Episode 3: Awakens

In the morning, the sun brightly shines through the pure clear glass window with a ray of hope for the fate of the princess. Everyone has been worrying since morning till now. Alisha is still unconscious and it have been more than a week, even the selection is done. Because of this, people from various places are wondering if the princess will survive this tragedy or not. Although it has been confirm by the high priest that ther princess is not in any danger, everyone is still skeptical about it. Even the king himself order a bunch of soldiers to spread news as far as it gets, to play with luck and hopefully a skillful medical doctor would caught wind of this devastating new and help out the dying princess royal. But these few days is certainly disappointing for everyone, not even a sound was heard. All of the festivals and the parades have been shut down due to everyone’s unhappiness. Raphael is getting stressed over nobles from around the place, suggesting him to quickly marry the princess off to one of the candidate. He refused it and made a clear statement that it’s inevitable but to no one surprise, it have no effect to those aristocrats. The more he try to decline their tactic, the more they force him. In the end, he order the knight commander to fetch help himself. Eden looked delighted to be helpful on this situation, so he took the initiative to ask the king a very risky request. " I know a way to help the princess, do you trust me with her highness? "

This question stunned Raphael for a few split second. Without any choice but to trust his best subordinate, he reluctantly agrees to this skeptic help. But before Eden preform his technique, he asked the king if he could take part as the fifth candidate of courting the princess because the original fifth candidate got seriously injured by an assassin. Rapheal notice his intention at once and felt relief that he doesn’t have any ulterior motive other than to be the courting candidate of his sister, but deep down the uncertainty of his trust to Eden is as clear as day.

As time goes by, the complexion of the princess face is getting unusually better than it ever was before. Looks like the knight commander’s medical skill and knowledge is indeed very bright. One afternoon on a breeze windy day, a servant working in the princess’s palace working inside the room saw something very unbelievable. The servant was just casually bringing some refreshments to replace the old one on the coffee table, but the moment she stood inside…it’s a surprise. The shocked maid shout out in a soften tone- " Princess!? ".

A beautiful girl who was staring at the the window and chirping birds, slowly turns her back to face the maid who frozen in shock. Seeing the expressions on the servant girl’s face made her unsettle, so she quietly looks at the girl’s face with an awkward smile. " O-Oh my! I can’t believe that I actually scared someone! Is it because of my unusual behavior?! Ah! My thought at running like crazy! Did I even do something wrong? " the princess quietly having a panic in her thoughts as her expression deepens. “ My goodness! Blessings to the princess, I’m so happy that you’re awake! I will go tell this wonderful news to his majesty, the king! " The maid excitedly ran outside to report this news to everyone, but before she could even finish. Alisha shyly pull her long white sleeve closer. The unexpected moment made the maid flushered with both excitement and shock. " My lady…! W-What are you…" the maid was too flushed to even properly say anything. " U-Um, your dress is going to fell right off. So don’t rush just yet…" the princess points her finger to the maid’s loosened up skirt and quickly give it a short glance. " Oh my god! I…" the maid is speechless at what just happened.
