As Noah waited, he perused his System Panel. Noticing a boost, his Points had increased by fifty-six.
Thus, even after spending a whopping $6,150,000, Noah had only gained fifty-six Points. It was a clear indication that money spent on gifts or offerings didn't convert into points.
Currently, Noah's Points bar read 2,220. With that tally, he opted to exchange them for a Skill. This was uncharted territory for him.
He selected the Special Abilities bar. Instantly, a search option sprang up. Contemplating a driving Skill, he commenced the search.

"Hmm... Driving must not be considered a special ability," he mused.
Disappointed but not deterred, he grew more acquainted with the system's workings.
The issue now was his recent car purchase, and the unfortunate reality that Noah couldn't drive.
He had assumed the special abilities bar would offer the driving skill.
Soon after, the paperwork for Noah's vehicle purchase was finalized. A slight panic set in, but then an idea struck.
"Miss Bates, may I temporarily leave my car here?"
"Certainly. But is there a reason you don't wish to take the car now?"
Noah shook his head. "No specific reason. I was casually strolling by this showroom earlier. Buying a car hadn't crossed my mind then."
Parish and Laura exchanged glances, both astounded.
The young man before them had purchased what they believed to be the country's priciest vehicle, on a whim.
Noah's answer had left them wanting. So he elaborated. "Actually, I was on my way to campus. You see, my college mates consider me rather destitute. It'd be quite the scene if I showed up in this car."
They nodded at once, realizing the youth was concealing his true identity. An air of awe decorated their faces.
"Alright, Mr. Evans, we understand, don't we Laura?"
"Yes, of course. We understand. We won't disclose to anyone that you purchased this car," Laura replied.
"There's no need to go that far, but I appreciate it," Noah said.
"But of course. We go above and beyond for our Super VIP customers," Parish asserted firmly.
Noah then stood up. "Well, thank you. I'll be off, then."
"Mr. Evans, may I escort you?"
Parish yearned not to squander the chance to bond with this humble, enigmatic, and rich young man.
"Hmm... Sorry, Miss Parish, I wouldn't want to impose. But how about if Laura escorts me instead? She'd get to drive her new car, too, right?"
Parish concealed her disappointment. "Certainly, that's fine. Laura, you're permitted to drive Mr. Evans."
"Happy to," Laura replied, using her newly gifted car to drive Noah.
Throughout the journey, Laura shared her personal stories, her background, and life narrative.
"Laura, you're impressive. Stay kind and spirited. Should you tire of that place, reach out and I'll offer you work where someone like you is valued."
Laura was genuinely flattered. It would be false to claim she wasn't captivated by Noah. He had swiftly seized a substantial portion of her heart.
Yet, she knew her place. Being this close to Noah felt like a blessing. In fact, Laura felt blessed today having met him.
"Thanks for your kind words, Mr. Evans. Call on me whenever you need; I'll do anything in return for your kindness."
"Sure, I'll contact you if needed. I hope you won't have a change of heart then."
Laura shook her head firmly. "That's impossible. I can guarantee that."
Laura dropped Evans a distance from his campus gate. Watching him walk away, she was filled with longing.
"Has he truly taken my whole heart? ... How could I ever reconsider. I'd be thrilled if he actually reached out someday."

As expected, Jade wasn't just beautiful but friendly, too. Thus, her reputation spread swiftly across campus.
News on the campus group made Jade a trending topic. Many pondered her link to Noah.
Even classmates she had just met didn't hesitate to describe Noah's campus impression.
Leyton Knox, smitten from their first encounter on campus, had made Jade his conquest target.
Seeing her close to a nobody according to others irked him.
He enlisted friends to scheme against Noah to push Jade away, meanwhile aiming to woo her.
"Jade, why are you here?"
Approaching the classroom, Noah found Jade standing by the door.
"Noah, some classmates invited me to dinner, boys included. Would you and your friends care to join?"
"I'd need to check with them first."
"Hey, Jade. Why here?"
Their chat was interrupted.
"Leyton, I'm just extending a dinner invite to Noah and his pals."
"Jade, are you joking? ... Royal Kitchen isn't somewhere people go just because they fancy it,"
Leyton, intent on impressing Jade by inviting select friends to dinner, hadn't foreseen her including Noah and his friends.
"Leyton. Perhaps we could consider another venue then?"
"No need, Jade. Go with them. After all, my friends may not have the time."
Unnoticed by them, Liam and Henry, spotting them earlier, approached.
"Hey, Jade," greeted Henry.
Suddenly, Leyton devised a plan. If Noah and friends joined, he could embarrass Noah and captivate Jade.
"You're Noah, right?" Leyton inquired.
They were strangers. Yet since learning of Jade's slight connection with Noah, Leyton found him disagreeable.
"That's my name."
"Noah, why not join with your friends? The meal's on me," Leyton offered, his voice louder than needed.
"Oh Leyton, that's very generous!" Jade exclaimed.
"What do you say, Noah? Jade seems keen on your company."
Noah appeared to ponder. "Henry, Jade and her friends invited us to Royal Kitchen for dinner, are you free?"
Upon hearing this, both men's eyes widened.
"Is that true, Jade?"
"Oh wow, Leyton. Quite impressive!" praised Liam.
Leyton beamed proudly. Especially as Liam had amplified his voice.
"No big deal. No need for any shyness," declared a proud Leyton.
"Fine, it's settled then. Noah, I'll head back to class. See you tonight."
Noah just nodded. As Jade and Leyton left together, he seemed indifferent.
"Noah, do you know Leyton Knox?" Liam inquired.
"Nope, saw him for the first time today."
"Well, allow me to clue you in on who that fellow is."
Liam explained Leyton's identity to the friends as they headed into class.
