It’s the day

I wasn’t slept well last night and I woke up at 4. I am so curious and excited. It was tiring and so cold yesterday I wish I could sleep all day today but there so many important things than resting in this world that requires my utmost attention. I am thinking of wearing dark chocolate color today. I think this high neck sweater will suit me. It’s time to get shower and get ready. I am not gonna put so much makeup on I will just give a touch of it to look natural. Around five everyone start calling and sending messages to each other to get ready and pack this and that.

I was ready around five thirty. I sat and waited for them in living room. mom also woke up.

Hey honey are you ready to leave.

Yes mom we decided to leave around six.

It’s early dear why not you eat something until than.

Mom I am not hungry and we decide to stop in our way to have breakfast.

You don’t look good.

I didn’t sleep well I will try to sleep in car and will feel better in no time. Are you working today.

Yeah you are not home. So I decided to work overtime. It’s six but no one is here yet. Ok I am going to get ready. Mom said.

I think they are running late. I am sleepy and cold. Even though it’s warm inside. I feel tired too. While thinking about that I fell sleep on the sofa.

Mom was shaking me hey get up your phone is ringing. I think your friends are outside. Are you ok honey you look red. Are you having fever. Let me check.

I shook her hand away. No mom I am getting late. Aaron was calling. I pick the call hey Aaron are you outside.

Yes we are here come out and let me know if you need any help.

No I don’t need any help I am coming by. I kissed my mom and left in hurry and mom shouted behind me. Did you pack enough clothes and wear warm jacket ok. You don’t look good to me. Why not pack some medicine with you.

I am ok mom I am just tired I said bye and left the house.

Aaron was driving the car Joan was sitting with him. Sean and shery were at the back seat I think they left the middle seats for me and Moly.

I said good morning to everyone. Shery was whining it’s too early I am cold close the door. Van has sliding door and I was so cold my hands has no energy to close the door. Suddenly Sean hand touched my hand. He put his hand on my hand to push the door. His face almost touched my face his hands were warm. The door was close and my heart was out of beat. I didn’t get it if he was angry or in hurry to close the door because of shery. I just simply said thank you.

Hmm he just simply said that. We set off to pick Moly.

Are you sleepy and cold too Zeen. Shery said she was almost hugging her brother to get warm.

I smiled at her and said yeah kind of. Moly’s house is only five minutes away so we arrived there in no time. Well it was Moly she put her foot in the van and suddenly all the van became lively again. Everyone start talking laughing and making fun of each other. Especially Joan he was teasing Moly. I think he want to sit with her and he is using all his force to make her talk with him. Shery also join them from behind sometimes and Aaron out of no reason he try to include me in his conversation while I am so sleepy and just want to sleep my eyes were closing again and again. Finally I am just getting deep in my sleep. There was silence in the car. Sometimes I listen shery and Moly talking. There voice is coming from the back seat. Weren’t Moly sitting with me. Why I am listening her voice from behind. Who is sitting with me than. I am not only sitting with someone else but also holding his arm and my head is on his shoulder. It was Sean. Oh sorry I just fell sleep.

It’s ok. You had a good nap. Sean said.

I look at the back seat Moly and shery were also in sleeping pose while shery was sleeping but Moly was awake she winked at me. I don’t know when they changed the seat. I kind of felt embarrassed because I was sleeping like a dead person.

We are almost there guys. I am tired and hungry let’s have a good breakfast. Aaron said.

Sean looked at me and said are you ok.

I said yeah I am fine. It’s just I am a little sleep deprived.

I will buy you a best coffee Zeen and you will feel alive again trust me. Aaron said.

Oh common we are friends. Aaron said.

We arrived at the breakfast spot. Sean get out of the car first and he hold his hand for me to get down and same he did for Moly and Shery. It was cold we were all shaking we hurried in the breakfast shop. I was just wishing for something that only Sean do for me he do the same things for everyone so it’s very hard to have that special feeling and question arises in my mind if he loves me because he is the same with all of us. If he was sitting with Shery or Moly he would lend his shoulder to them too.

Everyone ordered eggs, bacon, pancakes, and coffee. I was hungry but I couldn’t felt eating so I just grab my coffee. Aaron was sitting with me and Moly and Joan Shery and Sean were sitting in front of me. Everyone was eating delightfully. They were enjoying there breakfast and offering me to eat too but I just passed everyone’s offer. I wasn’t feeling well inside but I didn’t ruined the moment here so I kept pretending I am good. To calm everyone down I just took one bite of pancake it was too sweet. When ever I get sick I don’t eat sweets. So it kind of making me vomit. I was holding myself at best. So nobody can notice. I just don’t want to ruin over trip and go back. While I was thinking all that Sean ordered some boiled eggs and asked me to eat them and he said you will feel better eat these eggs.

I was moved by his act. He is so observant even though I was trying my best to hide it he still noticed. He kind of checked everyone. He is so good at taking care of others. Everyone start making fun of him. Joan said you will make a good husband Sean and dad too. You know girls love this kind of boys. What to you think Moly.

I agree. She said while drinking her coffee.

Aaron looked at Sean and said hey bro it make me surprised too. You are so good looking and famous too and you never told us how many girlfriends do you have. How long do you have plan to hide it from us.

Oh seriously we are talking about it again how about we finish our breakfast and leave. Sean said.

But today you have to tell us your secret. Aaron said. We are not leaving until you tell us.

I don’t have any girlfriend. Sorry to let you know I am not that famous as you like to think.

Oh common Sean. Why not we all know how you are always srounded with girls. They came to you with all their problems. It’s not that they never confessed to you their love.

Ok you are some dis confessed but I rejected them. I have a lot of friends but not girlfriend.

How about did you confessed to anyone. Joan said

Ok I did but I got rejected.

No way. Who could that be did you still love her. Aaron said

Stop teasing my brother how about you. How many girlfriends do you have Aaron and and you Joan. I know my brother very well. Shery said

He is a gentleman. He really respect women. I know him very well. Sean said. And Aaron agreed with it and said he is the best man here Moly don’t throw falls aligations on my brother.

Oh really but he look flirtatious to me and how about you Aaron. Moly said.

Everybody was laughing at him. Common tell us.

Well I had some in the past but now I am single guy and I am honest too not like you guys. If I like someone I don’t hide it. How about you Zeen do you like someone. Aaron suddenly turned his face toward Zeen and asked her or we can say surprised her. She was enjoying everyone’s talking she didn’t expect Aaron to ask her that bluntly. She was taking a sip of her coffee she start coughing. She just shake her head as no and said no.

Are you ok Zeen Molly start rubbing my back to stop me cough.

Oh that’s good news for me than. Aaron said while smiling.

You wish Moly said.

How about you Molly. Joan said

I don’t like boy’s. Moly said

What are you… he passed.

No I am not. Moly said

Ok that means I still have a chance than. Joan said.

You guys just wish and fantasize ok. Moly said

Let’s go guys if you are done it’s more than a hour we are sitting here. Sean said

What’s the hurry. Isn’t it also part of our trip we are having fun. Aaron said.

Yeah it’s warm and cozy here. Shery said

Well we still have to go for another one hour. Trust me it’s so beautiful there and it’s warmer than here. You guys will regret not arriving there soon. Use the restroom because our next stop is beach house. Sean said

Ok Aaron said let’s go than. But I am not driving anymore it’s your turn Sean. Everyone start getting up. I looked at Sean he was also looking at me.

Thank you for the eggs.

Are you feeling better now Sean said

Yeah. Thank you I am ok.

Do you want me to grab some warm water to drink. Sean said

No it’s ok. I have water bottle.

Ok guys I will pay the bill. Sean said and everyone left for the car.

My breath is warmer than before and my nostrils are burning. I think I am having fever or it’s because of the weather it’s the effects of the cold and hot environment. Inside is warm and outside is cold.

Everyone was outside Moly and Joan Were again on each other she was challenging Joan to drive the car and he was telling her how good driver he is.

When Sean came Joan told him that he is driving the car because he want to prove to Moly how brilliant driver he was not only that he can arrive there earlier than one hour with his driving skills.

Me shery and shery were standing together. She whispered at me oh look at him he is going all out to impress her.

Yeah I think Joan is serious about her but she is hard to get. I told her she always ruined all her chances like that she gonna disappoint him at the end.

Yeah she is cruel and than she gonna pretend nothing ever happened. Shery said

I look at her and thought she is right. How well she know her.
