"Eliminate those three foolish humans!"
After Clarissa's father spoke, the creature launched an attack on the three young men glaring defiantly at Clarissa and her father. "Aaaaa!" Satrio screamed as his body was dragged several meters. More than startled, Satrio felt as if every part of his body ached after the sudden onslaught.
"Satrio! Keep praying, Sat!" Dimas shouted commandingly. Satrio complied, muttering God's phrases with his eyes closed, feeling as though his body was crushed.
"Aaaa!" It was Riko's turn to cry out as his body was hurled against the wall by the figure before them with a single flick. "Riko!" Dimas called out his friend's name.
"What is your purpose in doing all this! What have we done wrong!" Dimas yelled at the two cruel-hearted individuals standing arrogantly before him. "Hahahaha. You've disturbed my peace. You've meddled too much with our personal affairs. Therefore, you deserve to die!"
After Clarissa's father had spoken, it was Dimas's turn to be violently thrown about the floor. Yet, Dimas continued to recite prayers, asking for God's guidance. His body was battered and bruised from hitting objects in the room.
THUD!
HAHAHAHAHA!
The figure flung Dimas's body, causing him to collide with a casket containing the corpse of Clarissa's mother. Dimas looked around and saw Satrio sitting slumped not far from him. Promptly, Dimas thought of a plan to break the control over the enraged figure before them.
"Satrio! Hand me that little bottle!" Dimas whispered so as not to be heard by Clarissa and her father. "You still dare to resist me?" Clarissa's father asked arrogantly. Dimas winced in pain and said, "We surrender."
Dimas's statement startled his two friends into disbelief. However, after receiving a wink from Dimas, they started to understand and each acted their part. "Yes, we surrender. You are indeed very strong," Satrio said, altering his facial expression to one of despair.
Meanwhile, Riko pretended to be helpless. "Don't trust them so easily, Pa. These three young men are very cunning," said Clarissa, who did not fully believe the young men's capitulation.
"Don't worry. We just need to silence them all."
"But what if they're only pretending?"
While the father and daughter were busy arguing, Dimas sought a chance to annihilate the creature that hovered passively, awaiting commands from its master.
"Satrio! Where's the bottle?" Then, Satrio searched for the bottle he had found and placed in his pocket, but it was nowhere to be found. "Gone," Satrio said with a look of resignation. Riko and Dimas rubbed their faces in frustration.
Yet their hope did not end there. Dimas spotted the little bottle containing green liquid lying not far from where Clarissa stood.
Full of conviction, Dimas stealthily grabbed the bottle without a sound. Creeping to avoid alerting the two bickering humans, Dimas returned to the casket. According to the manual he had read, he needed to pour the green liquid over a square object wrapped in a shroud, but only above a preserved corpse.
Dimas cautiously opened the bottle and prepared to pour its contents over the shrouded object. His hands trembled, dominated by fear, particularly when he saw the condition of the corpse, which might keep him from sleeping for several nights.
"What are you doing!" Clarissa's father yelled in shock as Dimas proceeded to disrupt the items he used to control spirits. "Attack him!" he shouted again, ordering his wife's ghost to assault Dimas.
"Aaaa!!"
"Dimas!!"
Dimas failed to pour the liquid, as he was dragged away by the invisible being before he could act. All of the liquid spilled onto the floor. Clarissa's father approached the now feeble Dimas on the ground. "How dare you! You're looking for death! If that's what you want, prepare to have your life taken!"
Dimas seemed to disregard the old man's words. His singular focus was to recover the little bottle that closely resembled the one just fallen to the floor, its contents spilled.
Dimas thought that with this bottle, he might be able to destroy the wicked creature before him. As Dimas attempted to rise, Clarissa's father stomped hard on his stomach. Dimas stifled a scream as he endured the pain.
"Dimas!" Once more, Satrio and Riko called out his name. They prepared to rush and free Dimas from the clutches of the middle-aged man. However, the man then commanded the specter to attack them as well. "Pray! Let's pray! Recite Ayatul Kursi and An-Nas!" Dimas ordered with urgency.
Riko and Dimas obeyed, reciting God's verses aloud. Dimas smiled triumphantly as the white-clad female specter squirmed and shrieked as if burned. "You cannot defeat the power of Allah SWT," Dimas declared proudly.
Clarissa and her father began to panic as their mighty force was about to crumble due to the holy verses of the Quran. Not to be outdone, Dimas too loudly joined in reciting the sacred phrases.
"In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, all praise is to God, the Lord of the Worlds. The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Master of the Day of Judgment. You alone we worship and You alone we ask for help—"
As Clarissa and her father panicked and attempted to regain control over the spirit with their bottle, it was futile. Their commands were unheard.
In anger, Clarissa threw the bottle violently to the floor. However, Dimas swiftly caught it and rushed towards the corpse.
"Allaahu Laa ilaha illa Huwal Hayyul Qayyum. La ta'khudhuhu sinatu wa la nawm. Lahum fi as-samawati wa ma fil-ardh. Manzh thathee yashfa'u 'indahu illa bi-idhnihi. Ya'lamu ma bayna aydihim wa ma khalfahum. Wa la yuhituna bi shay'in min 'ilmahi illa bima sha'. Wa si'a kursiyyuhus samawati wal ardh. Wa la ya'uduHu hifdhuhumaa wa Huwal 'Aliyyul 'Adheem."
While reciting prayers, Dimas poured the green liquid over the square object wrapped in the shroud and directly onto the corpse's head.
Riko and Satrio restrained the two heartless individuals to prevent interference with Dimas's process.
"Don't do it! If you proceed, I won't hesitate to have you all fired!" Clarissa threatened them.
"Release me!" she demanded again. The three young men paid no attention, especially not Dimas, who had successfully poured the liquid and was now smashing the bottle.
Crack.
"Aaaaa!!! It's hot!!! Aaaaaa!!!!
Simultaneously, the frightful figure before them began to vanish slowly, as if consumed by fire, turning to ash.
"Praise be to God," the three young men exclaimed, relieved after the negative energy being was annihilated. Dimas glared fiercely at the two vile people in front of him. "You will be held accountable for all your actions," Dimas stated resolutely.
THUMP!
The door was forcefully opened from the outside. The police arrived with a squad ready to apprehend the two heartless individuals. "Arrest them, Officer! These are the culprits who secretly stashed the corpse for deviant purposes,"
Afterwards, both were detained. The town's people gathered outside, witnessing Clarissa and her father's arrest. The three young men had already made their way to the front yard of the house.
"Mr. Wongso? Why are you here? And who alerted the police?" Dimas asked, stunned to see Mr. Wongso smiling at the trio.
"I will explain everything to you later. There are many things I must disclose now that nothing stands in our way. There's also another significant secret I have to reveal," Mr. Wongso added.
