Chapter 4- Her Soul Part and Ryan

''That all I know milady,''

Evelyn finishes telling her lady about the Thames family she doesn't know much but it is enough for Cynthia to process everything.

She will decide what to do later, right now she only wants to sleep and rest. It has been centuries since she had fallen asleep without being on guard. The two majestic being fallen asleep not noticing a silver ring appear on Cynthia's middle finger.

In her dream, Cynthia saw a silver dragon roar in a forest with other beasts bowing down to it.

It was a glamorous sight to behold

The scene change to see a dazzling golden spear that radiates brightly and divine. It pierces through the maiden with silver hair that is similar to the silver dragon she saw. A man in gold armor, his very being seemed like the embodiment of strength.

Cynthia can't see their faces but she can feel sorrow, confusion, and mostly despair that she hated the most. They were talking about something but Cynthia doesn't understand what language is it.

Suddenly nine-colored light faded, a seed that look like a core flew to another plane. The man can move again he releases the golden spear and throws his arms around her.

The woman's complexion grew paler and paler seemingly her life force is being sucked out.

"My love, wait for our daughter, take care of her, and love her..."

That was the only sentence that Cynthia could understand. She feels pain and loss looking at the scene in front of her.

All of the sudden, the other end of the golden spear pierces through the man's chest, the man held the woman tightly in his embrace facing death together.

".... Beside our daughter is in good hand of your friend so you don't need to worry."

A sudden strong and imposing aura swept Cynthia out of the dreamland into reality. She panted feeling spiritual energy going inside her at an alarmingly fast rate.

Cynthia puts the tiny dragon aside and tries to control the energy coming to her. Due to the alarming rate of spiritual energy her breakthrough of spiritual power and soul increases.

She opens her eyes again to see like before in her past life, a golden ring surrounding her. But this time instead of one she sees 5 golden rings.

Cynthia was quite surprised by the appearance of the 5 soul ring. She seems to regain her past life ability and something in her rumbling in madness.

In her past life, achieving 5 soul rings is very hard if it weren't for her drinking the divine water she wouldn't have reached that level.

She was about to enter her spiritual sea but a knock interrupted her. Cynthia sighed in annoyance and frustration before using magic to disguise the dragon.

"Come in"

The door opened with Ron pushing a cart of delicious food and Evelyn just come back from her errands. Cynthia looked at the window seeing the sunset view waiting for them to set the dinner table.

"Young lady, do enjoy the food," Ron said went out of the room with the cart.

The evening continues with the Henituse family bit each other good night and going to their room. Cynthia also got ready for the night and hugged the red dragon to sleep.

In the week after Cynthia regressed and transmigrated Cynthia notice the strange look from the staff.

By what I mean strange is that they are respectful toward her, not insulting her, not disobeying her order. She found it strange considered that she was never this respected.

She was cold but kind and gentle to those close to her, they even have a title for her.

Cynthia got to know this only after hearing one of her teammate's conversations.

Right now, Cynthia is still looking at the silver ring that circles her middle finger. She only noticed the thin ring when she saw preparing for a bath.

She tries to take it off but it grows on her finger. It has a very thin silver band with Amethyst and diamond. It is a very simple design but the soul and life energy it emits are very strong and condensed.

She has already looked through many books in the Henituse Library but has no finding of the ring's origin. Cynthia put the matter aside for now as she still has time to figure it out.

She is looking through the black scroll that she still doesn't understand. She finds out that her runes brush is a heavenly item that can make the divine realm shake.

It's a very scary thought but she likes it, she can use it on the unknown God and some Gods she doesn't like.

The Rune Brush is made from very rare materials that are hard to come by even in 10,000 years.

The handle is made from Green Crystal Jade which has very concentrated spiritual energy gathered. The Green Crystal Jade was accidentally dug out from the depth of a cave that is near the world tree rested.

The bristles are from Light Phoenix Feather uses light elements and spiritual energy. The Phoenix is born from the highest point of the sun, under a beautiful moonlight dropping from its birth.

The silver ferrule is actually from the Ancient Silver Vine that grew in the coldest and most dangerous region of the sea.

The runes on the brush are drawn with mystical being blood and dragon blood mixed.

Usually, the consumption of drawing runes will cost a lot but with the first runes activated the consumption is very little.

The way to activate the first rune is by consuming a lot of spiritual energy and the owner's blood or higher being blood.

Description

After activating the fifth rune, the illusional realm will expand to be able to trap the victim in the portal that has their worst fear, and every minute that person spends in there their life will be sucked out.

Backlash is unstable mental strength if the enemy breakthrough and consumption of spiritual energy

Description

The third doesn't consume any spiritual energy of the owner but instead, the enemy or the victim's life energy will be consumed and be used by the owner.

The brush will be stiff like a needle able to penetrate anything even with dragon scale protecting you.

Genesis Rune Devour will consume life and spiritual energy from the surroundings to attack the victim and later the first rune will be activated sucking all the spiritual and mana of the enemy.

It will be activated when the owner is in a dangerous situation

Backlash is overpowering causing the individual to vomit blood or simply fainted caused by the life energy go to the body

Description

The fourth rune consumed a large amount of spiritual energy and needed five elements

• Wood

• Fire

• Water

• Earth

• Wind

With the five elements combine it creates a destructive force of nature that dragons may fear

It will be activated if the person has an infinity with those five-element or an ancient power with the five elements

Description

The fifth Rune consumed a large amount of spiritual energy and mana especially life energy

Asura Crystal Dragon is a green crystal-like dragon coming out of the Jade Rune Brush making a majestic appearance.

The transparent green scales are shiny and were as long as an ancient dragon, it looks vicious in any aspect.

It attacks your soul using its roar and greenish-blue flame came out of it largemouth

Activated when the owner has enough Crystal Genesis for the brush to absorb

Description

The sixth rune consumed an average amount of spiritual energy and a high amount of life energy

As its name suggested Vitality of Life heal the owner and allies members unnoticed by the allies, helping the recoil effect of ancient power.

Instead of keeping it in dimension space the Jade Runes Brush is stored within the soul of the owner and will absorb the surrounding spiritual energy into the body easily.

Activated when having enough life energy

Description

The seventh rune consumed 5 elements that have within the world and 4 elements of the universe.

The owner will be able to control nine elements that like making a soul core with the body, they will be freely using the nine elements at any time and fuse it making a new skill.

The owner of the Jade Runes Brush will be able to see elementals becoming an Elementalist

Cynthia taking advantage of no one to disturb her quickly concentrates and goes into her now Spirit Sea Realm. Because of gaining her past life abilities, her progress is faster, she cleans the memories putting them into a safe place before noticing a space.

Cynthia had never seen this before, the half-empty hollow was her soul supposed to be but it was empty.

"What!?"

She doesn't know what to do as this has never happened before in her past life, she only walks toward it. She has many thoughts going on her mind

'Is it because of transmigration or regression!? It's like my soul was split in half!? '

The longer she stares at the space she can feel madness and deadly aura coming from the space. She doesn't know what to do but touch the space before it sucks her to somewhere.

After regaining her balance she notices she is not in her Spirit Sea anymore but a space that seems like an endless abyss with white sparkles. She looks around the space not noticing a girl with dark blue hair is behind her.

Abruptly turn around to see a girl no a woman look like her with dark blue long hair and dark blue eyes she wore a gentle and small smile on her beautiful face. She wore a long dress with a cloud pattern on the inside of the dress it reveals her legs. Her hair is tied in a half ponytail with gold ornaments and a gold cloud hairpin on her front hair.

Her dark blue hair reach the ground and she wore only a sapphire droplet with a gold chain necklace. It was a simple but beautiful necklace that Cynthia subconsciously stares at it before the owner of the necklace chuckles.

Cynthia was able to hide her embarrassment but her red tinting ears, which look cute to her look alike.

''Who are you?''

''My name is Lilian a name I gave myself, and I'm an azure dragon'' Lilian said with a smile that makes Cynthia uncomfortable seeing that smile

''I see then why am I in your Spirit Realm?'' Cynthia asks looking at Lilian for an explanation but Lilian only chuckles

''Not my Spirit Realm but it is our Spirit Realm Cynthia.''

''W-what?''

''Cynthia I am your other half or what you call split soul, I was separated from you when you transmigrated to Kim Soo Jung. We were attacked by hunters causing our souls to split and you lost half of your memories to me. I was born from a thousand years old dragon egg with a blue dragon looking after me and now I am 800 years old.''

Lillian explain the situation they were in as Cynthia tried to process what Lillian was saying. Cynthia understands the most part but now she has another question ''Then how do we merge back together since we are both living life form right now?''

''About that to merge ourselves into one in real life but the condition for this... a bit special...''

Lillian look nervously at Cynthia before continuing to explain

''Right now we are two independent being so we won't affect each other existence unless we merge back with others.''

''So mean that that one personality would be erased?'' Cynthia asks confused but also a bit afraid. Lilian shook her head remaining calm

''That would be devouring each other. If we merge, all of our experiences, thoughts, and feelings will merge. Merging only happens after both of us agree to combine. For one existence is dominant, which means that the others half agree with it.'' Lilian answered and Cynthia nodded staring at the endless abyss

''So it a dangerous situation for both of us to meet, an accident might occur.''

''That would happen but I agree to combine with you, I agree to be the submission and you to be dominate.''

That announcement shocked Cynthia greatly, she wouldn't think that one day someone would sacrifice their existence for her. She doesn't know much of her other selves but the way she replied it is like she has nothing left.

''W-why?'' Cynthia can't keep her emotion in check asks stutter, Lilian look at her counterpart with pity and sadness.

Lilian is an azure dragon because of her azure blue scales but what difference is that she has many connections over the years she lived. With the memories, she visits her mother's land which is given to the Thames family to live in. They construct a village but become more like a Kingdom over the 18 years with Lillian's help and was requested to be their chief or some people in the village calls her queen.

She makes a resident on one of the eight mountains naming it Heavenly Mystic Peak with many lustful green trees. It has cherry blossom trees, Gongko trees, and many colorful trees and flowers that make the mountain look like a sunset. She was also married to an ancient dragon and have a 600 years old dragon egg but she would keep it safe.

She lives her life in peace away from the world's corruption but also away from her beloved husband with only an egg as her family. But not all is peaceful somehow hunters found her place and attack the city but she uses her life force to create a strong barrier that God might fear. The barrier makes the land within the domain 100 times larger with many citizens staying.

She establishes a nation with many strong people and she creates residents on the seven other peaks. For the strongest disciples, she will take in the near future.

She wants to live to the fullest so she decided to contact her other selves wanting to merges back together. Lillian is both tired and happy with how her life takes in.

Cynthia doesn't know what to do with the situation at hand but she is sure of one thing.

Her other selves want to rest

"Can I have some time to think this through?" Cynthia requires looking at her other selves, Lillian nodded with a smile

"You have a lot of time so I can wait but the deadline is when you're 14."

With that Cynthia was back at her Spirit Sea Realm, the realm ground is like an ocean with the rhythm of the water. It was very peaceful in her Spirit Sea but her mind is still in a mess.

Outside Evelyn has been waking her last for a while but the tiny red dragon stops her. She looks at her lady worried evident on her face before Cynthia wakes up.

Evelyn was relieved to see that her lady is okay and was happy. Her elements tell her that her lady just got stronger and needs to adjust to the condition she is in.

"Lady, you finally awake,"

"Mm... Evelyn prepares a bath and asks the chief to make extra food for the little one."

Cynthia said opening her eyes and looking at the tiny dragon, Evelyn bows and does the orders from her lady.

Seeing that Evelyn was busy the tiny dragon jumped and snuggles on Cynthia's lap feeling the warmth. Cynthia caress the red scales with gentleness

"Do you want a name?" Cynthia asks looking at the tiny dragon, it looks at Cynthia cutely with its head tilted to the side.

Cynthia follows the action looking at each other for a long time. The tiny red dragon bobbed making Cynthia chuckle from the cuteness.

"I will name you Ryan. Its means little king, let's hope you will be strong and not let anyone or creatures bully you."

"Mama? Ran?"

The incorrect language of the red dragon makes Cynthia coo at him from his cuteness.

"My lady, the bath is ready."

"Mmm... Okay,"

Cynthia bring the red dragon to the bathroom cleaning him, the bathroom was a mess after that bath. The tiny being splashes the bathwater soaking Cynthia but she just enjoys being with Ryan.

After finishing she let Evelyn clean the messy bathroom and dry the baby dragon. She rubs the towel gently on the red dragon drying him as he looks at Cynthia cutely.

"Milady the dinner is ready," Ron's voice called out from behind the door

Cynthia put a disguise on the dragon turning into a red cat and carried it to the table. Ron came in with Beacrox food and prepares it on the table.

Ron has been suspicious of the red cat as it appear out of nowhere a week ago on Cynthia's birthday. He senses the red cat has a strong aura along with his lady.

Cynthia doesn't know but her body has been accumulating lots of spirit energy since she awake from the meeting with Lillian.

Her before little aura now is strong and fierce as the necklace runes didn't have the function of keeping spirit aura.

Spirit Aura is gained when your spirit is mature like how old Cynthia's spirit is. She only finds out her spirit blue-like vines with a silver lining on them. It looks beautiful in her opinion but the spirit rings hold different elements instead which puzzle her.

Instead of using her spirit, she would instead use the elements of the spirit rings. She also has a second one but it has not awakened yet.

"You can go out now Ron,"

Ron finish setting up the table and bows before leaving the room with a beginning smile. Cynthia put out the magic on the red dragon before cutting the steak into small pieces for the red dragon.

Ryan eats the steak curiously before furiously eating the food like it has been starving for ages.

Cynthia only smiles and eats her food, occasionally wiping the steak sauce or oil on the dragon's face.

That day has many things happen but Cynthia would only focus on what she needed to do.
