Her Parents

She sighs thinking about the beautiful genes of her new family. After her parents reached downstairs they took their seats opposite her and stared at her for minutes.

Selina got nervous after being stared at them and started fidgeting. "Mom,Dad I came to apologise for my misbehaviour during last few months. I know I was rude to u and brother and it's my fault. But I realise my mistake after a nearly death experience. I know you all are disappointed with me and..." stated selina but got interrupted by her mother.

At first her parents were shocked by her sudden apology but soon their shock turned into worry and nervousness hearing the last sentence. " Dear what are you talking about? what nearly death experience, what happened to u, Did u get hurt, how come we don't know anything."

Even though her father didn't say anything but she can feel his concern for her from his expressions.

"Mom don't worry I'm fine. It just that few days ago I got kidnapped and when I opened my eyes I found myself in an uninhabited island and got scared since there was not anyone except me. But thankfully andrew comes to my rescue and I got home just yesterday. After this incident, I got to realise how insensible was I and how much I hurt all of u, When I was there I was praying to god all the time wishing anyone can save me so that I will have a chance to apologise to all of u. I regretted my past actions very much."

Her parents were petrified listening to their daughters description even though she told them all in a light manner they can understand how much scared she must be to be left all alone in an island.

But soon her father asked "How can u got kidnapped as far as I know there are a strict 24/7 security around Andrew's mansion how come u got taken away without anyone knowing and how you reached that island?"

After listening to her father questions selina showed a sign of guilt and truthfully admit her fault. "Dad it's because I ran away from the mansion. I had an appointment with Tina but as soon as I got in the cafe I suddenly got dizzy and passed out and after that I don't know how I reached that island."

"How many times I told u to stay away from that tina, I can tell at a glance that she's a calculating and a scheming girl but u just never listen to me" her father said angrily.

Listening to her father's angry words selina got happy internally since she can feel her father's worry for her from his words.

"Dad I'm sorry. I know I was wrong and I don't know if Tina was involved in this incident or not but I promise I'll be careful in the future and I won't trust her next time."
