man in the world. He was even better

than all those boy band stars.

But compared with the man in front

of him, Cliff would easily lose all his charm.

Thinking of Cliff, Sharon felt a

pain in her head. Those scenes at the banquet just now flashed in front of her.

Her dad, younger sister, stepmother,

and boyfriend... Those who were always so kind to her turned against her

overnight. But the truth was that she wasn't guilty of any of the accusations!

"No, I have to figure it all out," Sharon told herself.
