Ch 2

With group A and B,

They drove to a mall and ran to different sections and bought seeds and more soil and also some medium sized edible plants. Wakatoshi instructed on wha5 all to buy with regards to farming equipments while some went ahead in search of pots, barrels, plastic bottles, etc. to hold the soil in.

“These will pretty much take up the entire space” Hinata said.

“Boke! It won’t! We will still have some space left” Kagayama retorted with his usual Boke word.

“That’s why I said almost bakayama” Hinata shouted resulting in the couple to start fighting pretty badly.

Daichi, looking at them smiled like a ghost from a Japanese urban legend.

“Hinata! Kagayama! Stop!” Daichi shouted.

“Ara, ara, looks like the freak due started fighting again” Tsukkishima said with a grin.

“What? You wanna fight?” Hinata shouted with doing a karate pose.

Suga came in between and dragged Hinata silently by his collar while Ennoshita dragged Kagayama by his and Yamaguchi dragged Tsukkishima.

Hajime just glared at them for shouting and attracting the zombies. The zombies could be outside the mall waiting for their nice little early breakfast.

Suna checked outside the glass doors only to find the swarm of zombies struggling to get inside.

“Too late! They are already here” Suna said calmly.

“We have to find a way out! But first let’s get everything necessary and then figure it out.” Osamu said sounding a bit panicked.

“Agreed but we have to get out before the glass breaks letting them all in” Akaashi said.

“But our cars are out there though” Wakatoshi dropped the bomb.

“So we have to find a way to distract them out of this direction then” Kita dotted.

Everyone just nodded and started collecting the stuffs immediately.

After collecting and loading everything, it was already 4 in the morning.

“The zombies should have been gone by now “ Suna mumbled.

“I will go check “ Kita volunteered.

Kita went to the front door only to find the zombies now trying to break the glass door with a rock and the zombies could come inside anytime soon. Kita ran to where his friends were gathered .

“They are trying to break in. They are using a stone right now!”

Hajime looked at Tooru who was also shocked by this fact.

“They weren’t supposed to be intelligent!” Tooru exclaimed.

“We got to find a way to distract them immediately “ Wakatoshi said seriously.

“We have some guns above and they look so cool!!” Hinata exclaimed to Kagayama.

Kita heard this. “Which floor? We can use those to fight against them” Kita and Aran said unitedly.

“I will go get the silencers while u guys get the guns and other weapons “ Wakatoshi said.

Leaving Hinata and Kagayama behind, the rest went to get the guns while Wakatoshi went to get the silencers for the guns.

They all returned in a couple of minutes while also carrying some bows and arrows for Hinata and Kagayama since it was too dangerous for the freak duo to handle guns.

“Why don’t I get a gun? It looks so cool” Hinata said while Kagayama being silent and looking at the bow and arrows in his hands behind Hinata.

“Because you guys are like Bokuto “ Akaashi said.

Seeming to have understand what Akaashi meant, Hinata sounded quite disappointed and shut down immediately.

Everyone were shocked that Hinata understood being called dumb immediately. But didn’t bother further with it.

They all ran to the terrace while some shot from the Terrance while standing on the other side to where the zombies were standing. The zombies, hearing this sound, gathered in the backside of the mall while the group rushed downstairs to move immediately.

They all noticed one thing when they came to the entrance, the glass door was entirely shattered.

Tooru rushed to help with loading the goods in the van while the others followed him. Soon they started the vans and the zombies, hearing the sounds of the van started marching forward while the group stepped on the accelerator and rushed to the camp hitting some zombies on the way.

They reached the camp soon but it took a lot of time in reaching there since they had to evade the zombies everywhere.

As soon as they reached, before unloading, they all went inside to check if everyone were fine and no one was bit, just as a precaution.

Wakatoshi went to check if his kids and wife were alright. They were al settled in the 16th floor, the topmost of the apartment. Their stuffs were already settled there by Hitoka with the help of Atsumu.

They unloaded everything and every individual (adult) inside was given a gun and a silencer.

Everyone gathered around in the garden to have breakfast together and the kids were already asleep before they could clean up. Hitoka just smiled at her kids sleeping and carried Rin inside while Rei remained with his father who was planning on how to prevent the entry of zombies into their areas with Rei’s head on his lap.

After Hitoka helped in cleaning up, she came to pick Rei up only to find all her friend and her husband asleep, tired after their journey.

Tendō popped up from behind. “Ara if this isn’t little crow. What are you doing here smiling all by yourself?” He asked.

Hitoka pointed out at the group asleep from overworking and smiled again.

“Huh? They are already asleep? We didn’t even do quarter of what we used to do in our teen days” he said.

“Tendō - kun, they are no longer teenagers. They are old now and you have to understand that” Hitoka said.

“Hmmm... you are too protective of them and you are the one spooling them the most Oka-chan” Tendō said.

Hitoka just giggled “I am happy to do so though” she said.

“Hm.. should we just cover them with blankets?” Tendō said in his usual sing song voice.

Hitoka nodded and went inside to get some blankets. She stacked the blankets so high that it hid her face and she bumped into Tendō making all the blankets fall over.

Tendō sighed and helped her pick the blankets up and helped her cover everyone so that they won’t catch a cold.

Hitoka finally went to Wakatoshi only to be pulled by him and made to sit on his lap without interfering with Rei’s peaceful sleep.

“What are you doing?” Hitoka stammered.

“Doing what I should with my wife” Wakatoshi murmured silently into Hitoka’s ear and nibbled her ear.

She shrieked a bit which was not her usual reaction since she would have jumped usually but got used to his ways eventually.

“Stop it! Get up if you are awake” Hitoka said.

“I don’t know about that. Not feeling it. I like it just the way we are now” Wakatoshi replied.

Tendō coughed behind them since it was a surprise to see his friend talk so much let alone flirt. Wakatoshi noticing this, carried Hitoka and Rei and went inside to his apartment without a word blushing a bit while Hitoka was entirely rushed and Rei still not knowing anything.

Wakatoshi laid Rei beside Rin and closed the door of their room.

Hitoka and Wakatoshi went to the living room to discuss about the situation and about the lack of bullets and other weapons to fend the zombies off.

“Then we will have to start with the construction of a big iron wall immediately around this area” Hitoka said.

“I know. But we need the materials and we cannot keep going there without leaving everyone here when they don’t even how to shoot properly with falling behind.” Wakatoshi replies seriously.

“Well how about this then. Let’s have Daichi and a couple more here to start teaching and training us regarding the weapons while some of you go collect the necessary stuffs that are available nearby?” She says.

“Yep we were planning for that but still....” he pauses.

“Dw honey! everything will be fine. Daichi is a cop uk? we will get through this. All of us. By that I mean all of us” she says optimistically. He just looks up to see his wife standing with a fighting pose and laughs it off pulling her towards him. She stumbles in for a kiss and sits with a picture in her hand.

“Also. U have no right to worry about us because you are no better than any of us in handing a weapon. Got it?” She talks a little grumpily this time.

“Yes your majesty!” He replies kissing the back of her head gently. They laugh for a while while Wakatoshi says something into her ear.

“Thank you honey. I don’t think I could pull it together without you here. And your idea of getting solar panels fixed helped everyone including us.”

“Hehe.. it’s nothing big you know... let’s sleep now we have a early morning tomorrow”

“Which sleep are you talking about?”

She gets flushed and starts throwing cushions at him. He just smiled.

“I mean it’s nothing wrong you know. There’s no one and...” before he could she slaps his mouth to shut him up. “What do you mean? You do know that a serious situation is going on here right?” She retorts back and Wakatoshi, unfortunately, did not have any comeback only to be interrupted by some really not so great noises - the sounds of Hinata and Kagayama making out in the right side and the sound of Atsumu and Sakusa making out from the exactly opposite side.

Wakatoshi smirked and Hitoka paled.

“Shouldn’t have got a place right between Hinata’s and Atsumu’s apartment! God what did I do to you? Why are you punishing me like this?” She was praying While he just lifted her up to get to their bedroom. She stopped him.

“Wait a minute! I promise I will come with you before that I have something to do” she said rushing towards the wall to the right and shouting “ You human tangerine and You human - like ghastly pokemon stop being so noisy! There are kids inside you dumb couple” after yelling to her hearts content to one of the couple that led her to the situation she was in, she rushed to the other side, kicking her wall pretty hardly only to injure herself. Wakatoshi looking at his wife’s antics and smiling like an idiot was left surprised when she kicked the wall in anger, injuring herself.

He went to help her out but she pushed him away. She stood up.

“Atsumu ! U traitor! How dare you start making out? At least try being quiet will you? I will e broken one day or the other solely because of you, your boyfriend and the freak duo!” She shouted.

“Huh? Why what happened?” Atsumu asked pulling away from the kiss while his partner, Sakusa, also looking at the wall confused at what she was talking about but the reply was a little too late since and Hitoka was already being carried like a sack towards the kids’ room and locked the door from the outside and came to the hall once again and put her on the couch. He started to kiss her slowly but deeply and soon she started moaning.

Atsumu and Sakusa understood what she meant just then. “Hope you don’t really break” Atsumu said while Sakusa nodding and offering a silent prayer to Hitoka.

“I mean she won’t really break since she has 2 kids with him but still “ Sakusa said.

Atsumu was pretty shocked from the words that came out of his boyfriend’s mouth when they just finished making out before talking back to Hitoka only to be answered with her moans.

“I hope he won’t break her. After all he’s huge while Hitoka is just 4’11 you know...” Hinata says while making himself comfy sitting in front of his boyfriend with Kagayama hugging him. Kagayama nodded pouting.

“If he does, we won’t spare him!” Hinata shouts and Kagayama burns while nodding.

“Yachi protection squad is back on track! U hear that Wakatoshi? I won’t spare you even if you are my teammate!” Kagayama shouts.

Wakatoshi snaps at this as he hears Hinata and Kagayama shouting at him as soon as he finished the first round. He goes to the fridge to get some water for her but she’s already asleep from all the tiredness. He smirks but still not forgetting what they said about him breaking Hitoka runs to the wall and shouted back.

“She’s my wife and she’s no longer Yachi you dumb teammate of mine and his boyfriend! Plus, I won’t break her what is wrong with you we have kids together plus we love each other. What Yachi protection squad huh? No protection squad for my wife without me! You are protecting her from me? What is wrong with you dumb heads?” He shouts this out in a single breath.

Both Hinata and Kagayama jumped at this and Hinata starts mumbling “I mean it’s not my fault that you are almost twice her size”

The unusually angry and talkative Ushijima went to his usual calm mode and unlocked the door to the kids’ room and picked Hitoka up and put her on the bed of their room then went to wash his face to freshen up but since water was precious he used only a couple drops.

Surprisingly, the water supply didn’t stop yet. He went to bed with many thoughts surrounding him and lied next to his wife hugging her, slowly drifting away into his sleep.
