Yamaguchi Pov

We were waiting outside when the doctor leave the room and talk to both of us

"Are you Mr. Tsukishima??" Doctor said Tsukishima immediately stand up and talk to him privately while me is looking at the Y/n's room.

Tsukishima Pov

"Y/n will not survive at her deasies she wants you to talk to her one last time she is waiting in you" That is the last sentence doctor said to me Yamaguchi heard it to i enter the room and i saw Y/n waiting for me she was smilling while looking at my face. I don't know why but i hug her tight

"Why you didn't tell me?, Why?" I said to her but she just smile at me

"I don't want you to worry" She said in a weak tone when i heard that i was shock

"We didn't even close" she said while looking at the ceiling

"But i write this dairy from you i write it when we become friends the book is in my room..... Anyway i need to sleep now im tired " she said before she close her eyes, i was shock of what happen all of this is she still amaze me

Yamaguchi Pov

When i enter the room the first thing i see is Tsukishima's back and he was holding Y/n's hand i look at Y/n's face and she look relax, Tsukishima is look like a miserable person i was going to call a doctor when Tsukishima stop me

"Don't call them"He said in a sad tone he know that when i call the doctor they will grab Y/n's body so i sit beside him and pat his back.Minutes later Y/n's body is cold as ice and the doctor came in to took Y/n's body so we go home now and take some rest.

Yamaguchi Pov

 Im here with Tsukishima in Y/n's condo to find the diary she said to me i can't still accept her death but im happy that she is in peace now. 2 hours before we see the diary and it have a picture of Y/n and Tsukishima i look at Tsukishima but he didn't move to grab the diary so i tap his shoulder

 "Hey! Are you okay??" I ask in a worried tone but i was shock when he start crying and grab the diary so i left him alone to read it

 Tsukishima Pov 

 When i see the photo of me and Y/n i suddenly realized what i did back then i can stop my emotion Sad because i lost her, Angry because of what i did and Disappoint because she didn't say anything, i open the diary and the first thing i saw is Y/n's picture she was smiling i found a note down at the picture

 (If you read this i already gone but i know to myself that you won't read it)

 i read it in my mind its Y/n's lettering and she expect me to not read it?? I continue reading and i stop in the middle part its full of pictures of Me and Y/n when we were young i silently cry and smile sadly im a coward person i can't accept her that's why i avoid her I scroll and reach the last part and it have a letter and Cd on it (I hope your not worried about me and make sure that after you reading this you won't feel any guilt its bad for your health and please keep this diary on you my dearest friend this is my final wish) i read it using my mind but i can feel my anger burst out i can't believe her all this time she is still worried about my health!? I sit in the ground and start crying why can she be like this. 

 Yamaguchi Pov 

 Its 2 hours since i left the room and all i heard is silent so i enter in my surprise Tsukishima is sitting in the ground while holding a photo of Y/n.
