Rainy Day

I took a step ahead with the summer light directly falling into my eyes. I have never seen this sunshine in my life before I turned 19. I squeezed my backpack and ran in any direction. I was wearing my cousin's t-shirt with a short, a hat, and a mask to disguise myself.

My name is Rachael. After the death of my parents, I had been adopted by Uncle Ben. I had lived 10 years of my life with them. I was superb happy at first because they had never tried harassing me or abusing me. Even it was great to live with my cousin, Alaric, who was one year younger than me. Even he had also never treated me poorly at all. I had to get all the love and care that I could ever think of. But I had to give up my freedom. every time I tried to get out of the house, the bodyguards never let me out. Maybe after getting that much love, I wasn't satisfied.                                     "What's there need to go out?"

I felt bad for Alaric, for not telling him, but he helped me to get caught when earlier I tried to escape. He was the easiest to deal with but whenever I tried to take him up to help me to flee, he was my first enemy.

That didn't mean that I had never gone to secretly look around with him.

But today, I finally made it out.

Now I just wanna go ahead, without looking back. A life where there would be no restrictions.

I moved to a crowded place, where it will be difficult for anyone to trace me. I took out my mobile and looked for Google Maps to know where I should head. I reached a cheap rented hotel. But I thought I should never have gone there.

"Aaah baby, I am unable to walk, you were too rough.."

"Would you like to use me?"

"I will eat you all by myself..."

I turned but an old drunk man caught my hand, "Hey Darling...where are you going? Our bed is on this side."

Without any hesitation, I gave him a swing Taekwondo kick and made him lie on the floor instead of on a bed.

Oh..sorry if I forgot you to tell one thing about me... My Uncle is the head of the Mafia.
