The Baroness embraces her daughter, placing a kiss on her forehead. She boards the carriage, which is meant for her alone as she has no intention to share it with anyone. The Duke has already boarded and didn't bother to bid farewell. Odette waves her hand in goodbye as the carriage sets off, but Noelle turns her back and returns inside with a smile. Finally, she will be far away from that annoying girl. She walks slowly, still feeling weak in her legs. It's normal; she had been quite active during the night, and it was her first time for her body.

She opens her eyes and realizes that Raizel is gone. She stretches her arms upwards, feeling exhausted, and her clothes are torn to shreds. Soon, she hears a knock on the door, so she covers her body with a sheet and allows the person to enter. It's two maids who have brought a bath for her. Noelle stands up, but as she takes the first step, she feels an intense pain in her back. She swears she heard a bottle being crushed and falls to the floor, supporting herself with her hands. The maids are surprised to see her in such a state.
