So, This world contains Z-Card as identity and to register for that one needs to go to the registration centre that is located in green spots.

There are a total of 876 Green Spots which are of 750m radius each which means I don't have to go far and I can go out without fixtures because my house falls in one of them. Also, they are called preservation spots.
