" Ahhh is this heaven~~~", Aki thought to himself as he layed on the bed dazed.
It was weird how only a night in the jungle made him appreciate the smallest thing in life.
As ordered by Leo, Aki was thrown in the prison. It was there that Aki got his first meal. He was given a clean set of cloths after a nice cold bath.
The guy who would refuse to bathe with cold water, even in summer, was now appreciating it. His wounds were treated.
Even the rough hard bed he got in the shell felt comfortable. Aki fell asleep there, he slept like a baby for hours.
But ever after a long long sleep, he eventually couldn't sleep anymore.
He was sure he had been in the dark gloomy room for more than a day.
There was no window, so he couldn't confirm it, but he was sure, as he was starting to grow bored.
He had nothing to do there, other than to count the 12 gaped bars holding him prisoner.
He had observed the stone bet he slept on and was left wondering how it was made to be so precisely straight.
Aki out of boredom had measured the length and breath of the room. He had enough time to count the number of stones layed on the ground and on the sides too.
Before coming to the prison, Aki was blindfolded, he had no idea where we was. All he could tell was he was in an underground holding area for prisoners.
It was supposed to be the place of his death, Aki was aware of it. Yet he felt Weirdly calm about all of it .
Any other time, he would be crying his eyes out, but there he was different. He has this sense of security, a voice in his mind telling him that everything will be OK.
His mind free of worry, Aki had to find something else to spent his brain power on. So like any sane teenager, Aki devotes all his time... memorising useless maths stuff....

After an absurd amount of waiting, someone finally came to take Aki. It was guard, dressed in plain gray armor.bhe escorts Aki out of his cell. His armor wad the same as the guards who gave him food and water.
Though Aki had no idea, he was there for only two days. But being in the dark for so long, Aki found it hard to look around after he had come out.
It was too bright for him to even open his eyes. So it took him longer to adjust to the light.
But when it did, Aki discovered where he was. The holding cell was actually situated under a rather old fashion looking building. It was painted red and had a pagoda style roof. Aki had only seen such building in history books.
It looked magnificent. One was enough to wow him, but there were three more such buildings the entrance of all opened into a rather big ground.
Among all four of the building, one was much bigger and looked more royal to Aki, and it was three storied. It was the building right infront of him (opposite to the holding cell building, except one all three buildings are two storied....hope that makes sense.)
Aki was led to the only three storied building. This time he wasn't blindfolded, so he was able to take in the beauty of the place. I was different from the city he grew up in. The greenery that surrounded them, and the architecture that complimented it. Aki Couldn't take his eyes off of it.
He was led through the big golden door which two dragon holding a round orb at the top.
" So cool~~~", he thought to himself.
Inside the building was rows of rooms on each side with windows looking out of the hall.
It kind of resembled the school he went to.
There was a bug stairs just infront of them with guards (wearing same armor as the one with him), at each alternating stairs.
The stairs had red velvet carpet on. The guards were standing still, similar to a royal guard of morden times.
Aki really admired them, so his eyes was glued on the guards. He kept looking at them, forgetting to walk at time.
Instantly, when Aki's leg stopped, a guard ordered;
" keep walking"
Aki, which was having the time of his life;
"Okaaaay~~"
At the second floor, the guard that stood here had a noticeably different armor. They wore a mix of red and golden. It resembled the armor of Leo.
Buy Aki's mind was at something else. There was a weird smell in the air. It was a sweet flowery smell, which instantly filled his nostril. It was unlike anything he has ever smelled before.
It got stronger as he was led towards a closed door. While he stood infront it, the smell was strongest. He couldn't even think straight under the effect of the scent.
His escorts on the otherhand, wasn't affected at all. Neither were the guards standing just outside it.
It had Aki wondering;
"What are their noise made of, steel?"
The guard knocks on the sliding door infront of him, and says;
"Your majesty, we brought him-"
"Send him in.", a firm, familiar voice orders. It was of the king, Leo , who had send him to cell.
Aki was send inside, after they opened the door. Stepping in still confused, Aki realised smell had disappeared.
Aki stood by the door, rubbing his nose, wondering if it had finally given out. But that wasn't it, as Aki could still smell the dirt in his hand.
The door slides behind, startling him enough to make him jump. Aki was frozen there, not wanting to move a muscle.
Leo, not sparing a glance at Aki, says
"What are you doing just standing there for? Come here and have a sit."
For the first time in a while, felt his nervous bone returns. It was as though he was being called for a interview.
He slowly and cautiously inched closer, keeping his eyes fixed at the person before him.
It want until Aki sank down in his sit, that Leo lifts his eyes.
The king was dressed differently he didn't has an armor on. Instead he wore a black inner with golden dragon woven in. His head piece had a big lotus on, that tied his hear neatly.
He sat behind a 12" tall table with paper on some sort. Behind him was a big window, flooding Aki with a little too much light. It made it had for Aki to properly face the king. His head hung low, half scared and half to avoide the blinding light.
Leo was busy with some papers. He had been studying it for a while that left them in awkward silence.
Leo rolls the paper and puts it aside, now directing all his attention to Aki.
