Chapter 4: 15 YRS. AGO

Raven and I decided to go to the mall since its Saturday. It’s been a week and 3 days had passed since I went to Batangas. The real reason why I went there is to investigate what happen 15 years ago. I still remember everything; it was my parent’s anniversary. Everyone is happy; everything is perfect but not until a man in all black came and fired a gun then shot all the people who are there. My parents hid me with the help of his friend, Mr. Salvador. I witness how my parents died, my dad was hugging my mother and carry her to bring on the hospital but a loud bang of a gun was heard then suddenly my dad is slowly fell into the ground while still hugging my mother. I want to run towards them but I can’t because Mr. Salvador held me really tight. I did nothing but to cry that day. As the surroundings got quiet, Mr. Salvador slowly went out to our hideout and when it's all clear he let me out. All you can see are dead bodies covered with blood and a ruined walls and shattered glasses. I was about to look furthermore to see how large those bastards ruined but a hand suddenly covered my eyes. "You must not look any further. This is not a sight for a young man like you can bear," it was Mr. Salvador. "How about mom and dad? I want to see them" I asked. "Sorry young one, but....... I can't allow you for it will not be good for you and for your parent's reputation." He said with a crack in his voice. I could tell he is crying with anger and pity. Anger for what happen to his friend which is my dad and pity for I become an orphan at such a young age. "I understand" I replied. "I promise I won't look but can you make them reputable as what suits them for the last time? I want them to die reputable for they are worthy for it," I asked. "Okay, I'll do it, we will give them a peaceful burial and their reputation back for the last time." Mr. Salvador. At that moment I didn't cry nor grieved that makes Mr. Salvador even more worried to my condition. "What will happen to the company now? To all my parent's property? And.... whay will happen to me?" I asked him out of the blue. "No need to worry child, I'll take care of you and everything, I'll teach you what you need to run all your parent's businesses, I'll train you and make you the man that your father wants you to be and that is to be a strong, refined and wise man. As of now, just do what you're supposed to do as a child and when the time has come, you'll make a grand come back starting in taking your dad's position in all your businesses." Mr. Salvador. "How about those bad guys?" I asked again. But insyead of an answer, Mr. Salavador asked me back. "You, what do you want to do with them?" "I want to......seek justice for my parents and all the people who got involved at that day, No! I want them to feel what I feel, i want them to cry, mourn and suffer until they begged me to stop, I want them to experience the fear I've felt at that moment." I said and finally I started crying. "If it is what you want then, I'll help you with all my might. Hush now child, you'll be fine now." Said Mr. Salvador while comforting me. "They'll pay 10 times fold for what they deed to my parents".

“Hey! are you ok?” I was stop from my thoughts when I heard her voice.

“Yes, I’m alright,” I lied. “You seem no-“I cut her from talking and said, “I want to have a baby” “What?” she said while still on shocked.

“I said I want to have a child, our own baby, don’t you like it?” I said

“No, I mean, I want too but, why so sudden?” she asked “Because we’re not getting younger Rave, we’re getting older already. I want to take care my child, our own child while I’m still strong,” I answered. She hug me and says, ”We will Bry, we’ll have our own baby on the right time, ok?” Then our time was consumed by thinking our ideal baby. I really can’t live without my wife.
