02. new school

A year in cherryhills city.

I feel there is a change in myself, not too much but I feel like I'm getting better now. But during the year I was here, I began to miss the school atmosphere.

Yeah... you know, ever since i became a psychopath, i've always been alone and i've never been friends with anyone in real life since then, i've only been friends on social media and even then i have to use my pseudonym.

I once asked my parents if I could go back to school in Summer Mountain Village and... well, you already know the answer. yup, they don't let me. Because they know that if I go back there, I will definitely be bullied and will definitely be bullied by every creatures there.

A few days later.

Tonight is a cold wednesday night. I and my parents are getting ready to go to dinner at a restaurant.

I feel very happy because this is my chance to get out of the house since the first time I lived in Cherryhills City. I was wearing my jacket when I was about to get in the car while my parents were already in the car and I could see they were still wearing the suits they usually wear to work.

I then got in the car and sat in the back seat. a few moments later, we were off. I feel very happy.

"You look so happy honey" my mother said as she looked at me.

"Y... yes, I'm happy" I said while scratching the back of my head "it's the first time I'm out of the house since you all brought me here, thank you mom".

"Don't thank me, but thank your dad because he invited us to dinner out tonight" my mother said as she patted my dads shoulder.

"It doesn't matter, this is also for you so you can feel happiness" said my dad.

During the trip, I couldn't stop staring out the window and I could see the city lights shining brightly. Usually when my parents and I travel by car, I always fall asleep but not this time. The trip seemed a bit short because the restaurant that I and my parents were going to visit was not far from the housing where we lived.

Not long after, we arrived at a restaurant that looks very luxurious. I saw the name of the restaurant was in French.

"restaurant haut de gamme Cherryhills"

(cherryhills upscale restaurant).

I can read the name of the restaurant clearly because I can speak French a little, yeah not really.

Then after my dad parked the car, we then got out and walked to the restaurant. When I and my parents entered the restaurant, I could still feel the cold air from the air conditioner even though I was wearing my jacket. Then I and my parents sat at a table near a large window. This is the first time I see the atmosphere of the night in the city.

Not long after, a restaurant waiter came over to us. he was a white wolf, I didn't realize that he was my uncle, uncle don.

uncle don was my mother's older brother and he is my dads ex-partner when he was still working for my parents' coal company. I have a very close relationship with uncle don, because when I was a little wolf, uncle don often took me on trips abroad and bought me many of my favorite toys.

But now when I see him, I immediately look down. I feel bad for uncle don because I also hurt his daughter when the murder I did at school happened at that time.

When I saw uncle don standing in front of our table, I was so afraid to look at his face and I kept my head down. I could hear my parents talking to him. If I listen carefully, they seem to be talking about their memories when he was still working at my parents' company.

But not long after, I saw uncle don walking towards me, I started shaking when I saw him getting closer to me.

"Is this little Trixsyi" uncle don said as he grabbed my shoulder.

I didn't answer and I just nodded. to be honest, I was really scared of him after that horrible event happened. I then heard him speak near my ear.

"Long time no see you little Trixsyi, how are you. I know you are afraid of me after you hurt your cousin, right?!??" said uncle don.

Then i try to see uncle don's face and when I saw his face, I could see he was smiling at me with his sinister smile.

"Uncle... h... how... a... are you, l... long time n... no see y... you" I tried to greet uncle don but I was very nervous and a little scared.

"I'm fine, don't be afraid of me, I forgive you, now what do you want to order, little Trixsyi" uncle don said while giving me the Menu list.

I then looked at the menu list given by uncle don, I could see that the menu list featured luxurious foods that I had never tasted before. After looking for a while, I finally found a fruit salad. I immediately ordered it and then returned the menu list to uncle don.

My parents had also ordered their food and not long after, uncle don left us to prepare our order.

Not long after uncle don left, my dad then looked at me.

"Trixsyi boy, I and your mom have thought about your desire to go back to school, and well... you can go back to school," said my dad while smiling at me.

"Is it true ?!??" I was shocked.

"That's true" my mother said "we also registered you in Cherryhills International Highschool some time ago, you can go to school there starting next week".

"Oh really, thanks mom, dad" I said happily.

"But, as long as you go to school there, you must always use your pseudonym that you usually use on social media" my dad said seriously.

"You mean, Diamond Azscel Lunamoon?!??, but why do I have to use my pseudonym" I asked my dad.

My mother looked around and then approached me.

"The news of the murder you did at school has spread widely, everyone now knows about you. that's why when we registered you, we used your pseudonym" my mother whispered in my ear.

"oh... okay... fine" I said while looking at my mother "but can't I still be called Trixsyi, um... I mean can I add Trixsyi between my pseudonyms".

"Yes you can, but you have to find a way so no one at school knows who you really are" my mother said.

"Thank you mom" I feel happy after my mother said that.

"Just one more thing" my dad said "you have to wear contact lenses to change your green left eye".

Um... did I forget to tell you that I actually have two different eye colors?!??. yup I was born with two different eye colors on my face. my left eye is green while my right eye is blue.

Like it or not, I had to do what my parents said if I wanted to go back to school. I have to use my pseudonym and I also have to wear contact lenses to change the color of my left eye.

"Now how, are you ready to go back to school but with a new appearance, Diamond Azscel Trixsyi Lunamoon" my mother asked with a little smile.

I didn't answer and I just nodded with a smile. I feel very happy because I can finally feel the school atmosphere that I miss so much.

Not long after, I saw uncle don come with our order. Straight away, I and my parents ate the food that was served on our table.

I saw my parents talking to uncle don while they were eating. I can see they're talking about what uncle don has done since he chose to live in Cherryhills city. I feel calm and I seem to have no fear when I meet uncle don after it turns out he has forgiven me even though I have hurt his daughter.

A few moments later, we finished our dinner. I and my mother then walked out of the restaurant while my dad paid for our order. When I and my mother waited for my dad in the parking lot, I could feel my mother stroking my head and I felt calm because of that.

Not long after, I saw my dad coming and walking towards us. Immediately, I got in the car and took off my jacket. I could see my parents were still outside and they seemed to be talking and soon they got into the car.

We finally left the restaurant and headed home. On the way home, I couldn't stop imagining what my new school would look like, how things were there, whether the subjects taught there were the same as those taught at my old school. But I still hope that I can go to school well and will never make a fatal mistake for a second time.

A few days later, the day I had been waiting for finally arrived.

Today is a sunny monday morning. I'm still in my bedroom and getting ready to go to school. I then wear the school uniform that my parents bought me. I also didn't forget to wear a small bandage to cover my scar, then I used blue contact lenses to change the color of my left eye to match my blue right eye.

I am a student at Cherryhills International Highschool, to be precise, a junior high school student.

After preparing everything, I came out of my bedroom and then went to the living room. When in the living room, I could see my parents were getting ready to go to work.

"I'm ready" I shouted.

I saw my parents were surprised to see my appearance changed drastically.

"Wait a minute... is this my little trixsyi" said my mother when she smiling at me.

Then, I saw my mother coming towards me and then hugging and kissing my cheek. Not long after, I and my parents got out of the house and then got into the car. In the car, I was really happy because I finally went to school. But I'm also a little scared because it's at school that all this happens. I hope all the creatures there will be kind to me and that they will never find out who I really am.

Not long after, we finally set off. during the trip, I kept looking at the brochure about my new school that my mother gave me.

When I looked at the brochure, I could see that my new school had a very big building and was even bigger than my old school I thought. I didn't only see a junior high school, it turned out that an elementary school and a high school were also in the same building.

That means, three schools are in one very large building. I really can't imagine what my real school would look like.

I feel this trip is a bit long because my mother said, my new school is in the middle of the city, to be precise, it is near the city park.

A few moments later, I finally arrived at my new school. I was shocked because my new school turned out to be much bigger than what I saw in the brochure. I was wondering to myself, how many students study in this school.

Later, my dad parked the car in the parking lot and then I and my mom got out while my dad stayed in the car. I and my mother walked to the principal's office which was not far from the parking lot.

When walking with my mother, I can feel a different atmosphere here. This school feels different from my old school. Then when I arrived at the principal's office, I was asked by my mother to wait outside while she was talking to the principal inside.

While waiting, I can't stop looking around and I'm amazed by my new school. I hope that by going to school here, I can change for the better and can forget the bad memories that always bother me.
