On the plane, it was announced to fasten seat belts for landing and Sasi furrowed her brow while securing Lariel into her seat. Irritated, she stood up and went to the bathroom, opening it abruptly, surprising its occupants.

Belariel clung to Fabian like a koala in the small airplane restroom. They had sneaked away to exchange kisses left and right, although their relationship wasn't intimate or officially romantic. They had been getting physical lately, purely a carnal connection. Sasi was aware of this, but she needed to set some things straight.

"You two listen up! You can't go around kissing each other these days. If someone finds out, they'll think I'm a cuckolded queen, and to make matters worse, because of my younger sister. So hold yourselves back," scolded Sasi, as Fabian and Beli separated and adjusted their clothes.

"Sasi, I'm sorry. It was my mistake, and it won't happen again," Fabian apologized with a downcast expression, while Beli nodded, embarrassed for not considering the well-being of the pack and her sister.

The three returned to their seats and settled in for a smooth landing. As the plane parked in the hangar, Sasi noticed a tremendous reception committee, with Luna Agata seated in the front row. Sasi felt relieved to see her. Agata, the Moon, was wise and intelligent, and Sasi wouldn't have to deal with anyone prejudiced or malicious if she was by her side.

Sasi disembarked from the plane with Lari in her arms, as the little one had fallen asleep. They approached the reception committee, where Luna Agata greeted Sasi respectfully and courteously.

"Your Majesty, it is a pleasure and an honor to have you in our pack. We hope you feel comfortable during your stay," Agata spoke excitedly, glancing at the sleeping Lariel.

"Luna Agata, the pleasure is mine to be able to help in any way I can," Sasi replied with a dazzling smile, leaving Agata with a tight squeeze in her heart. If the Omega Queen were indeed her son's true mate, Agata would kick him all the way to the Lunar Goddess for being an idiot.

For Agata, Saradiel was a beautiful she-wolf, her temperament was impressive, and the sweetness she emitted as an omega made her even more stunning. Not to mention her genetic heritage. Agata knew Saradiel's mother and understood her strength; she knew that divine blood flowed through her veins. Just the thought of her son having damaged that relationship permanently saddened Agata.

Agata led the royal entourage to the main house of the pack, where everything had been prepared for them. The entire North Wing was exclusively reserved for the royal party – the place was enormous for just eight people, but they needed their privacy.

Upon entering, they were greeted by Mary, Agata's niece. Technically, Mary was the daughter of a distant cousin, but Agata had taken her under her wing after she was left alone and defenseless following the loss of her parents. Mary was an absolute sweetheart, and despite being a beta, she was cheerful and fun-loving. However, she was shy around boys, making her quite introverted when dealing with peers.

Sasi noticed the lively Mary and felt instantly drawn to her. She was truly a doll and so sweet. But there was someone in the entourage who was immediately attracted to her as well. Fabian was convinced that Mary was his mate. However, he didn't reveal his scent, unsure whether he should discuss it with Sasi to either acknowledge his mate or leave before things became complicated. However, he also entertained the thought of returning to the underwater kingdom and kidnapping Mary for himself.

Beli was the one who noticed Fabian's anomaly and raised her curious eyebrows. It seemed like this trip was going to be interesting. Fabian stared intensely at Mary – she was an outstanding she-wolf in every sense. However, Mary blushed as soon as she saw the young and handsome Sea King looking at her like a hungry wolf.

Sasi observed the situation from a distance and exchanged glances with Beli, who shrugged, unsure of what to say. Beli had long understood that Fabian's interest was solely physical; he was attracted to her appearance but was not her mate, nor would he ever be. So, she didn't care much about what he did or didn't do.

When everyone left and Sasi put Lari in bed with a blanket, she went to join Beli. The two sisters pulled Fabian onto the couch and both looked at him intensely, suspiciously.

"What's going on?" Sasi said, startled, interrogating Fabian.

"Mary is my mate, that's what's happening," said Fabian, causing the girls to be even more startled.
