Flashback - Arlo's POV

After dinner, Arlo bid goodnight to his brothers and cute nephews. After freshing up, sit beside the window and look outside the garden. He remembered the garden that they had back in the mansion. How is the garden now? Is it being taken cared off? Maybe all the flowers withered already as no one is there tot ake care of it. Questions that has no answers unless he speak to the only person who can give him the answers - which is Butler Lee.

Although he don't want to admit it, he misses the garden that they nurtured, reminding him all the good and bad memories while living in that place. Thinking about it, he just sighed and lay down on the bed. Thinking how it all began.....

Arlo, Mizuki, and Axel are brothers that grow up together at the orphanage. Although they are mot blood-related siblings, they are more than brothers. After Arlo graduated from high school, the three of them moved out from the orphanage and rented a *3LDK apartment. While the start of college, he was able to get a full time scholarship from one of top 3 universities in Country L. To support his brothers and himself in terms of studies, clothes, food, and everyday needs, he took 4 part time jobs to financially help them. After Mizuki graduated, he too, took part time jobs to help Arlo with the expenses. Leaving Axel to focus on his studies, but in return, he is in-charge of the household expenses and budget. Arlo was in 4th year business management student when everything changed for them.

Arlo attended an interview for internship at one of the prestigious company that time. He was able to pass it, given his educational background, he was offered a full time employment once his internship ends. In which he gladly accepted. Little did he know that it was all planned by Jordan Yamazaki, the CEO of JHN Corporations in which he is doing his internship.

Jordan first saw Arlo helping a little girl from a nearby park in the the university where the brothers were studying. Seeing it as an attraction at first, he decided to stalk him and investigated his background. After finding out Arlo's information, he decided to offer him the internship in his company with the intention of making him a full time employee after. And that's how Arlo landed the internship and employment with his company. He made sure that after the internship, Arlo will be his personal secretary.

After his 6 months internship ended, Arlo was given the full time employment contract with the additional information that he will be promoted as the personal secretary of the CEO.At firat, he was surprised since he isn't expecting the next blessing of being promoted right away. So he decided to visit the CEO's cabin after signing the contract.

Jordan was already notified by his assistant, that Arlo wished to speak with hin about the sudden promotion, which he gladly agreed. Knowing by now that it was not just a mere attraction as he observed him from the time Arlo started his internship. He is fully convinced that he is the best partner and love for him that can be equal to his standing. His love, his life, his QUEEN.

Unknown to others, he is one of the 3 Mafia Kings who rules the underworld. His group's name, DarkSide, is the top 1 mafia. They deal with weapons, cargoes, gem minings - all legally. The only time he deals with others is when they try to drag him down the wrong path. His boys already considered Arlo as their only Queen perfect for their King. As Jordan showed his picture to the whole gang saying that he is their Queen and have to protect, respect, and treasure him just like what they give him.

His group promised they will do as he says, because why not? Arlo was the only one who melted their boss' cold heart conpletely just by showing him the good side in everything - directly or indirectly. They are really greatful to him about their King's change. And they hope it will change for the good.
