Recap

Allen , Andrew's little brother got into a scandal. Allen explained that he was framed by the paparazzi. He also revealed the dark secrets of Randhawas who were their business partners. He flirted with Claire , Andrew's assistant but he was stopped by Andrew as it was against company's professional ethics. Later , he told James , Andrew's secretary to look into the background of Nancy.

CHAPTER 3

LATER THAT EVENING

Andrew and Allen were going home together after Allen had insisted Andrew to give him a lift.

Andrew : Why did you ask me to drop you when you have your own car and driver ?

Allen ( fidgeted in his seat ) : Umm….I want to know more about Nancy.

Andrew ( laughed ) : Why are you getting so interested in her suddenly ? Do you have a crush on her ?

Allen ( laughed it off ) : Bro , I don't even know her. I am just curious about her.

Andrew observed Allen's face to see if he was lying or not but seeing no sign of anything , he put his eyes back on the road.

Andrew : I had weird encounters with her. She hasn't joined our company yet so I don't think I can give you much info about her. James must have already done research on her for you.

Allen ( laughed ) : Haha ! By the way , what do you mean by 'weird encounters' ?

Andrew ( sighed ) : She is just so annoying. I don't think I can bear with her tantrums.

Andrew explained him about how he met her with detailed descriptions.

Allen ( smiled inside ) : This is the first time you have talked so much about a girl.

Andrew ( laughed it off ) : Stop your nonsense , Allen.

Allen ( excitedly ) : My heart says that you are meant to be together.

Andrew ( sternly ) : Stop it or I will drop you off in the middle of the road.

The rest of the ride was going pretty much peaceful as Allen was listening to music on his headphones and Andrew's concentration was on the road.

Allen ( suddenly ) : Bro ! Stop !

Andrew halted the car so suddenly that Allen bumped his head on the dashboard as he had not worn the seatbelt. Allen rubbed his forehead wincing in pain.

Andrew ( concerned ) : Are you hurt ? Why did you do that ?

Allen : Girl ! I just saw a beautiful girl. Bro , put the reverse gear. I want to see her.

Andrew ( annoyed ) : We almost got into an accident just now , because of a girl.

Allen gave him 'puppy eyes' which Andrew couldn't resist and melted instantly. Andrew always had a hard time time denying anything to Allen because he had always pampered him a lot. Also , Allen had his own ways to convince Andrew. So , Andrew agreed to him and drove the car backwards.

Andrew ( surprised ) : Nancy !!!!!

Andrew stopped the car beside her. Allen kept looking back and forth between Andrew and Nancy.

Allen ( in mind ) : Is she the one whom my brother likes ? It's time to check it out.

Allen ( flirty ) : Hey beautiful ! Want us to give you a lift ?

Nancy ( looked at Andrew ) : YOU ??!! It's you again !

Andrew ( avoided eye contact ) : Where do you want to go ? It's late night. I will give you a lift.

Nancy ( excitedly ) : I am hungry. There is a place nearby. Don't worry. I can walk there by myself.

Allen ( pretended to act surprised ) : Alone !!! Why don't we join you ? I am hungry too.

Nancy ( jokingly ) : I don't think a kid like you would kidnap me. Would you ?

Allen ( winked ) : Of course not darling. Get in the car now.

Nancy ( in mind ) : Why do I feel like I know them ?

Nancy : We have met twice but never got a chance to introduce ourselves. Should we do that now ?

Allen ( in mind ) : Twice ?

Allen glared at Andrew which he successfully ignored.

Andrew : I am…

Allen ( interrupted ) : I am Allen Riom.

Nancy ( deep in thoughts ) : Are you the Vice President of the company ?

Allen : Yup ! You are correct.

Nancy : I am Nancy. Nice to meet you. I have heard a lot about you.

Allen ( curiously ) : Like what ?

Nancy ( sheepishly ) : You are notorious but quite intelligent.

Allen laughed at it along with Nancy. He saw her looking at Andrew so he decided to take the matter in his hands.

Allen : He is Andrew. He also works in this company. He is a normal worker like you.

Andrew ( in mind ) : What ?! This guy is so unbelievable. For god sake , I am the President of the company.

Nancy looked at Andrew and gave him a pleasant smile.

Nancy : Nice to meet you Andrew. I look forward to working with you.

Nancy ( in mind ) : I thought he was rich because he was driving an expensive car. Maybe I judged too early. What if that was just rented ?

Andrew nodded and smiled in return. Their "little" moment was again interrupted by Allen.

Allen : What else do they say about me in the company ?

Nancy : Not much , but they do talk a lot about the President of the Company. Seems like he is the real catch.

Allen ( dramatically ) : Do you mean that I am not an important figure of the company ?

Nancy : I didn't mean that Mister Allen. Yes , a lots of efforts and hard work are required in this field. You are quite hard working.

Andrew ( in mind ) : Hard work ? He doesn't even know how to spell it correctly.

Allen be like : HARD WROK ! Lol.
