Chapter 1: nightmare

PRESENT:

Please…..please…please…. RAVEN!!!!!..huff...haahh..It was just a dream, just a dream, hooo… stop thinking too much Bryan it was just a dream it won’t going to happen. I muttered to myself to calm down from being shock to that dream.

I was stop on my thoughts and back to reality when I heard someone opened the door. A smile pops out to my face when I saw her, my loving wife.

“Good morning sleepy head,” she said while smiling then hugs me.“You need to fix yourself already we’re going to be late at work,” then she kissed my forehead and went out to our room. So I took a bath and went in to our walk-in closet to change, then I went downstairs to follow Raven. I saw her in the kitchen preparing our breakfast. I told her that she doesn’t need to do those things, she can instruct the maids to do it but, she insisted because she wants to serve me. Tsss how lucky I am to have her. I was stop from my thoughts when I felt a warm lips touches mine.

“How sweet,” I mutter, this is why I love her so much.“You’re thinking again,” she said.

“Nahh, I’m just thinking if my lips make you flatter that much,” I said teasing her, then show my big smile to her. “What?” she said with a frown face, but she’s still pretty.

“You’re blushing,” I said. She pinches my nose. “Come on let’s eat, the food is ready,” she said. Tsss if I know she’s just changing the topic. We finished our breakfast and prepared for work.

We’re here at their company and for the information of everybody they own two 5 star hotels, five resorts, four boutique shops, three malls, 5 restaurants and car manufacturer around the country. They belong to the top 5 of the richest family in the Philippines. Their company rank # 2, means the second powerful, famous and one of the most influential businesses around the business world here in the Philippines.

“Are you sure you don’t want me to fetch you after your work?” I ask. She shook her head.“No, it’s ok besides I’m going to have dinner with my parents tonight,” she said. “Ohhh… you didn’t tell me about that,” I said

“I’m sorry I forgot to tell you, my mom just texted me a while ago, so is it ok with you to go home alone tonight?” she said with sincere and bothered voice.

“Is that so, well it’s ok with me then, besides, they are your parents”

“Thanks Bry, well you need to go already you’ll be late in your work”

“Ok then, I’ll go ahead text me if you’re there already,” then gave her a kiss, just a peck on her cheek.

“Pssh…your being worried again, I told you it won’t going to happen it’s just a dream ok, well if that makes you at ease then I’ll call you if I’m already at home, feel better now?” she said. Well I’m still worried but not worried like a while ago. I told her about what I dreamed last night while driving.

I kissed her again but this time much longer and passionate one.

“Better, I’ll go ahead I love you” I said

“I love you too Bry, go ahead now or you'll be late."

I watch her enter from their company before I leaved.
